Filings are planned for by Month-End. So all guessing will cease.
So more speculating ... One could look at Forest and Sabine as a typical Bankruptcy Judge selling assets but better as those 50.1% are not left holding the bag they still get their bond payments they are just typical human greed wanting cash now instead of waiting for the terms to play out.
Maybe the old gang could restart the company real quick , make a leveraged buyout of an estimated 1.5 billion enterprise value company selling now ridiculously under a dime ? That give big profits . No regular company would risk it without filings . Note: Gandy , McZeal whomever get us back in the big oil game and buyout these clowns dumping / shorting your new Houston neighbors , old Forest ... merged with ...
Even a company that was recently upgraded ( like the only oil stock upgraded ) just announced a stock offering with Goldman Sachs and Citi ... so industry is capital strapped especially when there is so many bargains they would like to grab. CNBC was joking about another big company with 8 billion for acquisitions as to now guessing who they'll buy. lol, now that's putting a tiger in your tank.
I feel MM's are grabbing all they can of Sabine or they're hurting for shares ... BK? Even Goldman would float them if not the market maker (MM). I has to be bondholders for 50.1% of old Forest but as Jacob reported today it was actually Forest buying Sabine (but again NYSE didn't like that either - fees no doubt).
New article out today from Yahoo news link http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/blog/drilling-down/2015/03/merged-houston-energy-company-to-fight-default.html?ana=yahoo
Its there now, SEC filing http://finance.yahoo.com/q/sec?s=TECO+SEC+Filings oh haha its last years on mar 17
Nice post but they forgot to update the company web site as previously mentioned.
Hits frontpage on 3/16 today's WSJ left column news bites for B4 page.
Now to get it more conveniently available from walkins (which cause old models being bought back or clearance but small price for creating demand with ads for ...) creating demand and sells ... plenty of foreign immigrants using grants to run carts in malls to push its advantage.
Existing outlets don't have space /desire to promote BlackBerry over their existing deals and Sprint taking over many Radio Shack locations ... Long road to acceptance but maybe try youths and target fraternities and sororities to fund raise by sales fees?
This does seem safer than casino one-arm bandits.
The distance from Amarillo to Albuquerque is almost identical as Rotterdam and Hamburg ... lol, kinda close for Vinny.

Nicole is still listed for/as NE contact. Has anyone asked her yet?
Could it be by Tuesday (Monday earnings) that we see what Vince has been traveling for ...
The "etc." makes it sound like unsolicited (thereby likely to be unheard) presentation for
Since Sabine is 71% gas, oil movement would be a feeding-frenzy play and not enough merit. Of course NG was down Friday too.
It's most likely the bonds, how can Sabine win when their web site says there was a change http://www.sabineoil.com/owner-relations-2/
Yet cash flow was supposed to be a strong ... I think they are keying off of Forest public info only. We could "shoot the moon" when financials come out
WSJ article from day before 1/6 said
Big oil discussion on CNBC since closing bell, in a few it'll be available for reply.
One analyst mentioned producers have been delivering off of hedges as to why production not slowed...
They should register a stock buyback while so cheap. Offer to settle bondholders with a trust of 1% working interest of wells they own with 50%+ WI until paid off. Then once uplisted make a industry norm stock offering and notification of offering plan at time of buyback registration. Just opinions not legalor securities advice (obviously ).
The issue here is the Forest bondholders trying to close on clause of change of ownership but they claim not as they just bought 49.9% of bonds to avoid clause taking effect.
NYSE was mad because they were private and used Forest to avoid long review so thus delisted ... So now they are going through long audits of merger to get uplisted ... whichever .
I'm not worried about Russia and USA. From mockery most likely or something they put together for China Sea problem. The USA used to head in close like that in the Mediterranean Libya and Lebanon ... When one tried enforcing 200 mile... USA shot them down and once took out radar and missile systems that harassed our harassment. I'm sure we still do it other places.
But ISIL problem keeps Iraqi oil off market during take/retake conflicts, and EXXON CEO said Iran nuclear deal will bring (legal) Iranian oil back on market.
Wow, what lag... Actually Fed/foreign turds harassing my Internet, never run for Federal office it seems ... Yesterday they were touching my onscreen keyboard with their touch screen overlay and commonly change my typing ... They are criminals with badges/no arrest status ... sorry can't control it

These four articles from Google Finance News answers most except price.
Another site quoted CEO today
I have personally followed Sundance Energy since last year and dealt with agent of company a few times. At beginning of this week I went there checking up and they had a new investor presentation... On the peer reviews there is a big pink sheet oil producer, $SOGC Sabine that they have projected for this year as 17,407 BOEPD; 29% liquids; 104 1P MMBOE; 1.56 Bil val; 59 Mil cap
Now obviously without filings unknown. Any opinions on that buyer of Forest oil co.?
With that quote I was in shock when a broker told me they were Pink Sheet. I assume they plan on uplisting and join the sector with stock offers for funding after filings.
In the commodity market that is called Risk Management, to hedge the downside when so much is on the line. So SEC would have to have proof fraud occurred, and from they posts it appears assumed not proven (especially if civil not criminal). We'll hear out of court settlement to save face no details revealed unless their is some other power over the changes for their financial gains or details revealed post case.
I thought dead as a jury would act like the market... so I Google'd it
WTI is going to lag for a long time. Cramer on MadMoney said USA does not allow exports of oil and they are training it to where ever they can find a refinery ( 2:28 video write-up worthless http://www.cnbc.com/id/102497092 ).
Everything looking good here, capital and dividend .
Nice looking value and rebound potential.
The selling millions of shares stopped today (drift lower stopped ), so looking good IMO and bet buyback / buyers are a little sad. They didn't know how to take lack of volume ... lol
I don't know ... just read the 1/22 news and he explained the phone and successful business is based on relationships and if he has deal with a bulging growing too fast company as a banker (let's say Spanish bank BBVA Compass I'm all over having it as collateral if Mexico allows , for instance .
Are you saying that the Mexican phone company purchase did not happen?
Is the funding for network for the company not bought (?) expected to be floated by the 3 proposals ?
So maybe some statements came true? The rest forward looking bombs that didn't make it. Anyway got what you meant ... now what ...
I see that now thanks to your hint, but they kept Eagleford acerage like planned then this should be great ...
Not exactly, the ones with debt are problems .
overvalued was EPM
PDX was close to value and a few others
One thing many forget about in the USA glut, is it should be worse as 3 recent oil train derailments keep a bunch of oil from the Dakotas out, many companies are in long term drilling commitments but seems like industry believes above 60 next year...
I was supposing that it was the same thing the kept filings away last time, but with SEC case et cetera perhaps they were provided with missing info, like some posted it was C&C financials they would never get... So maybe they can this time provide ...
It's already selling less than 10pct of enterprise value and that's not bargain basement enough?
Selling at less than 20% of value? What-a-deal!
What's going to be the cost per BOE after dust settles? I saw a peer evaluation sheet of another company today as of 2/24 that cap of SOGC is only 4% of prorated value of last year's financials.
