How much does it cost for Dr. O to get VDRM current and thus convert the stop sign on OTC? The stop sign automatically prevents some brokerage accounts from making a purchase. 42 million shares were traded yesterday. The stop sign did not prevent those transactions. Do traders need to sign off for taking full responsibility for purchasing a non reporting stock which has a stop sign on the OTC website?
