Don, I agree wholeheartedly with every word in your post. So, what would have happened if AS HAD NOT sued for some kind of control? Business as usual -- rob, rape and plunder the treasury and the shareholders. I, quite frankly, don't believe there's time to mount any serious class action prior to the upcoming legal wrangle. However, having said that, if there IS any chance to do so, I'm 100% for it. A shot across the bow might just keep everybody honest (with the exception of you-know-who).
On the face of it, it would appear as if AS has no leg to stand on. However, were there the proper number of signatures on the documents in question -- did AS ever get those shares --was the turnover of the patents predicated on proper R&D and marketing? I would guess that there's probably much more than meets the eye. Or, in the case of Elbee, much LESS than meets the eye.
Breeze: Yes, be quite (sic), don't interup (sic) with your post's (sic). Otherwise, have a good one. lol
Gamood -- Niiiicccceeee. roflmao. eom
I don't know if the Sears flyer in this Sunday's newspaper is the same everywhere, but the one in my newspaper showed the new "Spiricell" car battery they are now offering.
"Spiricell Technology is tightly compressed spiral would cells with absorbed Glass-Mat separators (which) hold electrolyte like a sponge to eliminate acid spilling"
They are more expensive than the standard Diehard and the ad says nothing about longer life, lighter weight, etc. However, it's plainly obvious that improvements in batteries ARE being marketed. This could very well be the tip of the iceberg as far as new products are concerned.
Thanks Elbee!
Was that necessary, Mr. Pegasus? It's tough enough in this atmosphere of mistrust without your "infoslams".
Just for grins, would you be so kind as to produce a single post of logman's wherein he actually LIED as you are charging?
YD: I've only got enough to say I still own the thing -- 2500 shares. Am looking for a re-entry point that I suspect WILL someday happen.
I don't know but what we're doomed to wait until the pending court cases have been dispatched. Any suit we could mount would take a helluva lot loner than that to get onthe docket. Years, I would bet. Again, I think we're in rough shape, legally.
OT -- Watney -- LOL -- eom
I don't know about the rest of youse guys, but I would like to thank otterman for taking the time to drop in and fill us all in on what's happening in the stock world and, indeed, with our own little cesspool here. We must have posted some pretty darned egregious stuff to bring our newest member out from lurking in the shadows and into the spotlight. Thank you, otterman, for your brutally honest assessment of the situation. Don't forget, however, that "dribble" comes in many forms.
lol Hock -- better yet, maybe the buyer is the hit-man who's accumulating before performing the task.
Maybe the judge overseeing the case is buying after reading up on Balak -- knowing he's going to have the book thrown at him. lol
Just wondering out loud, but maybe the buying has something to do with the upcoming "naked short" ban that's finally going to affect our Canadian friends. Maybe some of these MM's have to cover some long-shorted positions? Like I said before, if this thing DOES get going, those SOB's won't be able to hinder it like they could have in the past.
TD -- Good luck to you. Understand fully where you're coming from. Too bad that when you married this stock, you had to marry a thief and liar to boot.
Good luck.
Nice catch, Gamood. If this thing ever does decide to make a run, that regulation will assist us greatly.
Petross: Hope that blood clot thing gets better for ya, fella. High blood pressure doesn't help much for that condition, does it? Maybe some valium?
All the best in your health and investing endeavors -- really.
pegasus -- lol -- you got that right, the losses, that is. Ain't a bloody thing I can do about it, tho, until the day that Elbee shows up at my door begging for forgiveness. Gee, would that be a swell day, or what!
Petross: You know, it really is funny watching you in your attempts to pick a fight here. What's really funny, though, is that the more you try, the more you're ignored. You even try to bug people by beginning and ending your posts the same way they posted back to you. Pretty pathetic stuff there fella.
Anyway, since you seem to envision yourself as Clark Kent searching for "Truth, justice .......etc" (lol), how about your answer to my question to you regarding your planned trip to see Balak? I believe you brushed me off with: "Plans changed (health wise). I was unable to fly. Then, of course, you deftly moved on to blaming everyone else for "dancing, silence....." etc.
Well, in the interest of honesty, why not answer a few questions for the folks on the board.
1. What was the health issue that forced the cancellation of the visit?
2. Was there ever a trip actually planned?
3. Is Elbee actually a friend and/or relative that you are secretly trying to buy shares for (seeing as how once Elbee quits, the price will undoubtedly double in a day).
4. What airline were you planning to use?
5. Are you and "Pegasus" going steady?
The truth now, Petross or BlueEye or BrownEye or whatever. The people here DEMAND the TRUTH!
So, I take it you'll be pulling up stakes and moving over there? Buh-bye.

What the H--- happened?
Check my last -- I wish everyone who is pounding on the man please refrain from doing so. It looked like I meant that everyone was beating him up -- no so.
Sorry.
No, I think I answered it as best I could -- in either event, Elbee would have to get out. Whether AS wins or Elbee wins, Elbee will have to go.
Let's say AS wins the bloody thing. Elbee would have to leave, probably scratching and clawing, but he WOULD go. If necessary, AS or the new CEO would replace the Board with individuals whose interest is more than their own pockets being filled with 2 cent shares. In comes WM and out goes Elbee. If there was any glitch to that scenario, AS could shop the patent as he wished. Hopefully, there's enough going on behind the scenes to scotch that possibility.
Does the company have a chance at survival? Damned right it does! Why does it have a chance? Because the technology is real, the results are real, the people who were involved are real (for the most part) and there is a very real need for this product. The ONLY item that this company has been lacking -- and that has been for several years now -- is bona fide leadership. Instead, we've had BONER leadership.
Now, Petross, if you think that my musings have any more gravity than anyone else's on this or any other board, you're mistaken. I don't see what I could possibly add to MY opinions that hasn't been stated ad nauseum. IMO, there have been NO hypsters of this issue for one very long time. From time-to-time, several posters have put forth their opinion that Elbee was on the up-and-up and that he would lead us to the promised land. That was THEIR OPINION and carried no more gravity than that which I have just penned. Not logman, rooster, myself or hasher or anyone else that I can think of has hyped this stock -- only opined that they thought it was going to make us some money. Well, someone had to be wrong, didn't they? Too bad it was those who hitched their wagon to Elbee's leathers. I would much preferred that it be ME who was wrong about Elbee.
One final word before closing. IMO, Hasher has NEVER, NEVER intentionally lead anyone here in the wrong direction. While an employee of the company, he passed on information that he was told to pass on -- and paid for doing so. BUT, each of those news nuggets carried the caveat that it originated from someone else -- most likely Elbee and, therefore, was suspect in all or some of the content. I wish everyone would quit pounding on the man. He did what he could do and got burned just like the rest of us.
Geez, I just looked at the length of this tome and feel like Peep. lol
Sorry!
If Elbee wins, one of two things will happen. 1) He will FINALLY see that the only way he is ever going to capitalize on all those shares is to move aside, take his box of Crayolas and go color his Scoobie-Doo coloring book at some bar in Vancouver while someone with real credentials and contacts takes the helm -- or
(2)
The end of a perfectly good company and technology.
All IMO, of course.
Petross:
For your reading entertainment, your answers follow;
Att: logman, rooster, hasher, trainz:
If you all could be so kind and enlighten the the board with YOUR OPINION, and answer these questions:
Questions:
1) Who OWNS PWTC?
Ans: At present, this is still a public "company" which makes you and I the "owners" of one of the most hugely squandered opportunities to have ever come down the pike.
2) If AS wins the trial, does he own PWTC and there everyday business?
Ans: IMO, if he were to win the trial, he wouldn't own PWTC, but he COULD own the patent. IMO again, PWTC would disappear and the technology shopped unless LB gets the hell out.
3) Do you really think AS (if he wins the battery/patent/ownership) will make a go of PWTC, or go to a larger, more developed company......
Ans: See No. 2
4) Do you really think all will be proven and determined in one day in court?
Ans.: No, IMO, once faced with the impending date of a court trial, Elbee will settle and the only possible fashion in which he could settle is to disappear from our line of vision (and AS's).
5)Do you honestly believe there a hope for this comany? With LB and or AS at the helm? if so, why?
Ans: Certainly NOT with Elbee in "control". With AS, most certainly.
It was several YEARS ago that I (and preamp) raised the red flag regarding our favorite CEO wannabe. We were roundly criticized for having the audacity to even suggest that Elbee was a bum. I just wish old AS would have put his pipe up Elbee's butt THEN!
I got the drift that the trial was in Vegas which raises the spectre of ol' Elbee getting his butt shackled as soon as he sets foot in the state. If it IS in Vegas, and it's a civil suit, it seems to me it would be in his best interest to settle prior to the actual proceedings. But, wince when has old Elbee done the right thing, anywaY.
Petross:
You said;
"I will be traveling to Vancouver in the end of Sept. I am planning to set some time aside to meet and greet with Lee Balak.
Can someone please post all contact information I need to set up a meeting with Lee,
Thanking You In Advance !"
Perhaps it should be we who are asking you some questions. How did that meeting go? Is Elbee the giant of industry that we all know he must be? How was the trip to Vancouver? Did you look up Hasher while you were there?
Thanking you in advance.
OT: Hotdog, I'll bet your son is wishing this cold would go away. Bloody miserable out there, I'll tell you. Thanks for the well-wishes.
OT -- Logman, thank therooster (aka Mushroom) for me. I certainly appreciate the good wishes.
OT: Thanks guys, I had hoped the response would be precisely what it was. Some things in life are important -- others, not so much. Thanks again!
OT: I just became a grandfather for the third time recently. Her name is Allison and she is one happy and dearly loved grandchild.
Back at you, Preamp. Fortunately, we no longer need the promise of Powertec to help brighten the new year. If it happens, it happens. Personally, I don't really think it will OR, by the time it does, there will be a newer, better and more innovative answer to the problems we're facing with fossil fuels.
What a load!
My last post to you was to insinuate that you should have a nice thanksgiving, meal-mouth!
peep: Just for chits and giggles, do you think you can POSSIBLY stifle yourself until such time as you've got something even remotely fresh and new to say? Pulleeeeze shut up, fer chrissake! BUT, have a good Thanksgiving anyway -- as well as everyone else here who's caught with this turkey.
Logman: One would think one's IQ would tell one that, wouldn't one? ;)
credo: Oh, I think everyone here has parallel thoughts, it's just the frustration of 6 years of woulda, coulda, shoulda at the hands of an incompetent that's really grinding on everyone. I have very little doubt but what the few posters who remain represent hundreds of thousands of dollars of lost revenue. AND, the real tragedy is that it WASN'T a bad investment! IMO, it was a solid investment, but we alllllllll know who's to blame for our collective woes. We came sooo close a year ago when Wolf took over -- so freaking close! But, good old Elbee managed to snatch defeat away from victory. Damn, but I hope he gets his one of these days! Damn!
I agree with the handcuffs for 'Ol Elbee for any number of reasons -- "Impersonating a CEO" being at the top of the list. As far as outright fraud is concerned, if Wolf Meyerfeld says the thing is real, if Elod Gyenge says it is real and if Alvin Snaper says it is real -- then, by all that's Holy, the sumbitch is real! The only fraud here has been perpetrated by Elbee -- the great pretender.
IMO, of course!
Welcome back, TD. What you see now is a shadow of what the company was at one time. All of Elbee's "correspondence" for the past many months were pumped informally through Hasher who, in his way, walked the fine line between getting us that information and warning us that it could be BS. After all, he WAS getting paid at the time. I understand that is no longer the case
Apparently there are some lawsuits and counter-suits that are mucking up the picture at present. When and if that is all cleared up remains a big question -- plus, once they are dispatched, are we going to like what is left of the company anyway?
In my opinion, there is zip -- nada -- bubkus, going to happen with this operation prior to Elbee's departure. At that point, I'll about bet that things will happen fast and profitably.
Good luck to all that remain.
krw: You know I can't arbitrarily bounce his posts. When he strikes out on his religious (or anti-religious) crap, that's when I and probably everyone else are offended to the point of dropping the censor hammer. LOL -- you guys can put him on "ignore" -- I can't -- I've got to scan his soliloquys for the ones that DO get totally out of hand. Chriminy -- I thought Paybar and Hoggboy were bad!
It's fairly apparent that Elbee has never kept his word on virtually anything and is being properly vilified for that trait. Soooooooooooooo, when one of our more prolific posters says he's going away and DOESN'T -- guess he's no better than you-know-who.
Those sites and the valuable information contained therein would probably be responsible for the huge influx of volume the past couple of days. lol
