Where I see a MAJOR conflict of interest is a licensed broker who wrote under an alias to promote stocks on a social netwerk. ( 2013 until retirement.) without disclaimers or warnings.
Apart from the fact that the stocks this guy promoted performed horrible ( NTE now 0,045 ;; ouch)
I also believe that was major professional misconduct if it were discovered?

Or was it not ?
