My earlier post of pending lawsuits is another case of indigestion for the food processors.

Marlin Clark has filed suit on behalf of 76 clients.

According the the article each case settled is worth between $50,000-$500,000 each!

Thats expensive spinach lettuce!

A big reason for management at PDSC to reach out to the various food processors.

They need us as much as we need them!
