The warrant coverage REDUCED from 100% to 25%!!
VERY SIGNIFICANTLY better than the last financings (again from 100% warrant coverage to 25%), and those SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED terms despite GW not on Azure yet, and neither had we seen Microsoft's hint at the time...
Also, the 25% warrants are NOT exercisable at $0.01 as you "mistakenly" state but at $2.30 !!!!
Read the filings! But then I am 100% sure you did, it is just that good old hope of finding some people to comfortable to read them....And that black on white should should btw allow people to judge your desperation and honesty by themselves...
