As we all reviewed and reviewed, FMNJ is set w/ YPFB, Comibol on both the oil/gas and silver mining issues. VP of Bolivia stated no naturalization of mining. Pres. Morales when he stated to nationalize the oil/gas industry wanted YBFB in charge of it, FMNJ is now YPFB's partner on Bolivias first LTG refinery.
Yesterday, FMNJ execs and largest original stockholders meet w/ execs from YPFB and Comibol to finalize.
IMHO, when the news comes out shortly that the agreement w/Comibol is done for the initial 4 veins of silver mining, with more to come, and shows the potential annual revenue and reserves from this, stock price will return to its climb past .10
