I've heard OTC Shorts isn't accurate.

Look at 1/31 for example. Shows:

Jan 31 0.599 0.6446 0.49 2,843,311 770,830 27.11%

But if you look at Finra, it shows

01/31/2017 OWC Pharmaceutical Research Co OWCP Other OTC 1,769,820 23,345 1,746,475 7,481.15 9,842,924 1
