News for 'GZFX' - (Stockwire.com: The Movers and Shakers Blog, Part 3:)
MIAMI, Dec 13, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- We like stocks trading big dollar value volume! A very interesting indicator to look for is where the money is flowing into. We have a filter that we watch every morning that shows us "Dollar Volume". We also like stocks that are trading at bargain prices. As of 10:30AM, a couple of these stocks are: (OTCBB: SMVD), (OTCBB: XSNX), (OTCBB:CWPC), (OTCBB: GZFX)
For the nine months ended 30 September 2005, GameZnFlix, Inc.'s revenues totaled $536K, up from $157K. Net loss decreased 64% to $2.9M. Revenues reflect the change in business focus from consulting services to DVD and video game rentals.
Lower loss reflects decreased advertising and marketing costs, lower consultancy fees and lower business related expenses. The Company is engaged in DVD movies and video games rental business.
As a trader, a very intelligent place to put your money, is where the money is flowing into. When you get into stocks that are trading millions of dollars within the first 30-60 minutes of the market being open, chances are you will be able to get out of your position without hurting the stock. These are the kind of trades that you want to get into.
As the saying goes...follow the money!
You're WELCOME 'Wawh' ;^)
RBAK Chart...Also: KSWW-TREN-INTC-SIRI-INSM-YHOO
A nice, stable bull chart...The last pullback held support at the 15DMA again...OBV is Strong...CMF shows Money Flow dropping, but the A/D Line shows Strong Accumulation...CCI and RSI are upticking...DMI+ and DMI- are diverging...Stochastics turned back up just below 50...MACD is downticking...And the Volume is on the light side...I am still Long until it closes below the 15DMA...
KSWW-This is one of the BEST looking Long Term Charts I have seen in a while...The chart pattern is: 'stairsteps...This is also known as 'The March of the Bulls'
KSWW-A Consolidation may be in order here, as it has closed outside the upper Bollinger Band for 4 of the last 5 days...
TREN-I do see a possible breakout up if it gets above 2.50
Accumulation is Strong...It's a slow mover though, and almost Overbought...
INTL-The perfect entry would have been at 25.00
27.50 is the possible upside here, but I don't like ChipStocks.
SIRI-Nice Inverse Head and Shoulders formed here...Yesterday's pullback was a bit severe, but it was very Overbought...It could still have some legs after a Consolidation...
INSM-I see some more upside here after a Consolidation...The OBV is Strong, but the A/D Line is weak, and it is Overbought...Good Volume lately...
YHOO-It's Consolidating in an uptrend...OBV is Strong, but the CMF and Accumulation are falling off...So is the Volume...It could go either way here, and the feeling I get is it may go down some more...

'fizzlegig'...Since this was your first post...
On our Board...We'd like to say:
To the Board!
A website for the O&G Industry posted Wednesday's PR...
About PBLS's Nevada Lease of over 7871 acres in White Pines County, Nevada...Interesting website to explore BTW...
http://www.rigzone.com/news/article.asp?a_id=27551
Hi 'gjd' and 'Wawh'...I thought I'd get some charts up...
Tonight for SIRI, INTC, TREN, KSWW, YHOO, and RBAK...
But I'm not feeling too good tonight, because I didn't get hardly any sleep last night...
I plan to go to bed early tonight, and get up real early tomorrow to get back into gear here...It's hard to get back into action after such a long Vacation...LOL
'gjd'...Do you have any stocks you'd like me to post charts on tomorrow morning?...
G'night...
PP
LIMA371...I'll take Paul Alanzo's word that there IS...
Such a well, over your denial of it's existance ANY DAY!...LOL
Wow! Cowboy...That answers question #4 of my last post...
And I wish you had called after I posted it, so you could have asked Paul some more of the questions on my list and saved me a call...Did you ask any other questions?...And if so, what were the replies?...TIA
That news from "The Horses Mouth" about the 15K/BBLS/Day is:
Freakin' AWESOME IMHO...
I didn't think Paul would issue an "Official PR" with a misstated fact that would invite all kinds of trouble, and put a speed bump in the road of what's he's trying to accomplish...
The main reason I wanted to call Paul today was to get that one fact out in the open about the 15K BBLS/Day issue that was a cause for debate this weekend...
Thanks for clearing THAT up for us ALL ;^)
cosmoworld7...re: the "Closing of the ProGas Deal"...
The PR of November 30, 2005 - 12:45 PM EST states:
Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate Updates Timetable on Acquisition of ProGas, Inc.
Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Pink Sheets:PBLS) updated its shareholders today regarding its previously announced intent to acquire Covington, Louisiana based ProGas, Inc. The closing date for the transaction, which was originally scheduled for the week of November 30, 2005, has been revised to close by mid-December.
Paul Alonzo, CEO of Phoenix stated, "The deal is done in principle. We have already begun the integration of ProGas into our overall operations, however there was a delay, do in large part to the Thanksgiving Holiday and legal review of the closing documents, that prevented us from 'officially' closing the transaction this week. Irrespective, we should have the deal closed shortly and we are already reviewing other compelling candidates for acquisitive growth."
"mid-December"...To me means by Friday, but "mid-December" is rather Vague IMO...
More than anything, I am hoping this Deal is "Officially Closed" by the close this Friday...Paul didn't tell me Exactly on what day the PR would come out, so I really don't know anything other than what is in the PR...
I DO have plans to call HQ sometime this week with the following questions:
1) Has the "Buyback" begun yet in the Open Market?
2) What is the A/S and O/S Share Count and Structure?
3) What is the Deal with the new PR Firm "BrassBulls"?...Is this the PR Firm they actually hired?...
I was led to believe the Company they would do PR Business with was more "Prestigious" than the one they have apparently hired...
4) Was there a "mistake" in the Nevada PR about the "one well" on a neighboring Lease producing 15K BBLS/Day?...Should it have read 15KBBLS/Week or even 15K BBLS/Month...And was it actually "one well", or a combined total for a number of different wells on the same Lease?
5) I would like more information on the $8.5MM of "Debt" Paul seemed VERY pleased to have "Paid Off"...Was that about a lawsuit over the construction of home as MarriedWithChildren has spoken of, of something else?
6) I would like more information about the "25 International Investors" they had meetings in Seattle with recently...Which Division of PBLS were they talking about "doing business" with?...The O&G Division?
7) What is the status of the ProGas Deal, and will there be a PR announcing it is "Done" by this Friday, and will that PR include "Audited Financials" or NOT?
8) What is the status of becoming "Fully Reporting", and how many days after they file Form 10 will they be able to make the move to a better Exchange?
9) How is the cleanup and rebuilding of New Orleans going, and what part does PBLS play in these efforts?...It would be nice to get some numbers from the Sand and Gravel Operations, the Bayou State Trucking Division, and the Construction and Swimming Pool Divisions...Why haven't we heard more about this part of the Business recently?
If anyone has any other questions you'd like me to ask, please post them and I'll put them on my list...
PBLS is still on the Pink Sheets 'nyseazz'...
I heard a while back that Ameritrade was going to start offering Level 2 on Pinks, and that's why I didn't sign up for AlphaTrade.com Level 2 and have to pay for it...
It looks like today is when Level 2 for Pinks is now available on the Ameritrade Streamer...I see it there also this morning...
I wish PBLS had moved to the OTC.BB Exchange today, but there is still much work to be done getting all the past Financials "Audited", so that they can file 'Form 10'...
Let's hope for some Good News from PBLS this week in the way of the ProGas Deal being PR'd as "Done", and that they include some "Audited Financials" in that PR...
That could give us a reason to close UP on the week...
Good Luck to ALL ;^)
Thanks treepeople...I just had to get that...
Off my chest...I feel MUCH! Better now...LOL
'mthead'...Maybe you should re-read this PR...
About the overall scope of Operations of the Sand and Gravel Division of PBLS before you think you have "verified" ANYTHING...
Your quote: "If you think they're selling millions of bucks worth of sand and gravel, it shouldn't be too difficult to verify. I know they're not because I did verify it."
Maybe if you had made an appointment to have a "Guided Tour" of the Pit instead of showing up unannounced like a 'thief in the night', you may have been allowed to come away with 'The WHOLE Picture...
I'm sure if Adam Alanzo had been there with you to EXPLAIN IT ALL to you, and allow you to see the ENTIRE OPERATION, you would have come away from your visit with a completely different attitude...

Phoenix Signs Multi-Year Mining Contract
Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (OTC: PBLS) is very pleased to announce that Mike Ellinger, the owner of Mike's Enterprises, has signed a multi-year contract through the year 2023 with Phoenix and will be working on the mine site at the Murphy Sand and Gravel operation located in Pearl River, Louisiana. Mr. Ellinger and his company are working to enhance the extraction of soil, gravel, sand and other products at Murphy's, which is the cornerstone of the Company's Mining Division.
CEO, Paul Alonzo, having a long working relationship with Mr. Ellinger prior to this new eighteen-year contract, states that, "Mike's new contract and the addition of his mining equipment to the Murphy operation will greatly benefit the efforts and will increase the ongoing revenues of Phoenix by an estimated $4,500,000 per year and an estimated $600,000 in net profit per year." This quote from your post #5046
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=8677286
When you drive beyond the ONE scale that's there, you will find a fork in the road. Adam Alonzo was very clear when he told me to take the right fork only, because there are other companies operating on the property. After that one fork, there is only one road which I followed past the work area, all the way to where it peters out. I was making sure not to overlook anything.
Leads me to believe you "overlooked" a LOT!
Had you been able to take the OTHER fork in the road, you may have been able to see 'the REST of' the Operation, and all the OTHER Equipment that "Mike's Enterprises" owns and operates...
Do you even know that the entire property covers 820 acres?
Do you know how big of a piece of land that actually is?...
I do as my Grandpa owns 660 acres in Grandview, TX., and I'll tell you that is one BIG piece of land...
How many acres do you think you actually saw while there?
What percentage of the Entire Operation do you really think you actually "verified"?
Mike's Enterprises may have a separate entrance, scale, and a whole lot of Equipment you wouldn't have seen even if you had had a "telephoto lens", you may not have been able to see 'through the trees'...
I for one have NOT yet visited the Murphy Sand and Gravel Pit...Except through this Google Satellite Photo:
http://www.google.com/maps?ll=30.436612,-89.691267&spn=0.049071,0.079338&t=k&hl=en
I had plans to stop through the area this weekend on my return trip home from Florida, but when I talked to Paul two weeks ago, he recommended that this week would not be a good time for an extended tour of ALL of PBLS interests in the area...
They have a lot going on this week with the ProGas Deal Closing, and other things, and he agreed to take the time for our extended visit the week before Mardis Gras, as we will be down there for two weeks during that time frame...
Two months from now, I will be able to say I have
"verifiable" information on a LOT MORE than just the Sand Pit, and I will have the photos and notes to PROVE it...
We do appreciate you going to the pit and sharing your photos with the entire board, BUT...
There are better ways of going about it to be able to see THE WHOLE PICTURE...IMVHO...
When you first showed up on our Board, I was happy that we had a member so close to HQ, that I thought we had a 'real asset' in you...Someone 'close to the action', and could help us all to understand things better...
I was hoping that you would be someone that could become well known and liked by management, and easily able to communicate with them in a professional and intelligent manner...
Have you ever talked to Management other than the day you showed up 'unannounced' on their property?...It sounds like you have numerous questions that can be answered simply by picking up the phone and giving them a call...
BUT, if you gave them your REAL name when you signed the 'liability release' the day you visited the 'Pit', and they connect the dots to your IHUB alias, I have a feeling they ARE interested in talking to you again...But this time it will be in a Court of Law...
You posted Sunday that you wouldn't be posting anymore on this board, and that might be a good idea so that you don't dig 'your Pit' any deeper than it already is...
Good Luck
'legacy45lc'...I see this is your first post...
Here on our Board, and we'd like to say:
To the Board!
zeptepi...I returned from a one week Vacation...
Late Friday night...And have been catching up on +750 of the posts on this Board I missed, and have been 'Silent' until now, and I have to say some of them were a waste of 'my time', and 'virtual ink'...
But first, I see we now have a 'Record' number of Board Marks at 208, and we do have a number of "New" Posters to this Board we would like to offer a "WELCOME" to, so here it is:
To the Board to:
dsp
dayla
tleggett
Pennypicks
cdaniel394
mickvonmerk
frankie_fillet
(I'm sorry if I missed anyone...)
I have to admit, I too am a little disappointed of the pps action of last week...But, as usual, the PR was on the 'weak' side IMO...
They won't be able to do this much longer, as once they become 'Fully Reporting' as required by the bigger Exchanges, we WILL have FULL transparency...I Really look forward to that, as my forte' is understanding SEC Filings...
As far as the 'Blatant Bashing' that seems to be going on...
It really doesn't bother me much, as people have different ways of venting their frustration...
But as far as the "Slanderous" Bashing going on this weekend...Here is a good example...Of what you're talking about:
This is just one example of Many I can provide of what could happen to posters on message boards that think they can "Hide" behind their keyboard, mouse, and monitor, and be "Safe" from charges of "Slander"...
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/051005/55592.html?.v=1
Here is a post from "shakerzzz" from the GZFX Board today that speaks of the same issue:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=8829602
That applies to this situation one of the posters that was very active on this Board today may be facing also...
And of course, I'm speaking to 'mthead'...For obvious reasons 'mthead' didn't make the "Welcome List"...LOL
You said you would not be returning here, and I hope for your sake you don't, as I have forwarded every post you have made on this board to PBLS HQ...
Per my last conversation with him, I'm sure that Mr. Paul Alonzo, the CEO of PBLS will not appreciate being called a "LIAR" in a 'Public Forum', which is what we 'have' here...
I have also included the question of the "15,000 BBLS/Day" controversy of the last PR, which I'm hoping was just a slip of 'proof reading', and NOT an intentional "LIE" and will be on the phone tomorrow to clarify this issue...
(I have "proof read" this post numerous times, and I'm still finding "mistakes" in it)...
I'm thinking that what he 'meant' to say was something like:
The 'Lease' adjacent to ours, with all of their wells combined are producing 15K BBLS/Day...
Or...One of their wells is producing 15K BBLS/Week, or even 15K BBLS/Month, which in my mind would be a MUCH more realistic set of numbers...
Either one of them would be VERY encouraging for the future prospects of Oil Discovery on PBLS's Lease in the State of Nevada IMO...
But...In my mind, I will 'Believe' what he put out in the last PR, until proven otherwise by verifiable sources other than this 'Message Board'...
If what he 'said' in that PR is actually "TRUE"...(Well, I don't want to be accused of being a "Pumper", so I won't even go there)...LOL
I will also ask HQ to clarify the issue of the New PR Company "BrassBulls" that they have hired, to help ALL here get 'Real' answers to these questions, as I also have some questions on this matter, after comparing my notes of my last talk with HQ, and my own DD of BrassBulls...
Because I forgot to ask the last time I talked to him, I will also ask Paul Alanzo about the A/S and O/S, and if he can't tell with with any definitively, I will also put in a call to Mike Mulshine tomorrow to find this information out for myself, and for ALL here...
I find it hard to believe with all the negative talk about the "Gag on the T/A", that not ONE poster (including me) here has called HQ and requested the most recent Share Count and Structure...I can assure you that if it is given to me, I will share it with ALL here, no matter WHAT numbers are given...Good or Bad...
As far as I'm concerned, everything Paul spoke to me about almost two weeks ago has been RIGHT ON THE MONEY...
He told me the ProGasInc. Deal Closing PR would be delayed, and it was...I WILL believe the reason for the delay, until it is proven Otherwise...
In the PR announcing the ProGasInc. Deal, Paul said we would be getting "Audited Financials"...I will believe that WHEN I see it, and will be VERY disappointed if they are not included in the PR promised us by the "middle of December" announcing the Deal is "Done", which means to me no later than Friday's close...
We have all heard 'rumors' about ProGasInc. that the "net profit" on the $190MM "gross revenues" may only be between $3-4MM...That 'may' be high, and it 'may' be low...
Why don't we see if they give us any "Audited" numbers, and then debate their "real" value, instead of wasting time "imagining" and "speculating" on things we know NOTHING about, until they are actually released?
This 'should' be a Very Interesting week, and it is a 'Make IT, or Break IT' week IMVHO...
Paul told me the exact location and size of the Nevada Oil Lease, and that a PR would be out soon, and that "Came True"...
He told me that he just paid off $8.5MM in "DEBT", and 'MarriedWithChildren' had an explanation for this that I will verify when I talk to him Monday...
He told me they were going to sign a "Contract" with a Florida based PR Firm, and that also "Came True"...I think some posters here need to refine their DD skills...It's NOT as bad as some of you make it out to be...
Personally, I think it's GREAT! we now have a partner to GET THE WORD OUT on PBLS...And I really don't care WHO it is that's doing this, as long as it get's DONE!!!
When this Company 'matures', they can 'move up' to a better PR firm as needed...JMO
'sandandgravel'...You still have a question as to the reason for the trip to Seattle...Paul told me that the reason for that trip was a "meeting with 25 International Investors that were interested in DOING BUSINESS with PBLS"...
I would imagine that the Chinese were there, and they were interested in the Oil and Gas Division of PBLS...Paul would not divulge any more information than I gave to the Board on this matter...
'pokerdv8'...I have deleted three posts of yours this weekend for "Personal Attacks" and "Foul Language", and if you continue to post in such a manner, I will contact 'Matt (IHUB Administration)' and take this to the next level...
'mthead'...I have NOT deleted your 'Slanderous' posts, as they may be needed as 'evidence' of your wrong doing...
"Slander" is an offence I wouldn't want to have to go to Court for...
And finally...'ne14atrade'...You know we like you, but your 'Irrational Exuberance' is getting a little out of hand Again...LOL
But hey you all, this IS America after all...So post away!!!
Say whatever it is what you need to get off your chest...
Thank God for the "Bill of Rights"...And the "First Ammendmant"...
With THAT said...I'll close with: GO PBLS!!!...LOL
GOOD LUCK TO ALL ;^)
Thanks!!! gjd...We had a Great! Vacation in sunny...

(Heavy Reading Ranks Redback Networks #1 in New Broadband Edge Report; Analyst Ranking Places Redback at Top in ''IP Video and the New Broadband Edge'' Report)
SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec 06, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Redback Networks Inc.
(Nasdaq:RBAK), a leading provider of next-generation broadband networking
systems, today announced that Heavy Reading has ranked Redback Networks as the
leading vendor in their published report entitled, "IP Video and the New
Broadband Edge." Heavy Reading analysts compared 11 primary equipment providers
in the broadband edge market segment and evaluated their rankings based on a
list of 19 in-depth metrics.
"As the telecom industry continues to evolve, service providers are being
pressed to build out their broadband network architectures to move beyond simple
connectivity, to bundling and integrating entertainment and communication
services," said Rick Thompson, Heavy Reading senior analyst. "Redback's top
vendor ranking reflects product excellence in specific key areas needed by
carriers to deliver next-generation services such as IPTV and VoIP over the new
broadband edge."
Heavy Reading's "IP Video and the New Broadband Edge" report assesses the impact
that residential triple-play services, and to some extent business services,
will have on telecom service provider broadband edge network architectures and
the infrastructure vendors that supply them. Executives from major edge
infrastructure vendors were interviewed to assess their current dedication to
product development and other issues surrounding next-generation broadband edge
networking.
"We are pleased that the Heavy Reading staff of analysts has selected Redback as
the leading vendor in the broadband edge market," said Marco Wanders, chief
marketing officer, Redback Networks. "Our dedication to innovation with our
proven SmartEdge(R) Service Gateway allows us to offer a best-of-breed solution
that enables our customers to differentiate themselves in a competitive

About SmartEdge Product Family
Redback's SmartEdge family of products is designed to deliver advanced IP
services and personalize IP broadband through subscriber management with a high
degree of availability, scalability, and flexibility. In either edge aggregation
or subscriber management applications, the SmartEdge platform helps carriers
optimize initial capital expenditures, service provisioning and management, as
well as ongoing operational costs associated with delivering services.
The SmartEdge platform is available as an Ethernet aggregator, edge router or
Service Gateway. The SmartEdge Service Gateway combines the functionality of
carrier class ethernet aggregation, edge routing and advanced subscriber
management to enable service providers to simplify its IP broadband aggregation
network. By creating a single service control point, the SmartEdge Service
Gateway helps service providers to deliver current and future IP broadband
services in a granular and personalized fashion. As a router, the SmartEdge
platform is a third-generation edge router for the aggregation of leased lines,
ATM and Frame Relay and the delivery of MPLS VPN services.
