Secured leases, to proceed w/drill dev.
Per update 4/07 from fppl, has taken the time to secure the most lucrative leases and is now ready to begin drilling programs and development. With summer near, able to start now w/snow melt.

Also, IMHO, just having the rights to 11 strong leases in top areas if value. Much greater chance to succeed when drilling for the big one.
