Well, the price protection is conditional ONLY in case they would issue stock at a lower price. And given that we evidently are about to launch on Azure and the strong support as we have seen in the statements from MSFT that condition is remote by now...

Its very fortunate and telling that they did only place "as much as they needed now" at undeniably much better terms than the last financings which also had that price protection, BUT with 100% warrant coverage which is down to 25% now...

In ANY case, the shelf placement after the GW on Azure launch, will remedy even this entirely...
