With that quote I was in shock when a broker told me they were Pink Sheet. I assume they plan on uplisting and join the sector with stock offers for funding after filings.

Company was doing over ++10,000 BOPD in oil and nat gas Equiv's last year for about 1.3 million in USD sales per day through the first 3 quarters....
