CYBU...can you image if these 115 major food processing companies received today's e-mail and if 1,2,or 3 orders were made what that would do to our shareholder price...as you say it would be your third 10-bagger this year...
THE MAJOR PLAYERS IN THE FOOD PROCESSING BUSINESS!
The 115 food processors on this list are the major players and have every reason to be concerned about the safety of their produce. I would hope that PDSC has contacted these folks because they need us as much as we need them not to mention we as a nation!
Again if you have a contact at any of these companies it would be worth your short time and investment to advise them of PDSC!

I take it most board members here are shareholders of PDSC as many contrubute some good commentary, opinions, and facts on PDSC.
I tip my hat to your chart skills as you have made it an almost "play -by-play" analysis to all of us and wonder with all of your efforts if you have made yourself a shareholder?
If you are a shareholder be it 1 share or perhaps the person who made the 5M purchase today welcome back.

Today's News Release:
Today's news release confirms that our CEO Bill Kearney has the brains to put together a technology that goes well above my comprehension. I guess you need to be an engineer!
However, what I do understand and appreciate is the fact that he has the proven technology to combat the diseases / contaminants that cause death as we has witnessed the past few weeks with e-coli.
We are half way successful with proven products and technolgy that clearly is leading the pact, a pro-active CEO who is kicking the tires and producing contracts and contacts, and a company that is debt-free with expansion plans in the works.
What we need to complete the formula for shareholder success as well as our CEo is:
1) Audited financials that I understand is being worked upon.We cannot go to AMEX without the audits!
2) Defined contracts with $$'s for the purpose of "validation" of this companies technolgy and the markets confidence that PDSC is a solution to the persist problem in the food processing business.
It would not hurt to send an e-mail to PDSC thanking them for their hard work and DD on pending business.

Ground beef recalled due to suspected E. coli
POSTED: 8:37 a.m. EDT, October 7, 2006
WASHINGTON (AP) -- An Iowa company is recalling about 5,200 pounds of ground beef products distributed from seven states because they could be contaminated with a dangerous strain of E. coli, the government said Friday.
The meat is suspected of having the same E. coli strain responsible for three deaths in the recent outbreak of contaminated spinach. The government said no illnesses have been reported from consumption of the beef subject to the recall.
Jim's Market and Locker Inc. of Harlan, Iowa, produced the ground beef patties and packages August and September 1, and sent it to distributors in Georgia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New York, Texas and Wisconsin, and to one retail establishment in Iowa, said the U.S. Food Safety and Inspection Service.
Customers who bought the products affected by the voluntary recall should return them to the place of purchase, the service said.
E. coli lives in the intestines of cattle and other animals and typically is linked to contamination by fecal material. It's believed responsible for about 60 deaths and 73,000 infections a year in the United States. The potentially deadly strain can cause bloody diarrhea and dehydration.
The very young, the old and people with compromised immune systems are the most at risk.
The Iowa recall is the first significant one involving ground beef since a Tennessee company recalled some 4,300 pounds in early August, also because of possible E. coli contamination.
Each package in the latest recall bears the establishment number "Est. 2424" inside the USDA mark of inspection.

Iowa ground beef recalled after E.Coli find: USDA
Fri Oct 6, 2006 8:14pm E
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An Iowa-based company has recalled more than 5,000 lbs. of ground beef after tests detected a harmful strain of the E. coli bacteria, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said on Friday.
No illness has been reported from potentially contaminated meat, which was produced on August 31 and September 1 by Jim's Market and Locker Inc., USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service said in a statement.
The firm voluntarily recalled the 5,226 lbs. of beef, which was moved to one retailer and distributors in Georgia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New York, Texas and Wisconsin, after tests found the 0157:H7 strain of the bacteria, USDA said.
That strain, which can be deadly, is found in cattle's intestines and manure.
The company was not available to comment.
Just another example that PDSC has the given FDA products to assist with these types of disasters in our food chain!
CEO Bill Kearney, please contact Jim's Market and Locker Inc as they need your products ASAP!

Are We Going Lower?
I know many of you are great chart readers and any opinion as to whether those charts indicate this PPS is going lowerhiher, or has stabilized would be much appreciated.
I am looking to average down the cost basis and perhaps this price range is the best time to do so.

Sit Idle or Buy Time?
Not sure what you folks are doing with the PPS in the .0028's area but I myself will buy more if we head any lower this afternoon.
There appears to be some prssure on this board rom coversation of Stone Financial - dilution of shares - CEO Kearney not making the PR's specific enough to increase shar price - perhaps a reverse split to get to the $1 AMEX level.
What keeps the "faith" for me is the fact that PDSC has potential with its patented products that are FDA approved. I am hopeful with his recent PR's that those connections/ contracts will give him more referral business going forward. More business comes from referrals than any amount of money you spend on advertising .
So with that said, I hope that this is short blip in the stock and when the financials come out and perhaps more specific contracts with $$'s amounts we will see a big spike in the price.
Whoever is the moderator for this board it would be great if you sent CEO BIll Kearney an e-mail mentioned our support both in board conversation and as shareholders.
I like reading everyones posts whether you are short or long term player!

A Bull or Bear Market Here?
Back after a few days and notice today some new developments with a question are we bullish or bearish here?
1) 2 PR's this week...yesterdays appears to have more substance
with opportunities for additional orders up to..200. I am
curious as to our potential profit margins?
2) Looks like BigJoe51 or CYBU are now the board moderators since
AF has fled the coup? I support either one as I too look for
those messages that contain objective news rather than where the
price of this stock is going.
3) Why to drop into the .003's this week and are we heading up or
down? Someone posted a note stating that they contacted Jean atPDSC asking this question and her response was someone is
shorting this stock.
In any case, this price fluctuation does not deter me from the fact that CEO Bill Kearney is active in putting the contracts together, is majority shareholder, debt-free company, and products that are FDA approved with a strong network.
However, I am realistic given the nature of pennie stocks ( this is my first atempt) that this is a long shot so I am rooting for the underdog with the hopes that he makes it.
I continue to add to my position when it makes sense.

Average Down My Costs: Todays drop into the high .0003's gave me the opportunity to add more shares + average down my costs so I'll take it while it was offered.
What is it going to take to get the stock moving?
IMO:
1) File the financials and release them for review.
2) Additional contracts of which I suspect from the most recent
interview includes an announcement of four retail stores
contracting the use of the Ozone Ice Machines.
3) Completion of the new facility in Dallas,Texas.
Until that time its a see-saw with the MM's and as dips come so does more buying opportunities.

Foodborne Illnesses
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimate that 76 million cases of foodborne illnesses, or food poisoning, occur every year in the United States . Foodborne illnesses are defined as toxic or infectious diseases caused by agents that enter the body through the ingestion of food. Every person is at risk of foodborne illness, regardless of their health, age, or social stature.
Bacterial pathogens are the leading cause of food poisoning in humans. Food may be contaminated with microorganisms such as E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Shigella, or Campylobacter. Other causes of food poisoning may include natural poisons, parasites, harmful chemical substances, or viruses such as Hepatitis A.
Food poisoning is characterized by a generally short incubation period of one week or less. The symptoms of foodborne illness vary, but usually include diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, headache, and weakness. Fever is sometimes, but not always, exhibited in food poisoning victims. In more serious cases, life-threatening physical conditions may develop, resulting in permanent disability or even death. Those with weak immune systems such as pregnant women, young children, the elderly, and those with pre-existing medical conditions, are at particularly high risk for complications due to foodborne illness.
Food poisoning statistics:
* An average of 325,000 people are hospitalized each year as a result of foodborne illnesses. Approximately 5,000 of these food poisoning cases are fatal.
* Each year in the developing world, diarrheal illness from contaminated food and water causes 2 million deaths in young children.
* Fruits and vegetables account for 12% of food poisoning cases and 6% of the foodborne illnesses outbreaks in this country. Tomatoes, melons, lettuce, sprouts and green onions are primary culprits for contamination. Even produce which must be peeled before eaten are subject to bacterial contamination through cracks in the skin or rind.
* Outbreaks of food poisoning can occur anywhere in the world. It is estimated that for every case of food poisoning that is reported, 350 cases go unreported.
* Foodborne illness is more common during the warm summer months due to the fact that foodborne bacteria thrive in temperatures between 90 and 110 degrees Fahrenheit. They also multiply faster in humid environments.
* In the U.S., illnesses caused by foodborne contaminants are estimated to cost up to $35 billion annually in medical costs and lost productivity.
The safety of the food we eat has recently drawn attention as a national health dilemma. Despite notable advances in food processing and manufacturing, foodborne illnesses continue to be a significant – and growing - public health problem in the United States .
In response to increasing incidents of foodborne illness nationwide, organizations such as the Center for Disease Control and Prevention are taking strides to educate the public about the threat of foodborne illness, and to ensure that the food industry takes strides to protect consumers from food contamination.

Natural Food Selection: CEO Charles Sweat: Commentary.

AN JUAN BAUTISTA, California (AP) -- State health officials said Thursday that they still hope to find the source of the contaminated spinach that's sickened at least 189 people, but called on farmers to be more diligent about applying food safety measures to prevent future E. coli outbreaks.
The recent nationwide outbreak, at least the 10th traced to produce from California's Salinas Valley during the last decade, shows that growers have not done all they could to safeguard their crops and the public's health, said Dr. Kevin Reilly, deputy director of the prevention services branch of the California health department.
"Good agricultural practices are pretty well understood. The key is going to be consistency and doing that 100 percent of the time in 100 percent of the farms," Reilly said. "One breakdown of that process can create the next outbreak." (Watch broader food safety questions -- 1:58external link)
Meanwhile, the produce processing company at the center of the current E. coli outbreak announced Thursday that it would test a sample from each lot of greens its packages for illness-causing bacteria.
Natural Selection Foods CEO Charles Sweat said the new system is modeled after sampling procedures that helped reduce the number of human E. coli infections caused by beef. Natural Selection Foods LLC is a privately held company.
"While we had food safety practices in place, we need to move to a new level of food safety," Sweat said.
As of Thursday, state and federal health officials had found E. coli in nine bags of Dole baby spinach supplied by people who had fallen ill. All nine bags were packed on Aug. 15 at a Natural Selection Foods plant, Reilly said. From the company's records, inspectors think the tainted greens came from at least one of nine farms in Monterey, San Benito and Santa Clara counties.
Sweat said during a news conference that recent testing of the company's San Juan Bautista processing plant by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the California Department of Health Services showed the facilities are clean -- an assertion Reilly said was not true.
"As of today, the California Department of Health Services has not cleared the processing facilities in the investigation," he said during a conference call with reporters.
The two agreed, however, that farmers must bear more of the responsibility for making sure the produce they grow does not come into contact with E. coli from irrigation water, fertilizer, animal droppings or unclean human hands.
"There is something different about the Salinas Valley or possible practices there that is resulting in environmental contamination," Reilly said. "In the meantime, we need to work very closely with the farmers to implement these preventive measures."
Results from tests conducted at the nine farms are not yet available. Tracing the tainted greens back to the individual fields is difficult because spinach from different growers is mixed together before being packaged, Sweat said.
Besides testing produce for signs of contamination when it comes in, Natural Selections plans to develop food safety guidelines for the farmers whose produce it washes and packages, Sweat said. The new protocol will include audits on growers, internal audits on company staff and the enforcement of sanitation guidelines for farm equipment and packaging supplies.
Sweat said the company also will reach out to the people who were sickened by spinach packaged by their plant and offer to reimburse their out-of-pocket medical expenses.
"We know there are people out there who have suffered," he said. "It's the right thing to do."

Press Release: Thank You CEO Bill Kearney!
Perhaps the "fruits of his labor" are beginning to pay-off with today's announcement!
As a shareholder I appreicate his working efforts to make things happen rather than most CEO's who wait for things to happen or wish things could happen!
Patience is a virtue to those who have the faith and focus on the task at hand.

BigJohn51: Excellent Commentary and Right On!
There seems to be two trends of thoughts on this board:
1) That CEO Bill Kearney of PDSC is not only an A*Hole but perhaps the biggest thief having cooked the deal with Stone Financial and has pocket $$$$$'s. It appears that some do not care to own the stock and hope it drops like a lead balloon.
2) There are many who clearly undertstand that there are many pro's and cons to owning stock in this company. From some excellent research and reporting reveals that CEO Mr. Bill Keanry has the right product for the right markets given the current crisis with the E-Coli virus and agra-terrorism that is beginning to get much attention worldwide. Many of us are willing to take the risk that PDSC can successfully launch its products.
What are the potentials in owning this company stock:
1) Goes to AMEX for listing. ( I read posts that imply it ).
2) Tremendous returns for a small investment (i.e less than 1M shares here is small change)
2) If CEO Bill Kearney is successful with this launch it is highly likely he will get a "buy-out" offer from a Fortune 500 company and at a minimum a "real joint partnership" with a mega company.
If you can stand the "pain" your rewards could be invaluable and something I do not want to speculate in terms of $$'s. I have been there and it is a lifestyle change!
In conclusion, I would recommend that we leave the water that has passed under the bridge and look forward to some exciting new opportunities our CEO is trying to accomplish.
Regardless of what CEO Bill Keaney character may or may not be I remind myself as a shareholder I have a vested interest with the high hopes that we make it. The financial risks at these levels is minimal however the upside if successful is substancial.
What we need is patience and some luck that CEO Bill Kearney can pull this off!

Reuters News: More E-Voli OutBreak!
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - More bags of spinach tainted with toxic E. coli bacteria have been found and could help investigators track down an outbreak that may have killed three people, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Tuesday.
Investigators found the bags in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Ohio. The CDC said the DNA "fingerprint" of the strain isolated in Pennsylvania matches that of the outbreak strain.
"'DNA fingerprinting' is underway on the strains isolated in Illinois and Ohio," the CDC said in a statement.
It said 183 people in 26 states had been confirmed with E. coli O157:H7 infections in the outbreak.
The Toronto Star newspaper said a woman in Canada's Ontario province had also been infected.
At least one person has died in the outbreak, in Wisconsin, and state health officials were checking the cases of a 2-year-old boy who died in Idaho and an 86-year-old woman who died in Maryland, both reportedly after eating spinach.
Escherichia coli is a usually harmless bacteria normally resident in the guts of animals, including humans. A new and pathogenic strain called E. coli O157:H7 was identified in 1982 and it now causes an 73,000 cases of infection and 61 deaths in the United States each year.
Most illness has been associated with undercooked, contaminated ground beef. But if contaminated manure gets into irrigation water or is used in fertilizer, it can get onto fresh produce or into the water supply. Environmental groups said large-scale farming and poor regulation by the Environmental Protection Agency, the Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture were to blame for the outbreak.
"Factory farms are a major source of E.coli contamination, but the EPA is not doing enough to protect our food or water supplies," said Melanie Shepherdson of the Natural Resources Defense Council.
"These factory farms generate some 500 million tons of manure annually, and routinely over-apply the liquid waste on land. It then runs off fields into nearby streams or seeps into underground water supplies, polluting the water with viruses, bacteria, pesticides, antibiotics, hormones and excessive nutrients," the NRDC added in a statement.
"We have the technology to significantly reduce the bacteria, viruses and parasites in factory farm animal waste. We shouldn't have to worry about eating contaminated vegetables or drinking water."
The NRDC, the Sierra Club and the Environmental Integrity Project sent out joint releases saying they were meeting with EPA officials with their complaints.
"In the case of the E. coli contamination of spinach, state authorities notified the Food and Drug Administration on August 23 that individuals had become ill; but it took the FDA until September 14 to warn the public," the NRDC said.
"Even now, more than a month after learning of the E. coli poisoning, FDA has yet to take any enforcement action."
The FDA has experts on a team of 20 inspectors looking at farms in three California counties where the outbreak seems to have originated. FDA officials have said tighter regulations of such farms may be necessary.

My earlier post of pending lawsuits is another case of indigestion for the food processors.
Marlin Clark has filed suit on behalf of 76 clients.
According the the article each case settled is worth between $50,000-$500,000 each!
Thats expensive spinach lettuce!
A big reason for management at PDSC to reach out to the various food processors.
They need us as much as we need them!

Thanks CYBU for the post on today's news!
Looks like our CEO Bill Kearney is putting his words into action with his expansion plans.
From what we know about PDSC:
1) Debt Free Company
2) Patented Products that are FDA approved.
3) Window of Opportunity given the E-Coli/ Lettuce disaster.
A promtional announcement from some of these pending contracts along with filing the corporate paperwork bodes well for all of us.

THE MAJOR PLAYERS IN THE FOOD PROCESSING BUSINESS!
The 116 food processors on this list are the major players and have every reason to be concerned about the safety of their produce. I would hope that PDSC has contacted these folks because they need us as much as we need them not to mention we as a nation!
Again if you have a contact at any of these companies it would be worth your short time and investment to advise them of PDSC!

FOOD PROCESSING BUSINESS IN THE US 470Billion!
Interesting article for newcomers to the food processing business which PDSC is associated with in terms of fighting the bacteria that comes along with the process.
If CEO Bill Kearney could land just one of these accounts you can only image what might happen:
The major players:

ARCHER DANILES MIDLAND COMPANY
KRAFT FOODS
TYSON FOODS
BUNGE
If by chance you have any contacts with any of thses companies it would be well worth your investment to alert them to PDSC.

Within the industry, the market for organic foods and beverages has grown at a tremendous pace and is expected to generate sales of about $32 billion by 2009. The organic industry has been experiencing annual growth of 17-22% over the past five years, fueled primarily by the rising consumer concern about food quality and farming standards and greater availability of organic foods through mainstream channels.
The leading players in the US market include Unilever, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Kraft Foods, Tyson Foods and Bunge. Unilever is the worlds leading supplier of food products with a portfolio of brands that includes Knorr, Blue Band and Lipton. In 2004, Unilever sold its edible oils and white fats business to a Mexican subsidiary of Associated British Foods. The sale was part of its overall strategy to focus on its core business areas.
WILL LAWSUITS HELP PROMOTE THE NEED FOR PDSC PRODUCTS?
If you think a company feels bad if you ate their tainted lettuce get ready for more headaches..LAWSUITS!!
Time for PDSC to contact Natural Selection Foods LLC!
Updated: 6:55 p.m. ET Sept. 26, 2006
TOLEDO, Ohio - Five family members who said they were sickened after eating fresh spinach filed a lawsuit Tuesday against a processing company investigators are examining in their search for the source of the tainted greens.
The lawsuit in U.S. District Court seeks at least $100,000 in damages from Natural Selection Foods LLC.
Roger Drummond and Laura Snider, of Bowling Green, said they and their three children became ill in late August and early September after eating packages of organic spinach salad.
Story continues below ↓ advertisement
The family suffered from diarrhea, cramping and headaches, the lawsuit said. The youngest, 1-year-old Amrita Drummond, was hospitalized and tests showed that she was suffering from a highly virulent strain of E. coli, according to the lawsuit.
She suffered permanent kidney damage and will require lifelong care, said attorney David Zoll.
A message seeking comment was left with the company Tuesday, but was not immediately returned.
Health officials tracking the source of the E. coli outbreak from spinach has sickened at least 175 people nationwide are focusing on Natural Selection Foods LLC, which officials believe packaged the tainted spinach for Dole and dozens of other brands. They’re also looking specifically at nine farms in three California counties that supplied the company with leafy greens.
Natural Selection Foods, based in San Juan Bautista, Calif., has recalled more than 30 brands, including Dole, President’s Choice, Ready Pac, Trader Joe’s, Nature’s Basket and Premium Fresh.
Thanks for your feedback as an investor on this board!
Its wonderful to have everyone express their opinions about PDSC whether they see this success and or failure with CEO Bill Kearney at the helm.
However, its vitally important that we stay focused on the facts as we know them about PDSC and to be as objective as possible.
There are many facts we know about CEO Bill Kearney & PDSC if we listen to the interviews and read the PR's and there are several unknown facts that we are anticipating to learn more about in the coming weeks and months ahead!
Everyone on this board whether you hold a few shares or several million shares have one thing in common and that is to make a return of your hard earned money.
CEO Bill Kearney is no different having vested years to produce and patent his FDA approved products, invested some 2.5 M into this company, and through hard work is trying to make this a successful venture.
It is too soon to chastise CEO Bill Kearney for his less than stellar interview skills but to commend him for taking action and advantage of his window of opportunities!
Lets hope the underdog comes out on top!
Good Health To All.

Excellent research and objective commentary on PDSC!
I appreciate reading your posts as you add more details and news worthy information that provides insight into PDSC.
From reading you posts the past week or so I'll assume that you are one that has been around here for awhile.
If you sold a few shares and made yourself some money during the past week congratulations but my feeling is you are holding out for perhaps bigger opportunities than perhaps anyone is anticipating given your research and previous contact with PDSC management.

Seabiscuit: Thanks for your compliment as I think it is important that we keep the discussion objective with common sense acumen!
As a fomer CEO for a privatly held company I clearly understand the postion Mr. Kearney has taken. At times I have seen many brash CEO's take the unpopular decisions be it staff changes, revisions with products/services and speaking invitations that would make your head spin!
I believe that CEO Bill Kearney is at that junction whereby he needs to manage and lead this company with a strong presence given the opportunities at hand.
With respect to the stock price, I believe that the price will be justified by generating revenues with his various pending contracts. When PDSC becomes a reporting company and listed on the AMEX ( assuming we get this far) ) then we have access to the investment community making their recommendations which takes us to another level.
First things first...PDSC needs to generate revenue / contracts and file its paperwork as a reporting company.
Despite Bill's raspy voive with intermittent coughs I believe this is in our best interest.
Cloner: I went ahead and sent a full profile to the Chquita Company and I received a response saying they received it.
