Currently they can circulate product in the state of California using their main distributors as an exception to sell the product. They don't need to wait 45 days for their license to get approved in which technically that sounds to me like they are in business in Ca. And this is because they are located in CA and they have a warehouse with product to sell. Now, its coming...2-3 weeks before we see the new bottles on the shelves of old retailers.

It will take at most 45 days until license is approved since they currently have history in Ca and they have product to distribute. Once they are approved, in which with lots of certainty they will be approved, they will be able to circulate the product using their own license. That's why Dan Senters expertise comes to the table.

Internationally they don't need the license since the product goes from Armenia to the country of destination. They need a label approval and each country is different on what they require.

Contracts are inked, they had been on the works for a while and containers can be shipped in a matter of days...
