zeptepi...I returned from a one week Vacation...

Late Friday night...And have been catching up on +750 of the posts on this Board I missed, and have been 'Silent' until now, and I have to say some of them were a waste of 'my time', and 'virtual ink'...

But first, I see we now have a 'Record' number of Board Marks at 208, and we do have a number of "New" Posters to this Board we would like to offer a "WELCOME" to, so here it is:

I have to admit, I too am a little disappointed of the pps action of last week...But, as usual, the PR was on the 'weak' side IMO...

They won't be able to do this much longer, as once they become 'Fully Reporting' as required by the bigger Exchanges, we WILL have FULL transparency...I Really look forward to that, as my forte' is understanding SEC Filings...

As far as the 'Blatant Bashing' that seems to be going on...
It really doesn't bother me much, as people have different ways of venting their frustration...

But as far as the "Slanderous" Bashing going on this weekend...Here is a good example...Of what you're talking about:

This is just one example of Many I can provide of what could happen to posters on message boards that think they can "Hide" behind their keyboard, mouse, and monitor, and be "Safe" from charges of "Slander"...

That applies to this situation one of the posters that was very active on this Board today may be facing also...

And of course, I'm speaking to 'mthead'...For obvious reasons 'mthead' didn't make the "Welcome List"...LOL

You said you would not be returning here, and I hope for your sake you don't, as I have forwarded every post you have made on this board to PBLS HQ...

Per my last conversation with him, I'm sure that Mr. Paul Alonzo, the CEO of PBLS will not appreciate being called a "LIAR" in a 'Public Forum', which is what we 'have' here...

I have also included the question of the "15,000 BBLS/Day" controversy of the last PR, which I'm hoping was just a slip of 'proof reading', and NOT an intentional "LIE" and will be on the phone tomorrow to clarify this issue...

(I have "proof read" this post numerous times, and I'm still finding "mistakes" in it)...

I'm thinking that what he 'meant' to say was something like:
The 'Lease' adjacent to ours, with all of their wells combined are producing 15K BBLS/Day...

Or...One of their wells is producing 15K BBLS/Week, or even 15K BBLS/Month, which in my mind would be a MUCH more realistic set of numbers...

Either one of them would be VERY encouraging for the future prospects of Oil Discovery on PBLS's Lease in the State of Nevada IMO...

But...In my mind, I will 'Believe' what he put out in the last PR, until proven otherwise by verifiable sources other than this 'Message Board'...

If what he 'said' in that PR is actually "TRUE"...(Well, I don't want to be accused of being a "Pumper", so I won't even go there)...LOL

I will also ask HQ to clarify the issue of the New PR Company "BrassBulls" that they have hired, to help ALL here get 'Real' answers to these questions, as I also have some questions on this matter, after comparing my notes of my last talk with HQ, and my own DD of BrassBulls...

Because I forgot to ask the last time I talked to him, I will also ask Paul Alanzo about the A/S and O/S, and if he can't tell with with any definitively, I will also put in a call to Mike Mulshine tomorrow to find this information out for myself, and for ALL here...

I find it hard to believe with all the negative talk about the "Gag on the T/A", that not ONE poster (including me) here has called HQ and requested the most recent Share Count and Structure...I can assure you that if it is given to me, I will share it with ALL here, no matter WHAT numbers are given...Good or Bad...

As far as I'm concerned, everything Paul spoke to me about almost two weeks ago has been RIGHT ON THE MONEY...

He told me the ProGasInc. Deal Closing PR would be delayed, and it was...I WILL believe the reason for the delay, until it is proven Otherwise...

In the PR announcing the ProGasInc. Deal, Paul said we would be getting "Audited Financials"...I will believe that WHEN I see it, and will be VERY disappointed if they are not included in the PR promised us by the "middle of December" announcing the Deal is "Done", which means to me no later than Friday's close...

We have all heard 'rumors' about ProGasInc. that the "net profit" on the $190MM "gross revenues" may only be between $3-4MM...That 'may' be high, and it 'may' be low...

Why don't we see if they give us any "Audited" numbers, and then debate their "real" value, instead of wasting time "imagining" and "speculating" on things we know NOTHING about, until they are actually released?

This 'should' be a Very Interesting week, and it is a 'Make IT, or Break IT' week IMVHO...

Paul told me the exact location and size of the Nevada Oil Lease, and that a PR would be out soon, and that "Came True"...

He told me that he just paid off $8.5MM in "DEBT", and 'MarriedWithChildren' had an explanation for this that I will verify when I talk to him Monday...

He told me they were going to sign a "Contract" with a Florida based PR Firm, and that also "Came True"...I think some posters here need to refine their DD skills...It's NOT as bad as some of you make it out to be...

Personally, I think it's GREAT! we now have a partner to GET THE WORD OUT on PBLS...And I really don't care WHO it is that's doing this, as long as it get's DONE!!!

When this Company 'matures', they can 'move up' to a better PR firm as needed...JMO

'sandandgravel'...You still have a question as to the reason for the trip to Seattle...Paul told me that the reason for that trip was a "meeting with 25 International Investors that were interested in DOING BUSINESS with PBLS"...

I would imagine that the Chinese were there, and they were interested in the Oil and Gas Division of PBLS...Paul would not divulge any more information than I gave to the Board on this matter...

'pokerdv8'...I have deleted three posts of yours this weekend for "Personal Attacks" and "Foul Language", and if you continue to post in such a manner, I will contact 'Matt (IHUB Administration)' and take this to the next level...

'mthead'...I have NOT deleted your 'Slanderous' posts, as they may be needed as 'evidence' of your wrong doing...
"Slander" is an offence I wouldn't want to have to go to Court for...

And finally...'ne14atrade'...You know we like you, but your 'Irrational Exuberance' is getting a little out of hand Again...LOL
