FPPL- 11 oil/gas leases-drilling dev.to begin soon.
w/11 oil/gas leases secured in key areas of NMexico and Colorado this company is ready. Other stocks trading at 4-6 times greater @ .04-.10 have 1-3 leases. True, these companies may have drilling started, but;
With the summer near and snow melt, FPPL now able to start w/drilling programs and development.

Chart shows pattern of increase, low volume sell off and up again. Looks poised to rise again. L2 shows some larger block buys late day at .0155+
