OT - If people can't see the obvious nature of his posts it's their problem. I've reported him to the SEC as I felt his pumping/statements on ENY were borderline illegal. Misrepresenting material facts and pumping an 11 mil market cap stock endlessly. I'm guessing he has a more than 1 alias on yahoo as well. Look at the board there. Another PR blitz. I really don't know enough about the company to comment on the merits of the lawsuit, but since they've already lost and an appeal won't happen probably till 2006 I'd say quite a few longs are just relying on the ignorance of others. No different than many other stocks except that most stocks can't be impacted by 1-2 individuals posting 50+ half-truth messages a day.
Forget the merits of ENY for one second. Why post 60+ times on ENY and mention all their cash on hand, but never mention the lawsuit pending? Why mention their rig repair operations when these were sold 6 months prior?
If a company is trading at 20x sales, but is growing at 128% is it overvalued or undervalued? What's to say that growth rate is sustainable. It's not. The market cap is 11 mil and they've set aside 8 mil on the books for a potential impact and you say it's not relevent? The reaction to the June 2005 PR says otherwise.
That same argument could be made for a quite a few overvalued companies. Is the growth rate sustainable? We'll see. I doubt it.
Let's see where their price-to-sales comes in and their earnings/cash flow without their discounted operations based upon market cap. You can't just look at absolute growth rates. The biggest question facing investors with this company is will they win the lawsuit. You still haven't responded to this. What are the merits of the case? They've already lost and now it's on appeal.

From the same report revenues were $596,209 for 9 months.

Again, just my opinion, but looks more than fully valued here if they eventually have to pay the lawsuit which they already lost per this PR.

ENY - First time I've seen you mention the possibility of a judgement again them. Did you forget to tell everyone when you mentioned their cash per share in your prior 60+ posts? We'll see what sort of revenues/earnings they produce based on their oil/gas operations alone since their other operations were sold 6 months ago.
Do you have any idea what sort of earnings/sales, cash flow to expect?
What is your basis for calling them undervalued?
If they do have to pay the judgement are their oil/gas operations fully valued at the current market cap?
I would expect that you have a substantial position in the company given all of your posts. You must have done quite of bit of research prior to investing, right? Then why did you fail to mention the lawsuit in prior posts along w/the fact that they got their cash position precisely because they sold a substantial portion of the company?
W/respect to ENY I've been posting far less than you overall so I certainly consider it my right.
If the company surives the lawsuit and doesn't have to pay it does look interesting. Otherwise I'd say it's more than fully valued here. What's your take on the lawsuit?
I'll admit that possibility. Just wonder why BB King didn't mention these material facts in his "promotion" of ENY.
Honestly I started doing DD because I was interested in investing. That much cash on hand and they do rig repair w/Rita coming? Sounds too good to be true. Of course the major reasons why I would have considered investing have huge red flags. The company doesn't provide enough information for my tastes to see whether it's worth investing prior to earnings. I'll wait and see.

ENY down 13% for day. 20% if you bought near the highs on expectations for a breakout.
Here is my latest DD for anyone who is interested.

I don't know about their oil/gas operations since I don't have enough data. Currently no position. I strongly encourage anyone invested in this company to at least call them and find out the facts for themselves.
ENY - Aren't you concerned about this?
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7863400
Still no reply.
No position myself. These are just my opinions.
ENY - I did more DD per your posts. Here is what I found.

No reply yet? Cash hoard in question. Rig operations sold 6 months prior. No comments?
ENY - my latest opinion FWIW.

>> ENY - excellent time to add, earnings next Wednesday are expected to be very good. <<
Aren't most oil/gas companies earning's expected to be good in this environment? To what extent is it already factored into the share price?
(edit) ENY - You were aware of the lawsuit against this company right? I mean about 15 min of DD and you can find out. I called IR and they said they have about 8 mil set aside on their books to cover these potential costs pending appeal. Her words, not mine. Company IR dept said this may not getting settled till 2006 or even later. Hard to say, but you can't really count on them keeping their existing cash hoard.
I don't recall you mentioning this lawsuit w/respect to their cash position in any of your prior 60+ posts on ENY. You mention their massive cash position though frequently. Did I overlook something?
Again, just my opinion. I don't have a long/short position at this point. Still in the process of doing DD which I started doing based upon your posts. So far two things which looked promising the cash hoard and rig repair operations come w/strings attrached and have been sold respectively.

Did you do any DD?
If ENY has nothing to do w/Rita and natural gas then why is it going back down now that Rita looks like a Cat 3?
I'm posting the truth as I see it. People can make up their own minds. So now you're saying Rita has nothing to do with Natural Gas. Just like Katrina had nothing to do with natural gas, right? ROFL. Please take legal action. It's an empty threat and you know it. I'm certainly within my right to respond to your pumping of ENY and not getting the facts right. Again had you posted a few times it would be understandable. Given the amount of postings you obviously are heavily invested or have done considerable DD. To not get this simple fact straight is more than simple oversight. Just my opinion of course.
BB King/ENY - Again, I'm not commenting on the merits or lackof w/respect to ENY. I'm commenting on your credibility.
W/respect to ENY they no longer repair rigs as you stated. These operations were sold a number of months ago. You shamelssly lied. Why is this so important?
1) Market cap.
2) Number of posts by yourself on ENY.
3) Obvious impact from Rita.
Truth about BB King and ENY

A little something called credibility. Obviously it doesn't matter here.
I'm going to report you to the SEC. This incident should certainly qualify.
HONEST??? Come on. Another bold faced lie. Anybody can click on your name and see 60+ posts on various boards all on the same 11 mil company. If that's not a paid pumper I don't know what is.
Obviously Rita is going to impact rigs in the gulf. You mentioned that this company FIXES those rigs when in fact they sold those operations 6 months ago and the company web site doesn't mention it. Now are you trying to tell me you didn't know this before you pumped it 60+ times in the last day?
LIAR.
Congrats on a succesful pump job. I'm not commenting on ENY so much as your character dipshit.
The company is only 11 mil in market cap. It's obvious this is a pump/dump job. You're only trying to help people? Any idiot should be able to see through that BS. What 60+ messages on this company in the last 24 hours and you don't even know that they sold their rig repair operations (which would of course be the major beneficiary from Rita)?
Yea right, like you didn't know before you spammed the whole world. Guess there are 124 idiots out there who don't see thru you blantant BS.
I'm not your friend. I think you're an ass.
(edit) Zeev, it seems like this kind of behavior should get one banned.

Look at all the posts on ENY. Doesn't even bother to get the facts straight. He knows he's lying.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7857755
60+ messages in 24 hrs on an 11 mil market cap company. Of course he neglects to say that they sold their rig repair operations which of course would be the major beneficiary from Rita and the whole reason for the pump.
>> ENY - WOW! They repair offshore RIGS as well! <<
BS.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/050517/086988.html
Net income from discontinued operations resulted from the Company's disposition of its Industrial & Offshore Division which was sold February 2005.
Nothing mentioned on company web site.

If you're going to shamelessly pimp at least get the facts straight. Clicking on your name it's easy to see how many messages you're posted on this company.
You really are quite the pimp.

*** Gold related post (Chavez and GRZ/KRY/HL) ***
Thanks for the article. Based upon the original article it's hard to see how Chavez's statement could have been taken out of context. I was gun shy about investing in GRZ prior to this. Don't think I'd consider touching it again until they have permits in hand and the financing has been done. Wonder what sort of terms banks will demand from GRZ? They still need north of 500 mil I believe.
**** Gold related ***** GRZ - You could look at it two ways:
1) Gov would have announced seizure of GRZ at the same time as KRY since they're essentially the same mine if they were planning on doing so.
2) Gov is still planning on seizing GRZ mine due to it's proximity to KRY. GRZ still lacks permits. Until permits come why bother investing no matter how cheap it looks.
I tend to subscribe to #2. However, given that KRY was contested maybe that gives the Gov the perfect cover to seize the mine, but leave GRZ alone. Don't know, but too hot to touch.
I'm guessing the Gov is still looking for any legit reason to seize GRZ as well since it make far more sense to develop these two mines as one.
