News out from FMNJ last 2 days on the significant potential reserves of silver and zinc from a report on the 1st of 4 veins FMNJ is involved with. Estimates of 150,000 kilos of silver alone. With Zinc at record highs and per analysts likely to remain there thru 06' with shortages worldwide, could be huge potential.

Reports on the other 3 veins to be out near term. Stock trading low and chart setting up nicely; looking for rebound back past .10 with additional news out next week.

Some estimated this vein alone @ +-.62 per share value. If other 3 veins are similar, could have value of +-$2.00. This value does not even include the potential revenue from the oil production for FMNJ with jv w/YPFB. Wow!

Looks close to breakout of triangle as you suggested BB but more importantly I think is the report out today on the 1st of the 4 veins that FMNJ will be in a JV w/ Comibol. Estimates from these #s are put at +-.60 a share value for just the 1st vein. If all 4 veins come out as this one, +-$2 a share value. And that doesnt even count the value of the oil production revenue w/agreement w/YPFB.

Article is all positive for FMNJ
This article is merely stating the expansion of the liquid to gas refinery capability needed which both Bolivia and Venezuela currently do not have at this time. FMNJ's expertise is WHY YPFB is partnering with them in the first place for construction and operation of the first LTG refinery ever in Bolivia.

The article even states this is to strengthen the Bolivian hydrocarbon industry. More expansion to come and since YPFB has already selected FMNJ to help with this, only bodes well for more business for FMNJ in my opinion.

The political nature of this area is why IMHO FMNJ will be a big winner.

Many other oil plays with less lease potential and acreage are trading at much higher levels than even .03.

I am amazed how many feel the technicals of stocks (RSI,Bollinger Bands, Williams %, etc.) do not figure with penny stocks.

But noone I believe sees the true value with FMNJ of having the exclusive rights to 51 mining claims of which 28 are patented for the Franklin Mine in Colorado. Rights to explore, mine, extract and process all minerals. This includes very large Zinc and Silver deposits in these claims.

Zinc has tripled in price this year and key analysts stated price will stay at record highs for the balance of the year because of low inventories. The larger revenue generated from this Zinc and Silver from the Colorado mine (yes mines in the U.S.) will be significant.

Having said that, the agreements w/YPFB and Comibol will also be very large and finalized near term as well.

Morales when he stated to nationalize the oil/gas industry wanted YBFB in charge of it, FMNJ is now YPFB's partner on Bolivias first LTG refinery.

Yesterday, FMNJ execs and largest original stockholders meet w/ execs from YPFB and Comibol to finalize.

IMHO, when the news comes out shortly that the agreement w/Comibol is done for the initial 4 veins of silver mining, with more to come, and shows the potential annual revenue and reserves from this, stock price will return to its climb past .10

FACT:Bolivian VP announces no nationalization of mining
You all remember facts right? Bolivian VP Alvaro Linera gave statement today confirming that Bolivian govt. will not nationalize the mining industry. More so, that private investment in Bolivia will be quaranteed in mining sector.
Statement was deliverd in a radio address and reported in El Diario newspaper of Bolivia.

Additionally, minister of Presidency Juan Quintana stated today while mining code is likely to be modified, govt. will encourage investment of foreign capital and completely support private initiatives.
