BigJohn51: Excellent Commentary and Right On!

There seems to be two trends of thoughts on this board:

1) That CEO Bill Kearney of PDSC is not only an A*Hole but perhaps the biggest thief having cooked the deal with Stone Financial and has pocket $$$$$'s. It appears that some do not care to own the stock and hope it drops like a lead balloon.

2) There are many who clearly undertstand that there are many pro's and cons to owning stock in this company. From some excellent research and reporting reveals that CEO Mr. Bill Keanry has the right product for the right markets given the current crisis with the E-Coli virus and agra-terrorism that is beginning to get much attention worldwide. Many of us are willing to take the risk that PDSC can successfully launch its products.

What are the potentials in owning this company stock:
1) Goes to AMEX for listing. ( I read posts that imply it ).

2) Tremendous returns for a small investment (i.e less than 1M shares here is small change)

2) If CEO Bill Kearney is successful with this launch it is highly likely he will get a "buy-out" offer from a Fortune 500 company and at a minimum a "real joint partnership" with a mega company.

If you can stand the "pain" your rewards could be invaluable and something I do not want to speculate in terms of $$'s. I have been there and it is a lifestyle change!

In conclusion, I would recommend that we leave the water that has passed under the bridge and look forward to some exciting new opportunities our CEO is trying to accomplish.

Regardless of what CEO Bill Keaney character may or may not be I remind myself as a shareholder I have a vested interest with the high hopes that we make it. The financial risks at these levels is minimal however the upside if successful is substancial.

What we need is patience and some luck that CEO Bill Kearney can pull this off!

Good Health To All
