Today's News Release:

Today's news release confirms that our CEO Bill Kearney has the brains to put together a technology that goes well above my comprehension. I guess you need to be an engineer!

However, what I do understand and appreciate is the fact that he has the proven technology to combat the diseases / contaminants that cause death as we has witnessed the past few weeks with e-coli.

We are half way successful with proven products and technolgy that clearly is leading the pact, a pro-active CEO who is kicking the tires and producing contracts and contacts, and a company that is debt-free with expansion plans in the works.

What we need to complete the formula for shareholder success as well as our CEo is:

1) Audited financials that I understand is being worked upon.We cannot go to AMEX without the audits!
2) Defined contracts with $$'s for the purpose of "validation" of this companies technolgy and the markets confidence that PDSC is a solution to the persist problem in the food processing business.

It would not hurt to send an e-mail to PDSC thanking them for their hard work and DD on pending business.

Good Health To all.
