Ok, you said you wouldn't post again if its explained to you, right? No disrespect to you neither.
The two international contracts (Brazil and Dominican Republic) are legit. The company has been working on those for at least a year or 2.
Unfortunately they can't release the name of the distributor in each case yet and the reason is because of competition issues. The contracts are inked and ready to go, however they are not done until the shipping starts in which could happen anytime during the first quarter (Brazil could be announced within the next couple weeks IMO).
The current price drop is done in low volume through flippers, shorts and investors that are impatient to hold (I don't blame them, we are in penny land and anything can happen). The truth of the matter is fundamentally nothing has changed, in fact, the company has only gotten better and lots of things can happen overnight). Technically, the chart looks great. No major volume to really judge the behavior of this stock.
However, there has been more accumulation than anything else, in which it tells me, and there are people holding this stock getting shares at lower prices.
Now, if you take in consideration the fact that this company understands the business and its not their first rodeo while they restructured what was not working in the past, then we can agree that they have a better focus this time. They had partnered with more experienced companies and individuals.
I checked the competition's PPS and some of them are in the range of $5-$12.
I am not worried about this company's future, I done enough DD on my own to know they are legit. Their warehouse in CA is full of the new bottles in which they will be rolling out in stores within the next 30 days.
So, in the mean time, I can buy at lower prices just how it happened when the PPS was in the range of $.0065-.009 . Once news on either shipments or distribution hit the wires... This will multiply in a matter of short minutes...
So, there you go. As far as licenses, I had done enough DD to know, they are current in importation and distribution. It shouldn't been an issue in the first place.
