An open suggestion to our new Pres/CEO:

Sir:

Welcome aboard. Hope you are able to pull this once much anticipated company from the depths it has fallen. As Pres/CEO, you should be entitled to all the books and records of the past 6+ years. Further, as a lawyer, you should be able to recognize a misdeed when you see it. If Balak hasn't relinquished those records yet, I would respectfully ask that you obtain and peruse them at your leisure. There is anecdotal evidence to suggest that several payments made to the company won't be found in the official books. As our President, I would think you would want to get to the bottom of any potentially litigious situation as soon as possible.
