I'm a pastafarian. I belong to the church of the flying spaghetti monster. I pray for pasta.
Read the 2014 10K and then compare it to the 2016 Q's. The filings explain it all.
Or here's another crazy thought
World Moto has never released a PR that could or would verify anything concrete the company was doing. They said they had distributors but never named them. They said they shipped orders but only said to Africa and Asia, never who they shipped them to. They were careful to say shipped instead of sold and never said how many or for what amount. Every PR we've ever seen was too vague to be able to verify anything.
Maybe, just maybe, because they never actually did anything. If they never did anything I would think the pps would be around .0006 with $82 trade days. All those secret sales they are making someone would be investing in this company. Nope.
It's entirely possible that the Oompa Loompa's in Charlie's Chocolate Factory will be making the meters which is why they require so much secrecy.
I almost forgot about the convertible notes! Yes it's best to keep rolling those over and further dilute the share value rather than bring in new capital to pay them off. Invest a bunch of money and years worth of work, then make it appear that the company is out of business all as part of the master plan to get ahead. Man, that Giles guy is a straight up GENIUS.
That would also explain why there is no mention of the Moto-Meter in the latest Q's. World Moto certainly wouldn't want anyone to know they had any contracts or game plan to sell meters in any specific countries as new investment and capital for the company would certainly be a bad thing. Best to keep that on the down low.
So the company is so busy that they let their business license expire, they shut off their phones, they cancelled their website and email addresses to ensure they wouldn't get any new business. Then, they gave out a secret email address and phone number to their distributors that isn't available to the public.
That's quite a business strategy Col. They wanted to make sure they could only fill one contract before they turned the lights on again. That sounds much more plausible than growing the company like any other company would do in that situation.
I'd like to buy a moto-meter. Better yet I'd like to buy 100 for my business. Who do I call? Where can I get information from?
If no one here can answer this then no one in any other country knows either. World Moto isn't selling anything.
1. Baidu App Store
'Baidu is China’s top search engine'
https://m.baidu.com
I'm sitting in my hotel in Shanghai and just used Baidu to search for HailYes. 2 dead links came up for World Moto's app.
Sorry, these aren't opinions.
World Moto has no emplyeees to run HailYes and offer IT support.
HailYes requires a city with motorcycle taxis to operate.
HailYes hasn't been updated on any app site since Sept 2015.
This stuff isn't hard to get. There is nothing happening in China or anywhere else.
Pretty impressed with China. Cleanest country I've ever been to. It looks like they wash the roads daily. No garbage anywhere. There are a small amount of mopeds on the streets but most people either take the metro lines (subway) or electric bikes are very popular here. You can get a day pass on the metro for less than $1 a day and it's very efficient. The Chinese in general are very efficient. And it's 4:35pm in Shanghai right now.
All I do is take cabs everywhere. 3 days in Shanghai, 2 days in Xi'an and 3 days in Beijing. There are no motorcycle taxis in these cities. There is no HailYes in China.
It's a joke people are disputing this.
The company has no overhead and they live in Thailand where it costs next to nothing to live. The first 2 Q's in 2016 had over $200K in new notes originated. Some poverty line.
Haven't seen one motorcycle taxi in Xi'an either. I saw a total of about a half dozen tuk tuks in Beijing. They are so small two passengers would both have to be under 5'4 and 120lbs to fit. They make a mini look like a 750Li.
Motorcycle taxis are not mainstream transport in China. I'll be in Shanghai tomorrow and I'm not expecting any different.
Weird how when I run internet searches for World Moto and HailYes in China nothing comes up. I mean since you have to live in China to use HailYes it would only make sense that I could find them while I'm here using China's internet right?
I'd say the Capital is great place to start. World Moto has nothing going on in China and everyone knows this.
I've probably walked 30 miles around Beijing at this point. 5 miles down the wall which doesn't really count. There are no motorcycle taxis in this city that I've seen. Flying to Xi'an tonight.
So Uber China was bought out by Didi Chuxing and Uber has nothing to do with World Moto. Trying to understand what's exciting about all of that?
A good read and perfect explanation as to why World Moto is not in China
https://mobile.nytimes.com/2016/08/02/business/dealbook/china-uber-didi-chuxing.html
I'm enroute to Beijing. I'll know soon enough.
Everything on the internet is true. You should believe everything you see.
China can control internet content from within China. World Moto is not a Chinese company. All of these wild and untrue claims are so easy to prove false.
I think that was supposed to read $1,500 in income.
There are two things that have happened in the last 10 months. More debt and more dilution.
If HailYes is so popular in China I wonder why Chinese investors aren't fully invested in World Moto. PPS should be substantially higher with such a successful ride hailing app dominating in China.
The Chinese do not like foreign companies operating in China. Uber couldn't even survive there. World Moto does not have anything in China.
Wait, let me guess. The app only works if you live in China? LOL
The sites you keep posting say you need Google Play to download the app. If that's what the site says, then what you are posting here is wrong.
"You have to download "APK" to use it in China Indonesia. NOT GOOGLE"
Then why does the APK site you are referencing say "Get HailYes on Google play"

There is no way anyone could not understand this debate about 5 million downloads is false.
HailYes is a non functioning app
World Moto employs 0 employees to provide IT support for it's non functioning app
By World Moto's own admission HailYes was never available in any country other than Thailand
All the app websites that are being posted here all require downloads from Google Play. It is not possible to download directly from any of these sites.
Google Play lists the all time accurate download count between 100-500
These are undisputed facts
Pretty simple answer. There is no one out there looking for information about World Moto more than the people on this board. We know the company has no contact info to even get information from them.
You didn't add up how much they paid themselves.
Yes I agree with that. I was never able to book a ride.
When HailYes was first released on iOS it was a functional app. I know this because I played around with it. You could never hail a ride because they never had any drivers signed up for it.
HailYes was a functioning app with few subscribers a year ago. World Moto didn't successfully promote it.
There is no disputing the App555 site redirects you to Google Play for the download. All you have to do is hit the download link and see for yourself.
A dealer would not provide customer support for the app. World Moto would supply the support. You of all people should know this.
Let's pretend World Moto was killing it in China but there was no way to verify it unless you lived in China. Let's call this out for what it is, it's a completely stupid and false statement. But if they were, then Chinese investors would be all over it and the pps would be a hell of a lot higher than .001.
App555 redirects you to Google Play to download Yes. There is no disputing that. You cannot download Yes from App555.
World Moto has no employees. It is not operating in China.
If Yes had 5 million downloads then Google Play would show 5 million downloads. It's as simple as that.
The Yes app has not been updated since Sept 2015. That's why it doesn't work now.
By World Moto's own admission the Yes app was only ever available in Thailand.
World Moto has no employees to offer customer support for this even if it did work.
The App555 site says there are 100,000, 1,000,000 or 5,000,000 downloads depending on what page you open up. If you want to download the app it redirects you to Google Play for the download. If it had been downloaded 5,000,000 times then Google Play would also show 5,000,000 downloads as that is the site you are actually downloading the app from.
This isn't rocket science anyone who bothers to click download and follow the links can see this for themselves. I have no idea why this is still being discussed. You should be sceptical of the fact App555 has 3 different download counts and your sceptisism can be confirmed by looking at the actual download count on Google Play.
How many new convertibles in 2017?
No one knows as no financials are available for 2017.
How many employees they have is irrelevant. When the notes are due they have to continue converting shares paying off old notes and acquiring new notes since they don't have the cash to pay them off. That's why the filings are being updated. If you read them you can see their business overview is no longer being updated just new debt added.
