They should register a stock buyback while so cheap. Offer to settle bondholders with a trust of 1% working interest of wells they own with 50%+ WI until paid off. Then once uplisted make a industry norm stock offering and notification of offering plan at time of buyback registration. Just opinions not legalor securities advice (obviously ).
