I'm not worried about Russia and USA. From mockery most likely or something they put together for China Sea problem. The USA used to head in close like that in the Mediterranean Libya and Lebanon ... When one tried enforcing 200 mile... USA shot them down and once took out radar and missile systems that harassed our harassment. I'm sure we still do it other places.

But ISIL problem keeps Iraqi oil off market during take/retake conflicts, and EXXON CEO said Iran nuclear deal will bring (legal) Iranian oil back on market.
