ENY - First time I've seen you mention the possibility of a judgement again them. Did you forget to tell everyone when you mentioned their cash per share in your prior 60+ posts? We'll see what sort of revenues/earnings they produce based on their oil/gas operations alone since their other operations were sold 6 months ago.

Do you have any idea what sort of earnings/sales, cash flow to expect?

What is your basis for calling them undervalued?

If they do have to pay the judgement are their oil/gas operations fully valued at the current market cap?

I would expect that you have a substantial position in the company given all of your posts. You must have done quite of bit of research prior to investing, right? Then why did you fail to mention the lawsuit in prior posts along w/the fact that they got their cash position precisely because they sold a substantial portion of the company?
