BTW in the last financials you could also see that the loan from Mark was reduced.

If you study the history of his loans to the company you would understand that Mark always steps in when the company is in need. When he gets outside finance he reduces the loan. I find that very reassuring if you know that he is also a big shareholder so he has a big stake. (like the sponsors)

In my other big investment shareholders are complaining that management does not invest their money..
