In the mergers I've been in with a R/S we didn't really see a very red response due to the symbolism it carried (I.e. The merger was coming to a close).
Extending on that, knowing it's coming greatly supports shareholder desensitizing/acceptance.
I'm eagerly patient. We'll be making a pit stop at $0.20's before continuing the journey up when this drops.
Earliest we could expect it is the week after this one given Frack's demands were fulfilled.
I don't. Possibly G&L does or someone else.
I think judging by the PR's the last week or two (one specifically regarding share price) that he's been doing just that.
I will say the claim about "the worst being behind us" was a little off point.
Bud, with a Samwell sub looking suspiciously likely those numbers aren't beyond reason.
You never know the numbers to any reverse merger I've seen. It's pretty against the law (selectively) and best interests to let that information out.
We do have a very suspicious company targeted however, and we've been digging into their revs for an idea on a future PPS projection.
Very impressed by the webcast. This continues to be a game of patience and perseverance.
We've already confirmed average revenues in the financial sector for the region. We'll be hugging $0.25 minimum not including the thin float and any hype alongside it.
Far from it. I'd be willing to sit quite a few more if conditionally needs be. We have tons of supporting evidence and a top-rate CEO keeping in touch with us.
Completely fine with me if that's the case. Completing the fiscal year would have a lot of benefits for the merger.
I have to agree with this opinion.
We're here to help each other bud. If you want us to reserve any faith we have to work with one another on any news we have.
Frack personally told me their committee was committed to dropping all of them at once.
Did you mean $0.06 and $0.10 bud?
I checked earlier today and it hadn't changed yet.
They have one in line, so it hasn't been officiated.
Next week will be Frack's deadline he gave them. Not that he believes they'll stick to it.
Also we have to keep in mind that if they do in fact follow through, Frack wouldn't have them to us until the week following at the earliest.
We'll need a strong reason to support the buying inflow for that to occur. Assuming conversions (for the time being, I suppose) are over, we'll need a rather potent release of new information to resume us to those prices. We have diluted some, so to see the all-time high again will require even more work.
We have a lot of evidence pointing toward Samwell Holdings thanks to Tdgnts. The goal now is to find out approximately what their revs are so we can project a baseline PPS.
That is, not factoring in hype, brand presence, any Chinese trading upward pressure, or parent level support.
Congratulations! Best wishes for you both! Now let's hope Frack and Lee (or should I say Li...?) will sweeten the pot for us.
From what I know of David's replacement he's a big deal. He ran a $100m+ NASDAQ trucking company at one point.
It would probably be better at this point. David'a public sentiment isn't doing too well at all.
Well, writing it on LinkedIn and officially putting the resignation into motion are two different things. He may still very well be CEO on paper at the moment.
Well, I would aside the R/S is a go as soon as it clears. They must be having some complications with the SEC regarding it. I couldn't truthfully assume as to why. Not really my specialty.
I had wondered that back when you originally posted a link to Samwell. On the side I saw a Samwell Holdings that had been around for about three years.
IMO, they have to be a more plausible choice than Greenland simply for the links to an Alex Lee. Far too suspicious. Truthfully it would be too great of a coincidence, IMO for there to be two Alex Lees. It doesn't appear to be a terribly common name in the region when I Google it.
For the record even, what even brought Alex Lee on board this project to begin with? And he's majority shareholder? Simple. He has a vested interest.
Also note the lower 2016 projections.
To be blunt, David is butthurt because Smith's actions essentially screwed him out of $1m of his personal investment. Since he can't personally sue them as CEO, he mentioned he wanted to resign so he could go after them. They've had a proficient new CEO lined up for a few months supposedly, and David is still on as a direct consultant for guidance and familiarity.
No, it's been a part of his plan for months. He's still on as a consultant handling a lot of tasks.
David actually planned to resign for litigation purposes. They have an alternative in line that used to operate a NASDAQ company.
Interesting. I don't see the reference to Alex Lee on those.
This will cascade upwards when the time comes, and rightly so. The float is insanely thin. Not to mention the Chinese market will be all over this as well.
I mean, assuming that's our man it about confirms it that Samwell is our company.
If so I'm quite content with that.

Looks like a job opening at Samwell under a Mr. Alex Lee. Could very well be our guy.
I haven't. Did the information come from him?
I still have shares and I'll still wait and see. I've pretty much forgotten the money here. This is a lottery stock at this point, IMO.

I should probably post the link, huh?
Not sure if you've dug around here, but I've been combing through the SoS.
Dangerously in tandem with when the word of the deal started emerging.
Did you find a source for how long they've been in business?
Still trying to paint that picture bud?
Don't be mad that you lost money because of another's judgement.
I haven't looked at this company in months. I assume I'll know when Weis pulls through, and if not, I'll take a tax loss next year.
