It'll go back to $12.50 like it always does. Might take a few weeks, but it will get there.
That was a nice early morning load at 10M. A slimming ask at 0.0003 too. Only 45M now.
What a downpour of rain today on Ford.. yuck. And the rain was blood red.
Wonder if this is going to head to $11-$11.50 range. I feel like in no longer than a month, this stock will bounce off it's typical trampoline and head back to mid-$12's. I don't buy some of the street talk that rates are up and the used car market is flourishing, so 2016 revenues are the peak for companies like F and GM.
I keep saying it and I keep failing to act on it. Sell when it pushes to $12.60-12.75 and buy back in mid-$11's. Because for some reason, this stock is not allowed to trade outside that range.
Lots of Yawwwwwn City for the last few hours, but let's not ignore the fact that no one was willing to part ways with their shares for less than 0.0003 during that time. If we could just get more pressure on those 0.0003's.. oh the places we could go...
Geez, that support at 0.0025.. will... not.... die. 5 months of bullet proof glass pretty much. Looking like a really good entry point at the high 0.002's.
I play patterns, and maybe put some aside for the long term if I really like the company and CEO. So, I got out in the high 0.02's today and anticipate a couple red days before the conference, because that's what this stock tends to do and it appears to be setting up for a repeat of the past. I'll probably buy back in Wed or Thurs if I like what I see. Wouldn't totally surprise me if Dr. Otiko releases a PR highlight of his experiences in the middle of the conference period, say on Friday, March 24, but I suspect he'll be much too busy for that. If a pop comes from this, I doubt it will happen until Monday. But good luck all the same.
Good overview. Agree with this for the most part as well. Anyone who jumped in this thinking it was a get-rich-quick boomer is going to receive a lesson in patience if they choose to stay in IMHO.
In short, that's mostly my take as well. This stock hasn't garnered much attention, and while the PR's being released help reassure that the CEO is active, they aren't presenting any new, earth-shattering news. Sure, there's seemingly plenty of potential for this to move higher eventually. But I don't think VDRM is going to explode anytime soon just because Dr. Otiko is presenting at the conference.
Again, it takes a larger investor/trader base and volume to move aggressively. VDRM may get there, but they aren't there right now.
Looking better! Back to 0.0003's and we're down to 57M on the ask from that 77-140M we were seeing in previous weeks.
300,000 shares as compensation? If he's worth his salt, he'll probably receive far more than that. Which I'm fine with, if he really adds the value.
Good to hear Abattis' previous projection for the NV launch is still on target
Very insightful. Bravo! Some of the previous PR's did indeed reek of that "pumping CEO" smell so often detected among stinky pinky stocks. Admittedly, I didn't even have a chance to perform the higher level DD that you've submitted to that board. I've hesitated to jump in ICBU, and your explanations helped clarify why I was held back.
I would very much be interested in an investors conference call. Great idea. Hope Dr. Otiko makes it happen.
500K buy at the end. Hmm. At least we've seen multiple 0.0003 appearances this week.
I'll give them the chance to explain, no problem. It looks bad, but they deserve a chance to clarify.
Do let us know when you have any evidence to back up the accusations that Dr. Otiko is a scammer, liar, etc. If you have anything, I really want to know... seriously, anything...
Not answering your question(s) about dilution doesn't make him a scammer or liar. He simply didn't answer your questions. That's the end of it. All your conclusions drawn give him absolute doubt and paint the worst case scenario. It's your prerogative to believe what you wish, but you haven't presented any real evidence to back up your accusations.
I've seen your previous posts. Where is an email from Dr. Otiko or another piece of evidence indicating he's a fraud, liar, and scammer? You've provided nothing, just very passionate and repetitive conjecture.
Could you post that email as evidence please? Your interpretation of Dr. Otiko's email may be very different from others.
Or redirect us to it if you've already posted it here.
To hand out nearly $400K worth of shares for.... well, essentially doing nothing... is pretty ridiculous. Again, I hope there's more to it and Rene / Abattis makes some kind of statement justifying this dilutive "reward" to directors.
Breaking resistance at $56-57. $60+ bound again? Hope so!
Ok, wow. That was a crazy minute, with the lowest point at 0.0225. Congrats, you got a little lucky on that one :)
Welcome and good luck, but perhaps a couple typos there? Less than 100K shares just traded at 0.0225 today...
Maybe that 0.024-0.025 support line isn't thin ice after all. Guess we're going to keep dancing on the 0.025 line for a while.
Might as well wait to buy back in at 0.0027 - 0.0028 and then sell again in high 0.003's+. That's what ICBU does over and over... and over... and over
Sick. Those are some pretty heavy dumps dragging this down. Not liking what I'm seeing.
Good line of thinking, and yes, I've also wondered about the status of the other licensed labs in Canada, and especially in BC. I don't expect HC to just start handing out licenses to other applicants either. If NV can make a mark and start developing a reputation early, they could actually start posting significant revenue numbers in a year or 2...
The problem I have with MM signal "theories" in a pinkie like VDRM is this. People who believe in them are convinced they've cracked the code and stand by to intercept the messages. What's to prevent you or me or Big Jimmy in his canoe with an 8-year old smartphone from placing a 100-999 share trade, taking a little loss, and attempting to manipulate onlookers in your favor?
Anyone can send a fake signal. I just checked, a VDRM "911" signal will cost me $7.00, a dime, and 2 shiny pennies in fees.
Let's see if my order at 0.0007 fills, shall we? :)
If you believe in such things, "911" is a signal for "news incoming" and penny flippers often use it as a trading signal to stock up.
Again, if you believe in such things... :)
I haven't identified any "911" trades today with VDRM. Though, regardless of controversial MM signals, I'd like to hear something material from Dr. Otiko again before the conference.
Well I'm not sure I buy into all that, but I admit it's fun to keep eyes peeled for a 911 trade with a stock like VDRM... and it's interesting that we've seen a couple recent 200 share trades.
But the reverse just happened too. VDRM just had nearly 100K shares trade between 0.026-0.027, and a pocket change buy of 200 shares just whacked it back down to 0.0255. That said, we're talking about a couple thousand bucks here, a few thousand there. Guess it really doesn't matter until more volume starts pouring through.
If we see our common EOD mini-rally, it'll finish right between 0.028-0.029.
Anything above 0.025 would be a good sign IMO. Need to confirm a bottom here, and that's going to take a few days of this stock keeping its head above 0.024.
He'll be presenting an exhibit at the Diabetic Foot Global Conference - March 23-25

If you have evidence VDRM is a pump and dump scam, I'm here with ears wide open ready to listen. But what you have seems far more like a gut feeling based on pure speculation.
Not responding to a single question (in a list of several others) about dumping shares is certainly not an admission of guilt. Sure, it would have been reassuring for Dr. Otiko to slide something in his email saying "No, I'm in this for the long haul!" But even that holds him to absolutely nothing. I've seen pump and dumps where the outspoken CEO and other officers assured everyone repeatedly, sometimes on multiple social media platforms, that they won't sell any shares until X date or Y achievement. And then what do they do next month? Let those shares rip and walk off with hundreds of thousands, even millions. So, what good would it do for Dr. Otiko to make some kind of unofficial pledge that his shares will stick to him like glue for the coming years?
Interesting thoughts on a MM scheme here, but all conjecture.
Dilution is frustrating, yes, but an experienced addition to the team like Ivan Klarich is going to cost something. I had serious doubts about the doctor's ability to handle the marketing and ongoing operations associated with this business. I would have been far more concerned if they had not hired someone experienced to handle this. Most pump and dumps don't bother seeking out talent. Instead, the owner tends to give the impression that he (and potentially some anonymous crew behind the curtains) has everything under control and as an investor you should just sit idly by, trust him (or her) without asking any questions, and wait to get rich. That's not how this is playing out so far.
That could easily be some flipper that bought in at 0.023-0.024 and just wants to make a fast $2500-3000, right? Not everyone is going to share the long term vision. Need to clear out the new wave of daytraders that bought in when this hit the low 0.02's.
Well hello large ARNH chunk of volume. $4K just exchanged hands.
Haha exactly. LP's doing their own testing alone, without any independent confirmation, wouldn't be too different from your everyday firm saying: "Hmph, we do our own managerial accounting and everything adds up, so we don't really feel the need to spend the time and resources necessary to release financial statements to the public." Any sensible investor and regulator is going to say, "Um that's great, but unless we have verification from a third-party, how do you expect us to believe you?"
