I didn't think Paul would issue an "Official PR" with a misstated fact that would invite all kinds of trouble, and put a speed bump in the road of what's he's trying to accomplish...
The main reason I wanted to call Paul today was to get that one fact out in the open about the 15K BBLS/Day issue that was a cause for debate this weekend...
