Fairly good article. Nice overview of battle. Author claims being long. Eom
Dont forget desire to respond with alter egos...
Generally speaking, such is evidence of a clear mind and happy social life...
DEFINITELY worth checking out, I think they kept adding to this part today:
Awesome on so many levels!:

I always enjoy seeing how many of next years Gartner trends we are mapping to. Top 10Trends for 2016:

And how little Hugo actually knows
But dont tell him please, I want him to cover not here but at much higher prices, in kind consideration for the "entertainment" he provides...
Lol, not having a good day I guess?
Confused now, I thought we are buying Berkshire...so its the other way around now?
To get traction. This is tech, first you get traction, validate your solution, get people hooked and then you increase pricing later. This is a tech company! Look at Whatsapp, they ran even free for ages, got a $19 bn valuation, facebook, google, etc etc would be nowhere if they focussed on income instead of getting out there first. That is for the initial Azure offering...
Docker is a multi billion company and even open-source...
We want value appreciation now...income appreciation will follow, as it did with the aforementioned in huge ways, but this little company is doing it right in getting out there first...finally
Meanwhile, the main income will be made on the appliances and storage solutions, while the cloud solutions grow...
It shows nicely how even that old connection to Corel suddenly popped up again
Didn't the shorts love to kindly point to Corel over, and over and over again? Ups, wasn't dead after all, actually grew nicely into now Exosphere!
It was always 9.00 am PST, had taken screenshot at the time, might be the reference to GMT that you remembered as a number...
Thats just the copy paste webinar text. Thanks. eom
Agree with you and Mac on Q3, most likely anywhere between $20-$22 million as were still in product development phase, and Imation deal only adds half way into quarter, plus with all the focus on training, hiring etc for Azure launch, the focus of management and staff likely was on these more important long term strategic goals than selling to SMBs directly.
Management seems to clearly focus on B2B now, instead of B2C, which is a MUCH better strategy for growth, esp. for a small company in a huge space, like us and ours, Took longer to ramp up, obviously, and was sometimes painful past year, but has much more potential for us as now we are already signing up Novarad and Ipro, and might I even speculate Microsoft, for example, to do the resource consuming legwork for the direct to consumer sales.
B2B is the way to be!!
Just trademarked that
Lol, iPro doesnt belong to Novarad as you try to ehhhm "inform" us. Novarad and iPro have a partnership agreement that led to iPro calling an unincorporated division (look up the meaning of both words please) of iPro that focuses on their partnership with Novarad to be called NovaRad South.
Obviously, this seperate Ipro deal worked then out with Novarad's reference, which only obviously very dissatisfied partners/customers provide.
Look it all up, this is fun, but you really have to try harder.
Was filed this morning, old news. eom
Awesome! Houston, preparing for lift off... eom
Lol, obviously it is, or please explain how Shares owned After this Offering is zero then. Let me explain e.g. 1+ 0 would equate to 1, not 0, as your interpretation of --- clearly implies. Love your maths skills or lack thereof.
whenever you feel you can attempt to, you just go for the easy, positive spin
Thanks as always for your misleading post, as --- does NOT mean zero, they simply didnt fill that part out. PROOF: as you see in the column, Shares Owned after this Offering, which should be min number of shares added in this Offering plus old, as fact, they also didnt fill that part out and it just says --- too. Just to prove that not filling the column out does NOT mean zero.
Anyway, as always thanks for your kind, unbiased and factual input.
Its just amended, Imation has been able to sell the shares they got all the while since August 14th. Likely what contributed to the selling pressure we had seen after August 14th...
For us, nothing directly. Just generally legal guys always doing their thing. eom
Funny, on EMC's back the legal vultures now already coming out of the woodwork on the sale to DELL one day later. Gotta love lawyers. Bet EMC and DELL regret it now, NOT.
EQUITY ALERT: Rosen Law Firm Announces Investigation of EMC Corporation Concerning its Proposed Sale to Dell Inc. - EMC - MarketWatch
Well, we know already what the shorts will say, by default and in their interest, question is what will a little unknown tech company called Microsoft say?
Or I should say continue to say...?
News out!: Sphere 3D Signs Master Agreement With iPro to Deploy Virtualization Solutions to Over 200 Healthcare Locations
Sphere 3D Corp. (NASDAQ:ANY), a virtualization and data management solutions provider, today announced it has partnered with iPro, a value added solution provider of healthcare technology and services based in Calhoun, GA, that serves over 300 healthcare sites through its Healthcare division. This partnership further highlights Sphere 3D's strategy to optimize its virtualization solutions for use within the healthcare vertical, which has shown strong demand for virtual workspaces as a means to support improved patient care.
Through the first phase of the agreement, Sphere 3D will provide its virtualization solutions to over 200 iPro supported sites. The initial implementation will support 50 users at each healthcare location, with the ability to seamlessly increase the number of users as needed. Over the next three years, Sphere 3D expects to deliver all the hyperconverged infrastructure required to support these facilities as well as receive a recurring monthly software maintenance fee post deployment. If fully implemented, the total contract value is estimated to exceed $13 million over the next 3 years.
iPro's network of healthcare clients are facing the need for enhanced patient record security, coupled with demands for anywhere, anytime access to patient data. The use of hyperconverged infrastructure to deliver virtual desktops and applications allows IT departments to keep information in the data center and off end user devices. This approach not only provides for greater data control and security, but improves clinical workflow, enhances accessibility to that workflow and reduces the cost of replacing dedicated workstations.

Good point SE! eom
Well, the price protection is conditional ONLY in case they would issue stock at a lower price. And given that we evidently are about to launch on Azure and the strong support as we have seen in the statements from MSFT that condition is remote by now...
Its very fortunate and telling that they did only place "as much as they needed now" at undeniably much better terms than the last financings which also had that price protection, BUT with 100% warrant coverage which is down to 25% now...
In ANY case, the shelf placement after the GW on Azure launch, will remedy even this entirely...
Your false statements reek of desperation Hugo...
The warrant coverage REDUCED from 100% to 25%!!
VERY SIGNIFICANTLY better than the last financings (again from 100% warrant coverage to 25%), and those SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED terms despite GW not on Azure yet, and neither had we seen Microsoft's hint at the time...
Also, the 25% warrants are NOT exercisable at $0.01 as you "mistakenly" state but at $2.30 !!!!
Read the filings! But then I am 100% sure you did, it is just that good old hope of finding some people to comfortable to read them....And that black on white should should btw allow people to judge your desperation and honesty by themselves...
This is a company that shareholders' recognise for its potential rather than past or immediate revenue. The shareholders left see the bigger long term picture forming in front of us and know very well that it is not about the past or short term numbers right now but much more importantly about the potential of a small cap to emerge, being supported and praised by very big players...
Shareholders here know they they didnt invest in Apple...
However, please feel free to make the same past and immediate revenue argument again and again, just in hope that it will sway a shareholder who thought he invested in Apple and landed here by mistake. Since being repetitive seems the game of the day here, I will then also repost this for the fun of it.
IMHO and GLTA
Well, then surely you won't mind hanging around a little bit longer please.
But stay short, no cheating...dont worry, nothing will happen anyway...
Yes, this back and forth is getting really, really BORING....as neither will anything we or any company or executives of other companies, no matter how senior or how large ever sway you the other way....Well at least not on the outside...
Oh well, guess we are all better of just posting whatever we want to share with "our side" than engaging the other...and the other clearly doing the same...as by definition of the aforementioned engaging the other side is a complete waste of time...
By now we heard it all, vaporware, will go bankcrupt, short posters even went so far as elegantly calling it a "turd" two weeks ago...
Honestly, shorts' opinion is clear as glass....couldnt be clearer...ANYway, time will tell
No, and we know you are smarter that.
Investment community very, very, very, very hardly not all here on ihub...or does it feel like that to you?
Well, hint, the world is not composed of just 30 odd people, otherwise everybody would know of Glassware already too
There are a fewwwwww more than 30 people in this world. Suggest kindly to get out more
Very, very funny question though
Nice post! Thanks! eom
Wait for it, again, not a news release, patience young man
Good night, sleep well
Apologize to Bluebirth, in rush mistook him for one of these lovely shorts asking why Glassware is not mentioned everywhere especially prior to Azure etc.
There are multiple virtualisation methods out there including two types of containers that a new version of Docker Engine will support in Windows Server: the so-called “Windows Server Containers” (effectively Docker for Windows), and a second form called Hyper-V Containers.
However, still based on the Docker engine, while Glassware 2.0 is the ONLY Windows based application container solution...
Just because a Docker Engine will be able to run on a Windows Server doesnt make it Windows based, as an analogy, just because a bike is on a road doesnt make it a car. Still a bike.
You are late to the party
Thanks for the honest note, do hope though that the bar by now is VERY low. Certainly, nobody could claim shareholders still on a hyped "cloud 9" by now, maybe shorts, but for absolutely sure cant be said for longs...
Agree, its good to see they didnt. Also, they are even hiring and recruiting! hmmmm
Maybe something IS going on behind the curtains??
While the stock price is tanking yes, you obviously have no idea what the difference between the appliance that they intend to launch or GW on Azure is yes, also intended to be launched.. Yes we know...you dont think will ever happen... etc etc
While dont know, given the delay with GW on Azure etc, can only agree, no reason to realistically expect such a high run rate for Q4 now...An increase, yes, but after all $40 mil would be more than double of Q2, for that we would have needed GW on Azure earlier, so that free trials etc would have already started in Q3...anyway given market price any short term growth expectations are very low, which leaves room for a lot of upside surprises...
Nice! Thanks! eom
And the veil of silence seems to be getting lifted! Finally!
Yesterday PB's blog summarising strategy and differences, today this, tomorrow Azure?
No WONDER Microsoft loves us so much!
Operating right at their TWO MAIN sweet spots:
Getting people to Win 10 AND ISVs to publish apps on Azure!
Badabing!!
