Thanks for sharing this amazing eye opening information. Crazy to see this happening in pretty much every big penny stock. You have the basher team, they all yell at the board fraud, scam, dilution, etc. then they create a massive downward sell into the market to pressure others to sell. If nothing occur, you see them on the Bid and the Ask selling to each other to manipulate the pricing... It's incredible how this criminals act together. Thank you for sharing this information...

Currently they can circulate product in the state of California using their main distributors as an exception to sell the product. They don't need to wait 45 days for their license to get approved in which technically that sounds to me like they are in business in Ca. And this is because they are located in CA and they have a warehouse with product to sell. Now, its coming...2-3 weeks before we see the new bottles on the shelves of old retailers.

It will take at most 45 days until license is approved since they currently have history in Ca and they have product to distribute. Once they are approved, in which with lots of certainty they will be approved, they will be able to circulate the product using their own license. That's why Dan Senters expertise comes to the table.

Internationally they don't need the license since the product goes from Armenia to the country of destination. They need a label approval and each country is different on what they require.

Contracts are inked, they had been on the works for a while and containers can be shipped in a matter of days...

I'm telling you, they are legit and they are going to blow everyone's sox away! They been doing everything they have promised.

The hardest hurdles are done. Everything else is pretty much logistics and follow through with the business plan. Internal work and restructuring is already done.

ABC Marani California distribution license is pending as of today:
Since Marani brands currently stocks the product in their warehouse, they can utilize their main distribution partner companies to circulate the product while they are pending.
We are 2-3 weeks before we could see them on the shelves in California.

45 days for them to get approved (ACtive) so they can distribute the product directly, and out of the state of California.

Currently, international shippings are a different story. The shipments are executed from Armenia directly into the country in which is geared towards, it never touches US soil, therefore no license is needed in the States to complete it. Deals are inked and we could be hearing about the first shipments internationally before the end of the month IMO.

Each international deal has its own guideline. Some will be paid upfront, some will be given a credit and some will be paid upon receiving of the merchandise...

There is a lot more coming up, the company already worked the hardest hurdles to get this company up to date. They are current and they are auditing everything.

Friday's Money TV will have tons of golden information... Hint hint: company profitable margin is over 49% per bottle, highest in the industry... Marani had over 6000 retailers in the US and they are ready to carry the product as soon as it rolls out...

Funny thing is that you use ways to try to scare and persuade investors in order for you to short the stock.

We all know you are shorting this stock through Chestatee Global Securities... Now, obviously when you sell your borrowed shares, some people sell, pps goes down and you make money sucking their money out.

There is factual information out there that has put your scary tactics to rest. Obviously if this company wouldn't been able to import the product, then during the New Year celebration and other promotional events the bottles must have been smuggled... A PR informs what's on the works or whats about to come. Its up to The reader to interpret what they are reading. Right now, we could say many things about the shipments and of course It's not set in stone until the shipment occurs and money is transferred to Marani Brands account.

Now, you can speculate many things at this point, but nothing is a fact until you can prove it or prove the opposite. For right now, the company has done EVERYTHING they said they will do until this point. In fact, it's impressive what they have done in a matter of 90 days.

The customers name won't be released until first shipment is on the way. The reason is because of competition issues and I totally understand that.

The alcohol industry is a cut throat business, just like many other industries. If the big fish finds out there is a potential for them to get involved specially with an international distribution deal, sure they will. It's all about contacts and names... So, before they Xing the beginning of their partnership, they will rather hold on until they have their first shipment on the way. I can understand that.

The two international contracts (Brazil and Dominican Republic) are legit. The company has been working on those for at least a year or 2.

Unfortunately they can't release the name of the distributor in each case yet and the reason is because of competition issues. The contracts are inked and ready to go, however they are not done until the shipping starts in which could happen anytime during the first quarter (Brazil could be announced within the next couple weeks IMO).

The current price drop is done in low volume through flippers, shorts and investors that are impatient to hold (I don't blame them, we are in penny land and anything can happen). The truth of the matter is fundamentally nothing has changed, in fact, the company has only gotten better and lots of things can happen overnight). Technically, the chart looks great. No major volume to really judge the behavior of this stock.
However, there has been more accumulation than anything else, in which it tells me, and there are people holding this stock getting shares at lower prices.

Now, if you take in consideration the fact that this company understands the business and its not their first rodeo while they restructured what was not working in the past, then we can agree that they have a better focus this time. They had partnered with more experienced companies and individuals.

I checked the competition's PPS and some of them are in the range of $5-$12.

I am not worried about this company's future, I done enough DD on my own to know they are legit. Their warehouse in CA is full of the new bottles in which they will be rolling out in stores within the next 30 days.

So, in the mean time, I can buy at lower prices just how it happened when the PPS was in the range of $.0065-.009 . Once news on either shipments or distribution hit the wires... This will multiply in a matter of short minutes...

So, there you go. As far as licenses, I had done enough DD to know, they are current in importation and distribution. It shouldn't been an issue in the first place.

So, I am more confident about this company than have I ever been before... For those who are invested and have a doubt, trust me, things are just fine. I just spoke with Mr Smith and coincidentally enough, today was Dan Senters first day at work and I spoke briefly with him also.

To summarize my conversation:

- There are no issues with importation or distribution licenses: They are current and their warehouse in California is full of cases of the new bottles that will be out to the public within the next 30 days max. Dan Senters has a great plan for distribution and with his extensive contacts and experience, he will roll out from California all the way to the rest of the country. The guy is legit and knows what he is talking about. We will have a treat most likely before the end of the week, so IMO don't worry about it, it should be pretty good.

- International contracts: The current contracts are real, inked and ready to go, it took a year or 2 to finally execute them. This has been on the works for a long time and finally they are done. They won't be disclosing the partnerships to the public yet. The reason why is because they want to protect the identity of the partnership until they start the shipping, that information will get to the public soon as they begin.

- The company is very excited about what is about to come. They have a line up of events that will be unfolding within the next few weeks. And as far a the PPS goes, they are aware the company trades as a penny stock, in which is not a concern to them since the price is only changing at a matter of pennies... (Hint Hint)... But for what is coming and what the company currently has set in place, shareholder will be very happy.

They are getting a lot of phone calls and emails, so if you wrote them or called them, and they havent got in touch with you, be patient, they are hoping to respond soon. They are extremely busy right now so again be patient.

This is my own DD, and IMO we are set on a gold mine...
