I agree.
There will always be investors that will help Niocorp out until the big money comes in.
that is already better
but do not expect me to do your dd.
You would not believe me anyway.
But If you start a question with a wrong statement I do not waste my time on a Sunday reading any further
your. first sentence is incorrrect. Please listen again and correct yourself.
The q& a was in English was it not?
they will
If you were an activist investor I would have expected you and your friend at the shareholdersmeeting raising your voice .
Do you own shares Jessop?
I think the poster that tells us he is long but continuously tells us he does not believe the company and its CEO. That is really foolish and laughable.
If you do not sell and you do not need the money tomorrow , you are going to be very happy with your investment. BtW I have some Italian friends that are invested in Niocorp.
I was just this week getting extremely good news on one of my investments in a private company ; If this company had been on a message board I do not want to think about the insults I would have received here being invested in it and being a bozo and a destructor of wealth One week ago all investors were desperate , now they are euphoric.
It is a matter of believing in the project and the management that is running your company and I am still a 100 percent believer in them even after the frustrating Spac event. They straightened their backs and moved on to their goals to make this project a success.
This company is working to a goal which will benefit all of the longs if you have the stamina to stay in it. The Edison report is a very conservative prediction of where we are heading.
niocorp. NPV of 5 billion
watch it unfold Dan
I do not need the money right now.
and also this. Happy and positive people live longer. investing in start ups is fascinating
Hi Dan
Do you have children and grandchildren?
I have. I think they are going to be very happy.
Watch these 2 stories in the next two years.
If Ted was serious about his claims he should have shown up at the ASM like we did Marco. I have met you there I know who you are and I respect your opinion.
or they could jump in at these discounted shareprices in expectation of a T1 contract later this year.
i have one extremely good example where competition could hurt lwlg knowing who we work with but I am not going to help you here.
and my only point is that in the extremely competitive environment that lwlg is operating it would be inexcusable not to have it in the NDA..
so your law firm would not advise it to be included in a high competitive environment where LWLG operates?
Strange but the 3 biotechs I am in have it included.
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can certainly include provisions prohibiting disclosure of potential collaborations or partnerships1. These types of clauses are often included to prevent confidential information from being used to circumvent or avoid business opportunities. It is a way to ensure the integrity of negotiations and the exclusivity of information shared within a partnership. It is important that these provisions be clearly defined in the NDA to ensure that all parties understand what may and may not be shared.

i signed a nda two weeks ago for a private company . I note that you have very limited experience about nda's.
i think there is a misunderstanding after the webinar that excelsior is going to do open pit mining. That will only be the case if well stimulation fails which is unlikely.
no issues they are worried about.
I asked
i know him personally and am impressed by his knowledge and honesty contrary to Ted Peele who does not understand the commercialisation process as you can see from his false accusations. all the time.
We are in the last stage of this process now . keep the faith.
usually on aFriday night full of alcohol he sends messages to me
and for the record.
I did not sell one share and am not intending to sell one any time soon.
I have the same info as you have Dakotaboy.
Exim does not seem to need a full FS report. Exim will be the gamechanger and I am convinced it will happen. Exim wants to see this mine built; The timeline is frustrating but Stark will be happy that he invested in this company.
I got a disgusting mail from Peter Irvine . He is just full of hate..and alcohol.
I saw his message here on IHUB being right for a decade . Let me laugh.
He was full of Niocorp in the beginning ,called me about everyday how great this was . Clashed with Mark and quit. Told investors to change to Excelsior , then put a knife in his friends back and quit there too , then tried to convince me and other Belgians to invest into an obscure company NTE ; https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NTE.V/ watch the chart OUCH..
Watch this Niocorp story unfold Peter. I am not a quitter like you; The Niocorp shareprice does not reflect what has been happening on the ground.
nothing that they cannot solve.
i also heard that Exim does not need FS?
we are not happpy about the shareprice but continue to have full confidence in LWLG.
we do not like IR but in the end it is a matter of belief whether they will close a Tier 1 agreement. that will determine final success ,not IR. That said I would prefer IR that listens to the questions of the retail shareholders and anwers their questions. They should imo have an internal IR who understands the technology.
But the shareprice mover will be the Tier1. I do not want to speculate on the name.
I think the confirmation of monday is a strong statement and they will not want to default here.
2 weeks ago in Denver.
my question. is AMF the tier1 company we are negotiating with?
Reply is AMF a tier 1 company Walter?
me .: no
reply. ; there is your answer Walter
it will be a tier 1 company Ted.
You are unhappy with it as without this news you would be telling everybody that everything was postponed. to 2025.
The only posters that are not happy with yesterday's PR are the shorters .
This reaffirmation of the timeline is a strong signal from Michael that we will get further deals in 2024 witth Tier-1 companies .
AFM is not a tier-1 company so expect a deal with at least one other company and this time a BIG name.
If we do not have that deal by the end of the year I may join forces with paid basher Ted. I do not think I will have to.
Michael will not put out this PR if he was not certain.
Hi Jim
There was some concern that Niocorp was going to default on their first instalment of the loan on june 1?
Is this a concern?
walter
NioCorp made its payment on this note on time.
Jim
for you to study ted
The commercialization process in the semiconductor sector is quite intricate and involves multiple steps. Here’s a high-level overview of the key stages:
Design: This initial phase involves the conceptualization and design of the semiconductor chips, utilizing advanced design tools and intellectual property.
Manufacturing: After the design phase, the manufacturing process begins. It includes several crucial steps such as lithography, etching, ion implantation, metallization, and the removal of impurities1.
Packaging: Once the chips are manufactured, they are packaged to protect them from physical damage and corrosion, as well as to provide the necessary electrical connections.
Testing: The packaged chips are then tested for functionality, performance, and reliability.
Assembly: After testing, the chips are assembled onto printed circuit boards or into other electronic systems.
Final Commercialization: The final step is the commercialization of the finished product, which involves marketing and distribution to consumers or businesses.
It’s important to note that the semiconductor supply chain is highly globalized and complex, often requiring as many as 12 steps and commercial exchanges from the design to the final commercialization2. The process is capital intensive and typically involves a significant amount of collaboration among various players in the supply chain.
I went back yo my notes of a few years ago where that was discussed and it said
The commercialisation phase start when we start working with customers.
So telling us that Michael has been telling us stories is BS as this is exacyly the path that Michael has been following
And Ted we are now in the final commercialization stage and we may expect Tier-1 contracts for license fees and material sales in 2024 and ramping up in 2025
How much are you paid per message?
the same for JP Morgan. would not engage with us
they are clearly not intending to default.
will educate you tomorrow Ted what he means in conjunction with the rest of the video
If you conclude from this he told us we were selling modulators you need to listen more carefully.to the rest of the slides.
watching TV now.
so EM you think they have not been partnering with Foundries?
Where do you think they get their wafers from which they showed at the ASM?
They get wafers now from coming from several foundries . How do you think they do that if they are not partnering?.
They have not yet signed manufacturing agreements for mass production but that will be the next stage.
can you send me the video where he said that?
Nobody besides you seams to have heard it.
I read through your extensive post. thank you.
He never implied commercialisqtion in 2021.
fake news Ted
I was just giving you 1 example how you made your own selfmade story from a graph that shows the exact opposite from what you claim to be the truth Ted.
it very clearly proves my case that you are an imposter.
about every. sentence of what you write is
a twisting and misinterpretation of words like you did when you implied that Michael said that we would have commercialization in 2021 and tried to prove that with a. graph that proved you are wrong.
I repeat that in the ASM of 2021 we heard for the first time that we were working with foundries and that in the next year we were installing Pdk's and only in 2022 we were told that we were working with 7 foundries. How then can you expect to see commercialization in 2021? He never said that.
Everybody can see that the arrow on the graph points to the right . the realisations in 2021 are shown above the line and commercialisation is pointed to the future. and is not shown above the line.
I have Lurker on ignore
From what I read he should follow a course in comprehensive reading
like Ted.
Come on Ted, Let’s show investors what you wrote and the false information you are spreadng . Let’s go back and look at the facts
You wrote
Dr. Lebby himself – implying very strongly in 2021 commercialization would happen that very year. Is what you wrote
Other words for implying are , suggesting , hinting : meaning. You are now implying yourself something that Michael never suggested himself and the graph which you showed in your previous post which I invite everybody to look at tome is very clear. Michael did not imply that commercialization would happen that same year.
Your graph shows an arrow to commercialization in the direction of the future; and shows very clear what happened in the years 2017 to 2021. I do not see a year mentioned for commercialization. It is an arrow to the future.
The graph says for 2021 we will have prototypes and 70 +patents ready but not yet commercialization.
The ASM of 2021 ( in full Covid time ) was an eyeopener. Michael for the first time disclosed that they were working with several foundries installing PDK’s: At the next ASM of 2022 ( which I attended)he went more in detail and mentioned 7 foundries they were working with.
So ,yes this was the beginning of a long commercialization process which is now in full swing .
You are an imposter twisting words and sentences and explaining graphs in a erroneous way to mislead investors . I am only just pointing to 1 of your many false claims but there are many. So your statement
Dr. Lebby himself – implying very strongly in 2021 commercialization would happen that very year
Is a false statement
