Ah, the universal question in regard to many bashers/posters on this, and other boards. I think he is a digruntled investor whow owned NMKT at one time or maybe an x-employee. There are others on this board who interact with him on this board and could probably answer better...it takes all kinds.

Are they trying to enrich themselves or the company they are trying to grow? There's a big difference I'm sure you will agree. sometimes a lack of transparency is warranted to protect the less sophisticated investor and the company they have invested in. When you have debt from acquiring companies to grow and support your business model, yes the investor can/does suffer to a certain extent. It's the chance you take and the price you pay to possibly get in on the ground floor and reap the benefits of a company you think may have allot of potential. The pps may go up and down for years for various reasons and it may seem that management is bullsh*ttng you and taking you for a ride, but the bottom line is there are always extenuating circumstances and hindrances that may make it appear as though the powers that be are lying. If you feel that this is a scam and that you are being taken for a ride than sell your shares and book (leave), and if you are in the red and don't want to take the loss then shut you're pie hole and let the rest of us suckers get on with our business. nuff' said.
