and then suddenly after that pleasant meeting with company' s council you retired. lol
what a coincidence
your friends(?) told me a different story. I think the pressure was very strong.
great management Peter.
fantastic news
I was told that before Niocorp management makes public statements the full text is always cleared by lawyers.
So if at he time the word "imminent" was used it means that there was full proof that there was evidence otherwise the lawyers would not have accepted this wording.
But in a public meeting in Denver Mark said. A deal is only a deal when signed.
My understanding is that the other party ran into problems because of Covid.
I quote
That refrain doesn't work anymore..... people invest for incremental wealth accumulation, not wealth accumulation after 15 years, aka ALL OR NONE type of returns..
I agree with your statement about the 15 years waiting; Nobody had expected that and that is certainly frustrating..
BTW If you are in for 15 years you should have a nice profit . I am in 12 years and I have a nice profit
But I disagree with the first part.
If you want to see incremental wealth accumulation you better invest in ETF indices and not in mines under development.. If you invest in prerevenue companies like Niocorp you have a higher risk and you should therefore expect a higher return if you want to stay invested.; The increases in share values happen however suddenly on specific moments with large volatility but they are usually very rapid when they happen and if you are not in you may miss the opportunity..
I saw these rapid changes happen at few of my startups and I had yesterday another one where I am waiting for some 15 years and I expect a sudden movement and a 10 bagger for me in the next year.( I am not talking about LWLG ).
But I understand your frustration.
But
nanoscale powder
Exim
Stellantis
L3
New FS
600 million Ebitda without including the potential verticals.
What did I forget
The current shareprice remains a screaming buy.
The trick for me will be to ride this in the future at no cost and thus no risk.. That's the way I work with non revenue companies ; I did not have the chance yet to do that with Niocorp but I will
show me where I used the word Huge. Peter?
I think however indeed that it is Huge that Stellantis will do an offtake .and will also invest in Niocorp. A huge signal ofconfidence
This previous llicensed broker triies to claim me doing. illegal things because i disclosed his illegal actions when he was a broker. Simply look at his past history of posts on´ this message board starting somewhere in 2013.
Where I see a MAJOR conflict of interest is a licensed broker who wrote under an alias to promote stocks on a social netwerk. ( 2013 until retirement.) without disclaimers or warnings.
Apart from the fact that the stocks this guy promoted performed horrible ( NTE now 0,045 ;; ouch)
I also believe that was major professional misconduct if it were discovered?
Or was it not ?
I was writing about you in my weekly update and suddenly realised where the name Kmack came from.
haha
at least I find some transparency
what a lot of BS
follow a course of English reading or drink less
Thank you Avockil
A nice addition to what I was trying to say.
yes I see the difference and understand your disappointment but there is no point for me to repeat the negatives because our opponents who think this is a bad project are excellent in exagerating them. I am focussed on the positives whch are diplomatically forgotten by them.
excellent summary of the negatives Putz.
Now try to remember some positives. What do you think the intrinsic value of this project will be when financed? Look at the figures Grunt prepared. in previous messages. I beieve they are an understatement as they do not take into account the cooperation with Nanoscale Powders.plis other verticals.
so you believe the posters who tell you that Stellantis is fake? and Exim? and Nanoscale powders? and the recent government interest? Do some research on Andrex Matheson.
Also some of the negatives you mention are debatable. A few years ago going into rare earths and getting in bed with the government would have been suicide.
The situation has changed completely and te government is going to become our biggest fan as both republicans and ddmocrats agree o´n the absolute necesssity of the Nebraska mine. for the US economy and Defense.
The discussions about who got shares for what price as a result of the outcome of the Spac is for beancounters who do not see the enormous potential. Also the discussion about scandiumpricing isbecoming a joke. of posters who live in the past
.Sorry that we are not rich yet with this investment..
i sincerely hope to see you at the groundbreaking. I know who will not ne there
Hope there are not too many typing errors because I am too old for a smartphone.
It looks like an orchestrated attack on Niocorp by the same group especially focussing on the Spac outcome which was obviously not the outcome we longs had expected . I am perplexed of the effort the bashers are putting to try to put the shareprice lower.
It is hilarious how they blow up the negatives which when Niocorp becomes succesful they will only be a drop in the ocean
I see a number of very positiveevents coming up in the remaining months of this year .
Time for a SWOT analysis to get a balanced view.
we are both on the same line TH6565
Our family will get fat dividends for decades from NIOCORP.
which part of the things I wrote that Putz should not believe are incorrect.
I will quote them if you like.
You would have done exactly the same if you had been in my position.
The mail that I have in my possession came from your audience and was a leak in your network Ted. That person told me who you were and who your employer was. I did not really appreciate that you mentioned my name in your mail as going to sell my Niocorp shares ( and also my European friends) which was an absolute lie . Did I tell you ever that that was my intention? No , so that was a false statement. It prompted me to send a mail to your employer. I am sure they did not appreciate your activities against their own interests.
About T&T
It would have been easy to set up a second alias but I may be wrong there.
I admit that I thought that you were T&T( and I thought OMG , not again ) but then I noticed you changed job recently and I knew I was probably wrong. You now feel free to attack Niocorp because you have no ties anymore with your previous employer.
But you still think that working for the company that you worked for and then feeding the guy in Nebraska ( I will keep his name secret for privacy reasons ) trying to stop the permits was ethical. ??? I
Come on Ted..
...
as you were a respected (?) researcher on Excelsior and completely changed your mind and a respectful researcher on NTE but I do not hear you there anymore .
here you go
complete transparency. This is from my Linkedin account so it is already public;
Do not follow my example and invest in these companies they are all HIGH RISK ; There are more but mostly non public except Excelsiorand Mannkind
On all these companies I had the CEo's over in Belgium except for Mannkind; I only invest when I have seen the management and have complete confidence. I am always in at a very early stage.
I retired early as partner from Coopers & Lybrand when I was 53 and I thought I was old.Now at 79 I feel much younger and I am involved as an investor in some developmentstage companies with huge potential.

correct
BTW in the last financials you could also see that the loan from Mark was reduced.
If you study the history of his loans to the company you would understand that Mark always steps in when the company is in need. When he gets outside finance he reduces the loan. I find that very reassuring if you know that he is also a big shareholder so he has a big stake. (like the sponsors)
In my other big investment shareholders are complaining that management does not invest their money..
Here some complain that Mark benefits from interests. on his loan.
Really?
you have a point there. I have mails from a few years ago spreading false rumors in which my name is misused as if I and the Belgians were going to sell our shares at the cost of the Nebraskan shareholders. signed by a fake name.
The truth is that the group of Belgians has increased ( doubled) since then and also their shareholdings.
Do you understand my anger?
we would have a much cleaner board.
fantastic Jim
It is an honor for me to join you in the support of this great project and fantastic team.
i was last week visiting a plant in Antwerp. The inventor of the replacement for PFAS as a fire retardant visited the plants a few weeks before he died from cancer. He climbed the 6 floor staircase of the plant although he was very sick and said
Succes does not come by an elevator. It comes step by step.
I agree
everybody is on the list.
i think even Kirk with his friends.
shall we go for transparrency Ted?
META is obliged disclose the details of an anonymous account. Only then can it be determined from a lawsuit whether the claims made through the anonymous account are true, and Meta can possibly be forced to have to delete erroneous data. Far too cumbersome as far as I am concerned. If it was posted anonymously it should ALWAYS be able to be deleted immediately. Now you incur huge reputational damage and then years later it may turn out that it was all lies. This is not well regulated in the law!
I am strong opponent of aliases. It should be forbidden. I am for full transparency/
If these sponsors sell I will be the first to criticize them;
But they are not going to sell; We will know as they are insiders now and they have to report their trading.
They are in here because they see huge benefits which you refuse to see; They are long term investors , not traders; I talked to Dean Kehler face to face and I believe him.
You have been trying to harm the company several times. You were feeding one opponent in Nebraska a few years ago with false info to try to block the permits but you were unsuccesful.
In the position you were in at that time that was highly unethical.
Peter
Somebody mailed me about Kingdon
They are not required to file as long as they do not hold 5 percent so that is going to be difficult. Not sure this is correct but you would know.
If they did not file you have the road free to make up all kind of stories.
I have to sit on my hands not to disclose the full story of some of the trolls on this MB.
I appoint you as the spokesman of the second option Tedro.
maybe you do not find the project fantastic but at least you think Mark will not get this financed and you think the Sponsors get their benefits for free as they did not spend 8,5 million . You are suggesting they cashed transaction money ; did you not?
So you qualify for option 2 .
Other operating expenses include costs incurred in connection with the Transactions, including direct transaction expenses, and the fair value of warrant and Earnout Shares liabilities assumed, as well as costs related to investor relations, general office expenditures, equity offering and proxy expenditures, board-related expenditures, and other miscellaneous costs. These costs increased in 2023 as compared to 2022 primarily due to the costs incurred in connection with the Transactions, which closed on March 17, 2023. A summary of these costs is presented below: Amount Gross cash proceeds, net of transaction costs incurred by GXII $ 2,168 Less: Net liabilities assumed 392 Private Warrants assumed at fair value 3,848 Earnout Shares assumed at fair value 13,195 Transaction costs expensed 6,309 Yorkville Equity Facility Financing Agreement expenses 2,646 Transaction related losses incurred $ 24,222
My point was that the 20 million usd was not going to the sponsors as Peter tried to mislead everybody on this message board and that the sponsors have 8,5 million at stake in this whole process. Their interests are aligned with ours
and I will follow up on Kingdon as well as Peter was allso suggesting that they were a short term investor . We will see later. I think they are a long term investor
I have been digging into the last interim financials to examine the claim of Peter (LCP77)( in the mean time joined by Tedro) that the 8,5 million usd invested in the Spac by the Sponsors were risk free. This is absolute BS and it proves that they do not understand the transaction. Please read the financials of March 2023.
First I want to make the point that You cannot continue to attack Niocorp with two entirely opposing views as you are doing now constantly. You have to make a choice so I expect you have a meeting amongst the naysayers to join forces and select one of the two options and make some sense in your attacks..
1) Niocorp is not going to be financed and thus never going tob e succesful. Mark is a fantastic salesguy to bring it this far but he will not succeed as nobody wants to finance it.( Peter and Ted )
2) Niocorp is a fantastic project but the management fails to b ring in the necessary financing and we are giving it away tot he GXII sponsors and they will benefit.( Ted- )
( so Ted you have 2 conflicting opinions)
It makes a hell of a difference to t he amount of the costs of the Spac merger when you select option 1 or 2. Why is that; Because when you read the financial statements( under other expenses) about 13,1 million of the roughly 21 million Spac merger costs consists of non cash costs but are fair values of future benefits ( in shares) also the fair value of the private warrants are;;
So in option 1 if the shareprice targets are not met these benefits will never be granted and the total spac costs will be reduced by 13,1 million usd( earnout costs) plus also the fair value of the warrants 3,8 million are non cash, the remainig balance being the transaction costs.( accounting and lawyers fees) That makes it already a lot more a normal costs but option 1 is of course for obvious reasons not my preferred choice as it brings us nowhere..
If you choose however option 2 then indeed the Spac costs will become 21 million ( when the shareprice targets will be met) but the additional costs are NONCASH costs but will result in dilution that are only a drop in the ocean as the market cap will be in the billions.
Accounting rules prescribe that in this case you should charge the total costs now ( but eg the earnout costs are shown as a debt in the financials and have not been paid out and under option 1 they never will)) so at this moment only some 6 million was paid in cash to accountants and lawyers.
So I am voting for option 2 with this correction that I think we have a great management that will make option 2 work .
If you understand the process you will also understand that the investment risk for he sponsors is 8,5 million . Under option 1 they will lose everything. Under option 2 we all will be golden.
Revlar Diagnostics
i am invested in another private company where Thomas id a director founded by his father
Read what he wrote in his last message and you yourself comparing me with.....
And You would not be reacting if you got these false allegations?
Me receiving money from Niocorp would be illegal for both Niocorp and myself. So this is a serious accusation .
I have to sit on my hands not to write the whole story. His network sends me constantly info . You have to be holier than the pope not to use that info.
and now back to enjoy my sunday; I just sent my update out and they have the story on the 20 million. You will have to wait until tomorrow so I have a cosy weekend
so Stay Tuned lol
this is the start of a mail which I sent out EVERY WEEK to hundreds of readers and it is picked up by 3 newsletters with thousands of readers
( translated out of Dutch)
Dear reader of this mail
WARNING: I am not an investment advisor but I myself am heavily invested in the stocks I comment on .So if you also invest in these stocks based on what I write you do so on your own responsibility. My updates are free nor do I receive any money from the companies I mention in my update.
For the new readers who join every week. When investing in stocks, it's not just a matter of choosing fundamentally sound stocks. The timing of the purchase also matters. If you buy fundamentally good stocks at the top you may end up frustrated for a while. Similarly, it is never interesting to chase the price of a stock and buy in a rally. Oddly enough, most investors do . I do just the opposite
I am very proud on this and it created me a very extensive network that extends into the USA and even Nebraska
If you have a problem with what I write on this message board please read the messages first which I have received from these gentlemen and judge then
still angry because you did not get the job?
Is Dundee bankrupt?
good move
I do not understand why Ihub allows him to post this garbage.
My text for monday is ready but I do not want all these guys sending me garbage messages during the weekend.
I will send it out to my friends shareholders tomorrow morning and post it here on monday morning just before I leave for golf; lol
i am putting you on ignore as your posts come into my email box and do not add anything that interests me.
I seldom do that.
The discussion with Peter to prove he is wrong at least gave me some better insight in the costs of the Spac transaction.
bye bye
haha I read that 123
as a former partner in a big 4 i do not need help to read financials.
some of my opponents should take some accounting lessons
the answer is in the last financials
stay tuned. monday morning my time.
I also heard Stellantis mentioned Niocorp in their quarterly. financials. Can somenody dig that up for me?
Stellantis not serious on Niocorps rare earths? come on...
I said stay tuned because I was gathering the info to reply to my opponents.
I have digged into the financials and have my info. I will post it on monday morning. so I think stay tuned is the correct expression.
drinking my coffee now during a bike ride stop and finding other interesting things which i had not seen before and which give a different view on some of the misleading comments I read here. I have to admit sometimes unintentional as you have to have an accounting background to fully understand it.
why 20 million is not always 20 million. lol
Later more info but as I am not paid by Niocorp I work at my own time.
I first inform my friend shareholders.
stay tuned.
