Less shares, more Walmart stores/revs coming, new products, etc. And Marco hasn't even expanded on this just yet:
Dewmar International? @DewmarInt May 10
More
Dewmar International engages new PCAOB auditing firm BF Borgers of the Denver, Colorado area as a "pot stock" power move. Stay Tuned....!!!
Sure, fins are out, but what is he going to reveal about the "pot stock power move"? Walmart expansion + share buyback + pot stock power move.
We have a win-win situation here. It only took a good couple hundred million to bring this thing up from where it was. Many people who bought were old longs. The company soaked up 100M. And a portion of the other shares were new positions taken by new investors, few of which will sell at a loss. And then you have the traders who plays the runs and the charts.
So here's the deal regarding the win-win scenario. If it goes up, accounts go green. If it goes down, Marco buys 400M more shares at a discount, longs soak up more cheap shares and new investors/traders add to the bottom(s). With +400M more shares gone compared to what we just saw, think of how thin it is going to be on successive runs after dips. Can't lose. Marco made a point in the PR about the stock going to .03 on nothing in 2014. It's going to end up higher with what we now have going on and a share reduction in play. Keep in mind he is going to tell people at Essence(as mentioned in a recent PR) that he is buying back the shares and what that will mean for supply and demand, and the future share price.
Win-win.
Do beverage buyout offers happen when smaller brands compete with the majors for profitability, reputation, and shelf space?
Buyouts, partnerships, stakes of interest, etc.
Craft beer has become hugely popular across the US. It’s grown from a miniscule segment of the market to a $22 billion industry. It’s also the fastest-growing alcohol segment in the world. While Big Beer sees mounting losses, craft beer sees growth and success. If you think that breeds discontent, you’re right. Big Beer isn’t standing idly by while newcomers erode the customer base.
Instead, companies like AB-InBev, MillerCoors and the rest are making a grab for profitability, and they’re doing it by buying up small craft breweries around the country. Of course, if you’ve paid any attention to happenings in the market the past few years, this isn’t really news. However, things are accelerating. They’re escalating. And, Big Beer has some new tricks up their collective sleeve to use in an attempt to squeeze the little guy out, possibly for good.
Buyouts You Might Not Know About
Let’s kick things off with a quick look at some of the most recent buyouts and mergers that you may or may not be aware of. We’ll only touch on the most recent of these, as there’s a slew if you dig back more than a year or so. So, who’s no longer “craft”? Which breweries took the easy way out and let themselves be bought?
Founders: One of the most popular craft brewers in the country, Founders is no longer 100% independently owned. The company sold a 30% stake to Mahou San Migel. Now, that does not mean that they’ve “sold out” completely, but it does mean that they’re taking Big Beer’s money. Ultimately, it’s a gray area since the buyer does not have a controlling interest in the brewery. With that being said, the Brewers Association did kick Founders out.
Elysian: Yes, you’ve probably heard about this one. It raised quite the stink. AB-InBev bought the Seattle-based brewery outright.
Golden Road: This one might have passed you buy. AB-InBev bought out the LA-based Golden Road Brewing Company. Golden Road is now completely owned by AB-InBev, which is a lucrative position for the beer giant considering Golden Road’s position within Los Angeles.
Saint Archer: MillerCoors is in on the craft brewery buy up, too. They bought Saint Archer at about the same time AB-InBev was investing in Golden Road.
Ballast Point: Here’s another shocking buyout that took craft beer lovers by surprise. Constellation Brands, the owner of Corona, now owns Ballast Point, the brewer of the immensely popular Grapefruit Sculpin.
Lagunitas: Here’s another partial buyout that can still be classified as selling out. Lagunitas sold 50% of the brewery to Heineken. Founder Tony Magee calls this a partnership, and without a controlling interest for Heineken, we can sort of see that. It still smacks of selling out, though.
Breckenridge: The Colorado giant and extremely popular brewer sale to AB-InBev took everyone by surprise. With that being said, the sale only included the Breckenridge facilities in Breckenridge and Littleton. AB did not buy any of the company’s other portfolio inclusions (of which there are quite a few).
Four Peaks: Based in Tempe, Arizona, Four Peaks was a craft brewery growing in popularity. Now, they’re owned by AB-InBev and are no longer part of the Brewers Association.
OTHER DIRTY TRICKS
Think that the only thing Big Beer is doing to recapture the market and rebuild their stranglehold on the beer industry it buying out craft breweries? Think again. They have quite a few dirty trucks up their sleeve. One of the most notorious was talked about by Mother Jones and The Wall Street Journal back in December 2015, although the news seems slow to reach many people.
Essentially, AB-InBev wants to “encourage” distributors to keep craft beers out of grocery stores. AB is offering rebates to distributors, up to $1.5 million, if they’ll make AB brands 98% of their sales. That’s a lot of money, and what distributor is really going to turn their nose up at that much free cash?
According to The Wall Street Journal, “The world’s largest brewer last month introduced a new incentive program that could offer some independent distributors in the US annual reimbursements of as much as $1.5 million if 98% of the beers they sell are AB-InBev brands. Distributors whose sales volumes are 95% made up of AB-InBev brands would be eligible to have the brewer cover as much as half of their contractual marketing support for those brands.”
That’s downright dirty, and it might not even be legal. The jury is still out on that.
There’s another tactic that AB-InBev is using to regain some of their lost foothold – masquerading as craft beer. For example, in San Diego, 10 Barrel Brewing is trying to open an establishment. The problem? 10 Barrel isn’t really craft. They’re owned and operated by AB-InBev. That’s got the local craft breweries in an uproar, and many craft beer lovers in the city are also up in arms. If successful, InBev could actually pretend to be a craft brewery, and those new to the craft scene could easily be taken in, spending time and money in a location that only fills the coffers of Big Beer and does nothing to grow local breweries. In addition, there’s the possibility that millions spent on a new location would effectively raise property values enough that small businesses would be forced out.
Kevin Hopkins, president of the San Diego Brewers Guild, told Fortune magazine, “It’s not just what the definition of craft is, it’s what impact does that have on the passion of independently owned businesses? If large companies can throw around millions, how are smaller companies going to be able to move in? What they’re doing is putting a local flavor and feel to something that has been done in a factor.”
All of these actions are signs of fear – Big Beer is worried, and for good reason. Only time will tell if beer drinkers can help their local breweries flourish, though. What’s your take on all this? Is a brewery 50% owned by Big Beer still “craft”?

A relaxation beverage, a small company, making a big splash with Walmart and showing signs of national expansion....could be quite the target.
Good points. Got to ramp up Lean and keep Walmart stocked.
Introducing four new products and on site with a co-location w Walmart. Not everyone gets to do that. The BMC attached to DEWM is Brand Management Company. Four new brands, co-location with Walmart.
So, since we're a beverage brand competing with the majors on Walmart's shelves, who else might make an offer at the Walmart/Dewmar booth?
How about another Essence Sponsor?
How about the Presenting Sponsor, someone Walmart might know very well and arrange a handshake with?
How about...Coca Cola>

Anyone here object to Marco using 10-15M shares to get us going on a national level as mentioned here? I know I don't. Spend a nickel in marketing for a dollar in profits.
"Dewmar International Board Members have discussed the possibilities of undergoing a significant capital raise, from credible sources not perceived to cause financial harm to the Company over the upcoming months to assist with massive marketing and promotions efforts associated with the largest chain retailer distribution expansion project in the history of the Company. Furthermore, the Company shall be enlisting the aid of third party marketing agencies, such as Advantage Solutions, to provide sampling promotions in all applicable stores and to participate in a vast Walmart Retailtainment program over the next 6 to 12 months."

O/S remains unchanged. Float is 10,750,000 shares increased.
10M shares, with no increase in O/S in 8 months. Are we calling a little over 1M shares a month dilution now?
Everyone panic and sell.
I think not.
You know, that sounds like a good ratio. I'm with you! Red 10, green 33.
Get the red days out of the way before Essence, then make the new entrants happy by releasing news and going green after the festival. Good news to make for a green Friday, then more good news to sustain new buy-ins on Monday. Marco could be working this like a champ.
Also nice to see the difference in volume between green days and red here. More volume on green days, less on red. Hope to see that trend continue.
Anytime, figment. I have really appreciated your charting and posts the past several months, so thank you as well.
Anyone noticing the bottom end of the shadow of today's candle is exactly at the top of the body of the candle from two days ago? Coincidence? Nope. Let's see if the MM's read the boards and decide to throw a head fake and pierce the lower shadow to .0075 or below. Chart is being made by design, like clockwork.
Much appreciated, Swine.
Thanks, Stock.
Thanks very much, broke.
Nice going on the cheap ones. Those will be looking nice in the near future.
Hope some longs are scoring some of these clearance shares down here. Keep your heads cool. Don't trade on emotion. People sold into my glove at .0018-.0021 when the pps went down from .003's, etc. I was counting on that. People are waiting on your shares too. Keep that in mind.
From today's PR:
"Essence Community Corner is a part of the Festival where organizations are asked to come and promote awareness and education on the issues affecting their businesses and communities. Dewmar International plans to educate individuals on two topics; these are: 1) Dewmar's Open Doors Program designed to provide an on-ramp to the marketplace for Minority and Veteran-owned products targeted towards an increasingly diverse American population, and 2) the risk-rewards that exist for individuals investing in a penny stock like Dewmar International BMC, Inc. (DEWM)."
Remember when I mentioned competition for shares will be growing against a dwindling float? I'm still banking on that over the coming weeks and months.
See what Marco is saying in point #2?
He is bringing awareness to the stock at festivals. He is looking for more and more people to hold his share price higher and higher, and is educating them to some degree as to how things work and on what they have going on long term. Friends tell friends, investors tell investors. Only so many shares.
Buy the dips if you're letting the DD speak. We could get lucky and see a flash to .005's(plus or minus). Then the slingshot is loaded and will be thin going up. The RSI will be ice cold and will be at the bottom of the RSI(14) trend line on the daily. The 50MA has already crossed the 200MA, the MACD histogram is plenty green but showing a bit of a move back to center before another rise and run. Accumulation is looking beautiful. I'm looking for .0078, .0069, .0065, .0056, .0051. Plenty to grab between the pivots and resistance points as well.
Remember, the news isn't over. Invest on fundamentals, pick entrance and exits on the chart and timing of the news. Keep cool and enjoy. Think logically: Marco did not wait three years to do a quick one week promo only to land is stock price back in the .00's. This is a man who has made his way to the White House(and a whole lot of other places). If he has timed all of that according to his overall life plan successfully, he had a plan for his stock before releasing news. I'm sure he's aware(or has been made aware by now) that charts have to cool. Time the news, and let the investors profit from timing the buys.
Sure is sunny out today. I'm enjoying being on the laptop looking out over the pond. $DEWM Holding and relaxed.
Know what you own. Trust your gut. Invest/trade on logic. Posts mean very little, including my own.
Tons and tons and tons of dilution. Ten times the original float. This is going nowhere. Warning. You'd better get out while you can. Hurry. No one will buy anything below .0002. This is going to no bid followed by an R/S and even more dilution.
Take the act elsewhere.
Guys, don't give up your shares. Hang tight. Don't let people shake you. Do your DD, know what you own, time your entries with the chart.
Keeps getting better. Can't wait to see future Q's and K's that include the new products as well.
Do you mean the Q which will entail the $170k Kush Cake weekend plus all the other stuff? Lots of good things coming our way.
RSI(14) cooling nicely on minor consolidation. RSI on the daily chart was 89 at close of business yesterday, and is at 79 now. Accumulation line is only showing a difference of 13M shares from yesterday's close as well.
Another 1-3 days of consolidation, and this is going to be primed to rise up on the continuation of news. Aside from the final two parts to yesterday's news, we have a meeting with Walmart tomorrow regarding expansion of product and locations, and the Essence festival shortly thereafter where we are sharing one of our two booths with Walmart.
This is a prime opportunity to add. As I mentioned yesterday, shakes will be brief and often turbulent. People see the opportunity to catch cheap shares in the red. Each time that happens, those buyers will not sell those shares anywhere but higher than their purchase price. The effect of that is a thinner and stronger move north once cheap shares are gone, the chart is cooler, and there is a catalyst (technical and/or fundamental) to move this to new heights. Grab what you can while you can.
Marco dropped a pretty big hint that .00's are cheap shares, or at least they will be very soon. I'm guessing he has a reason. Three years of news is not going to be over in one single week.

Stronger than ever. You're more than welcome.
I agree. I've been invested since either 2014 or 2015. Well worth the wait and just getting started.
I'll second that. I for one have really appreciated the hard work and DD posted by a core group of longs here. HATTER, Kihmjc, GEMINI, PIGEON, Swinetime, DLR, and a few others I'm probably missing. Thanks goes to each and every one of you.
$DEWM Awesome day, yet again. Good movement, good updates.
This thing is close to locked. Expect shakeouts to be brutal, but quick. Expect the rises back up to be even better. Competition for shares is beginning and will only get more cutthroat.
Why?

ps For the newer guys, here's a tip on the shakes. New traders sell as it is going up and take profits. People who want to reload begin selling at the very top and sell a bit here and there as it goes down. Once it bottoms they are there with a bid already reloading with even more funds from selling. Know what you own and don't sell off fear. Charts move up and down. Ask yourself? What's yet to come.
Yes, it does. It speak volumes. Not many people can say that Walmart is holding their hand and lifting them up as they move forward on their own. Marco can.
My bad, Swine. I thought you were referencing a gourmet label/brand.
It sure is. I wonder if Marco will get a write up and/or ad space in Essence Magazine. He could attract retail buying from individuals and could also attract entrepreneurs and business owners. A private label would be awesome. Or even working with Walmart to create a Great Value label using his recipe and their wrapper for a discount. They make the product and sell it, and Marco gets paid for allowing them to cook it up and use their own wrapper.
Yes! That is exactly what I am getting at. Glad I don't have to crunch those numbers again based on your 1600 per truckload correction. Whether 30, 45, or however many million, it could be A LOT.
Thank you guys for correcting me on the cases per pallet. My mistake. That was a bit of blind guesswork and just typing off the top of my head for fun.
That said, that would put national net at that 10% rate for Kush Cakes in Walmart at about $30M and change. Still not bad!
$DEWM Right now, DEWM appears to be in approximately 80 Walmart locations. I am strongly thinking that provided this central distributorship goes well within the region we are in and that Marco has a good meeting with Walmart on the 28th, coupled with a good showing and good results at Essence, we could be seeing the roll out for a national brand awareness via being stocked at all Walmart locations across the span of the United States(and maybe elsewhere).
To emphasize how vast in scope this could be, consider the following. We are in 80 stores. As part of our central distributorship, we will be using two central distribution centers to supply those 80 stores. There are 173 distribution centers in the US alone. Since there are four more being built , as of the writing of the white paper linked to below, let's round up modestly to 174 possible distribution houses.
If 2 warehouses/centers serves 80 stores, then 1 warehouse simply would serve approximately 40 Walmart locations. So, with 40 per, let's multiply that by 174, which comes to 6,960 locations.
It appears retail for a case of Kush Cakes is $55, as per HATTER's DD. I would assume 100 cases would fit on a single pallet. That would put gross at $5500 per pallet.
If we can serve one pallet per month at one Walmart for all 12 months of the year, that would be $66,000 per Walmart.
With a national distributorship, we would take $66,000 and multiply that by 6,960 based on one pallet per store per month each month of the year, at every single store in the US. This may or may not include online sales. So, to be a bit conservative, let's just say it does.
$66,000 x 6,960 = $459,360,000
Let's say, to be extremely modest, that only 10% is netted as revenue after all costs are accounted for.
Net would then be $45,936,000 per year, just from Walmart, just from Kush Cakes alone.
Now, let's add in Lean at all of those stores, and let's also consider more products may enter the deal as well.
Finally, let's consider all other products, locations, deals, partnerships, mergers, telemedicine, pharmacies, etc.
What do revs look like?
If Marco can expand to this magnitude, he can buy back a serious chunk of the O/S over the next 24 months, capitalizing on the dips, and thinning us out for each successive pop.
Theoretically, if this plan can come to fruition, I think NYSE is a very doable target, even without necessitating a reverse split to get there.
That said, if Marco does a split, and can then show these kind of revs and expansion once on the NYSE with a much smaller share structure, I would venture a serious guess that we would not stagnate at the opening minimum share price of $3.00 required for NYSE uplisting status.
I would also like to emphasize down here that a popular CBD product that could enter into a good number of states could be sold everywhere from vitamin shops to gas stations to retail outlets, etc.
And if Marco can get Walmart, he can likely negotiate Sam's Club to sell in bulk. With Sam's Club comes competition for product availability, which could set us up for Costco, BJ's and others.
$45.9M net, just from Kush, just from one pallet a month per Walmart. Modest.
How big can Marco get this? And how many fire-breathing dragons will he release?
ps Here is the link to the white paper I was referencing above: http://www.mwpvl.com/html/walmart.html
As a small afterthought, remember Marco Tweeting from Arkansas? He mentioned hot biz ideas(plural). Going by legalization news and Arkansas in a search, that could be one avenue of business. Think of the relationships and how far up and down and sideways they might reach, and now consider this:
Our Business
From our humble beginnings as a small discount retailer in Rogers, Ark., Walmart has opened thousands of stores in the U.S. and expanded internationally. Through innovation, we're creating a seamless experience to let customers shop anytime and anywhere online, through mobile devices and in stores. We are creating opportunities and bringing value to customers and communities around the globe. Walmart operates over 11,700 retail units under 59 banners in 28 countries and e-commerce websites in 11 countries. We employ approximately 2.3 million associates around the world — 1.5 million in the U.S. alone.

Much appreciated, Triple. My apologies for the delay. I read your post when I was in the middle of something earlier. I think Lean will continue to expand. I wouldn't be surprised to see a version with CBD or THC later down the road. Essence show at the convention center could lead to some celebrity endorsement as well, which could really assist sales working side by side with Walmart. If Marco could let Walmart ink the deal with the celeb to push lean, it would help Marco, but would secure Walmart with a safe return as Dewmar undergoes expansions in future Walmart regions(and online sales as well).
Thanks Swine(and ERZ). It's good to be back. Very nice setup here.
Thank you as well and glad to be of service.
That would be a good strategy. I'd guess he has had a round table of discussions planning every variable. If he kept quiet this long and has as much to show as it seems, I'd assume he's turned over most other stones as well.
My hopes in the interim is that Marco times the PRs with the chart. Tomorrow's should be fine, as we still have a bit of room to run with an RSI(14) of 83. We should have anywhere between 1-3 bullish days left before a pullback to cool the chart. Marco could play into that nicely, running us up above a penny with a 90+ RSI, then letting it cool on a low volume walkdown(*not many are going to want to sell if he gives a hint or two as the chart cools), then hits us again with a low RSI and pushes this above a penny to stay, with a run of .05+. I do not think .05+ is far fetched, but don't want to get into grand predictions too early on(even if I suspect them). My thoughts are that this climb will have several legs over the course of multiple months. And I'm with you, "True longs will prosper."
