Our current market cap is around $7 million. If we will be having annual sales of around $70 million per year in the near future , does that mean that we could be undervalued here at 1.1 cents a share?
Is the low price because of a fear of upcoming reverse splits and subsequent dilution with share offerings?
Is it due to a lack of faith in management?
Is it due to the cannabis sector sell off of the past year?
Can Elixir CBD product be bought already?
It was 5 million shares over 6 trades within one minute. 5 million shares is around $9,000.
Higher than normal volume this morning.
Does anyone use a trailing stop in order to ride a parabolic rise but then exit at a signal that a sell off is happening and /or about to happen more? The trailing stop theoretically would do the hard work of selling without involving the human emotions that could impair the selling process. The trailing stop signal to sell needs to sense that a short term peak has happened. An alert investor could simply jump back in if the sell phase signal was not correct. The signal would need to be adjusted with experience. Trading expenses are very low or have vanished.
Thanks for any suggestions.
I suppose that the smart money sold at .135 on Friday and then bought back in at .049 this morning. I wish I could be that smart. A speculator would have to be very sensitively aware of the timings for a sell off and then a buy back somehow.
Thanks bigbut. I use bremelanotide myself and experience a horniness that I have not experienced since being a teenager. I suspect that there are other men who will have a similar beneficial effect. Women are different and may not get that sort of benefit. Once older men who are with attractive significantly younger female sexual partners find out about Brem it could be in for large sales IMO.
We still have the rest of the world to sell into including Europe and Japan. We also have a pipeline of other drugs coming through trials for premature birth and cardiac indications I believe. I bought in at average price 56 cents many years ago. I have 42000 shares. I am thinking to sell at $5.00. Is this unreasonable?
Why would the first scientifically demonstrated aphrodisiac be a failure in the marketplace? Is management incompetent or corrupt? Will generic unlicensed sales of bremelanotide undercut licensed royalty paying sales?
Would a shareholder newsletter from VDRM have any effect on this stock if it were positive? Would anybody believe anything that might be written?
A 1000 share trade moved the price from 0.0028 to 0.0001. 1000 shares was $2.80 and is now worth 10 cents. Can anybody discuss the difference between the “expert market” and the grey market. Do we still remain listed on iHUB?
Thanks nsomn. I have seen trader groups move through VDRM perhaps eight months ago, and they had a 60% gain in a week. It was a barrage of positive posts and then gone. That would be an SEC problem.
As far as getting sued for defamation or slander I would think that the resident bashers would be more at risk here than the pumpers. Every board it seems has a resident basher or two. They are always negative and they persist in an unrelenting manner.
Perhaps we all should be careful with what we post. Perhaps it is not a realistic concern. I do not know.
I need to correct my last post. Verified Profile not Skull and Crossbones.
Skull and Crossbones on OTC. Should that make an investor worry about making an investment into JZZI?
Is this something good?
I think that Vyleesi is more effective in men than it is in women. Men have more of a sex drive to work with to then enhance.
Does bankruptcy seem highly probable with DVLP? Do company officers get to keep ill gotten gains they might have received? How likely is corruption to be involved with the management of DVLP? Just wondering.
KAST up 163% today though not high volume to 0.005. An uncommon shift in price though not really a material event due to low volume perhaps. KAST is legally related to VDRM.
OWCP is supposedly planning to do a phase 2 THC/CBD skin cream trial for psoriasis. I think they announced in early 2019 starting the trials some time in third quarter 2019. Did I miss any news about this trial having already started? Phase 2 would be showing statistical efficacy in actual psoriasis patients. Phase 1 was successful in showing safety with only some minor side effects.
The biological drugs (peptides)that patients take like “Enbrel” can have some seriously disproportionate side effects while psoriasis in itself is not life threatening. I think that an effective and safe topical treatment would have a large market.
There are already sizable populations that live in places where THC is legal to sell. The problem might be transport over state or country borders. Federal law applies in these instances. Patents in the US may also get thwarted.
OTC website has VDRM as Dark or Defunct, Stop Sign, and Shell Risk. I like that they try to warn naive suckers. How did we get have two new products started but no official PR from the company? Does VDRM have research and development expenses? Any solid news would be welcome. The last Stockholders Newsletter was July 2018 I think.
Can a bull story be told with regard to any upside predictions for the DVLP stock price?
PTN has $3.5 million in revenue per year per employee. It seems like solid company financially. $110 million in cash and no debt. Why is Wall Street overlooking all these facts? Sales of Bremalanitide are increasing. I can tell people here that it worked for me in terms of a noticeable increase in desire, which then improves performance. It might just be a slow process for people to catch on.
One example is when the FDA approved Vyleesi the company did a share offering at the exact same moment. That sudden massive increase in share supply for sale took away the run up in price that would have, should have occurred. The resulting lower share price is synonymous with screwing over current shareholders.
Please correct me if I am somehow wrong about this example.
Perhaps other shareholders can recall other examples.
What is it that keeps our beloved leader from doing a 500 to 1 reverse split?
Return on capital is 52%. Return on equity is 254%. What perplexes me is that computer algorithms do not have to capacity to notice data that is fully audited. Management has a history of screwing over the company’s shareholders and that must be why the computers that control Wall Street spit out PTN as “reject” no matter what the fundamentals say.
After closing the BZRTH deal shouldn’t the price per share of SGMD have risen in a punctuated manner?
We were kicked off of the pink sheets and went to the grey market about two months ago. Are we now back on the pink sheets? It seems to me that we did experience some actual trades here. The wisdom of experienced traders was that there was no chance at all of a resurrection.
What Grandmasin says is all true fact. Wallet Investor which uses AI to make predictions about the future of equity and futures prices should be able to incorporate into their algorithms that there is a stop sign, that the company is dark. That the president has been convicted for stealing a movie right. That the amazon sales have ceased. That the IR is absolutely unreachable , but does communicate positive news or positive vague possible news to only one person named slops which should be illegal. There is a fair disclosure law implicated here that Grandmasin probably understands.
Anyway, there should be a way that the Wallet Investor computer could be able to code this information into the computer and then apply that information into their proprietary algorithms.
I just looked and June 2020 high is now $2.34 down from $2.64. I would be thrilled to get only 10% of that prediction. I know that people here will surely say that Wallet Investor is not accurate in the least. However it is a computer and computers should be using some sort of logic that relates to how the real world works.
With a downside of only $.00174 and an upside of perhaps 50 cents then it seems like the reward relative to the risk would attract a few speculative investors. The probability of a win over a loss only needs to be about 1 in 500 to make the bet a smart bet to place.
I though think this whole VDRM thing looks to me like a certifiable scam.
We went from $.000001 to $.0029 in a flash. Does that mean that we are no longer a dark shell scam company? Does anybody know anything? Thanks.
One thousand shares is worth $1.70. Does that mean it is market makers and not retail investors?
Wow up 2,400% today. This is the biggest gain I have ever seen in one day for a stock.
Why can’t the company simply inform investors about what is going on? News about the current status involving the psoriasis cream, current status and development plans for the sublingual pill, and which patents are actively being pursued. With a stock price of $.007 what is there to lose by being honest? Things could not get more bleak. Are they fundamentally being quiet to avoid criminal prosecution or other actions that would result from something shady being exposed?
There were 38 different patent applications. Multiple Myeloma had a final rejection with the USPTO. It seems as though out of the 37 patents still pending that we could perhaps expect to get one or two granted. Is this an unreasonable expectation?
Johnny risk. You are a funny man.
Is it possible that Dr. Otiko has died but nobody bothered to tell us?
Thanks Strader27. Does management need to explain why they do not pay the proper payments? Is this some sort of corruption? Does management need to file a report like an 8-K when a material adverse event occurs? What has occurred still needs to have a detailed accounting for to the shareholders of DVLP who have lost money here after placing trust and money with management.
Thanks Stockfan100. The entire cannabis community is now realizing that they need actual scientific studies to back up the folklore wisdom about cannabis. GW Pharma did that. OWCP is trying to do the same sort of thing. GW does not have a psoriasis cream or a sublingual tablet. The market could be sizable in those two indications alone. Perhaps those two things could be enough to have a revenue or some sort to get active research started. Funding research is expensive to do.
If the product works some companies choose the trade secret route rather than patents due to cost and other advantages. I’d rather see patents myself but if patents are not granted it is not game over.
What are the other pharmaceutically oriented cannabis medicine companies that anybody might want to mention as possibly being promising?
When do we get to find out that we are toast?
Wallet Investor is an AI powered price prediction website. The future for DVLP is very bleak on Wallet Investor. It is a free site. I do not know why they have DVLP to .0001 in a few months from now.
Maybe it is the recent increased authorized shares or predicted reverse splits at high ratios. There must be something really bleak about DVLP that a computer algorithm really doesn’t like to see.
I do not see any news. What is the reason for the run up to .0019 from our recent low at .0008?
Cramer thought this was cheap at 11.
Up 9,900 % in one day to .0001.
