Seabiscuit: Thanks for your compliment as I think it is important that we keep the discussion objective with common sense acumen!

As a fomer CEO for a privatly held company I clearly understand the postion Mr. Kearney has taken. At times I have seen many brash CEO's take the unpopular decisions be it staff changes, revisions with products/services and speaking invitations that would make your head spin!

I believe that CEO Bill Kearney is at that junction whereby he needs to manage and lead this company with a strong presence given the opportunities at hand.

With respect to the stock price, I believe that the price will be justified by generating revenues with his various pending contracts. When PDSC becomes a reporting company and listed on the AMEX ( assuming we get this far) ) then we have access to the investment community making their recommendations which takes us to another level.

First things first...PDSC needs to generate revenue / contracts and file its paperwork as a reporting company.

Despite Bill's raspy voive with intermittent coughs I believe this is in our best interest.

Cloner: I went ahead and sent a full profile to the Chquita Company and I received a response saying they received it.

Good Health To All
