So the company is so busy that they let their business license expire, they shut off their phones, they cancelled their website and email addresses to ensure they wouldn't get any new business. Then, they gave out a secret email address and phone number to their distributors that isn't available to the public.

That's quite a business strategy Col. They wanted to make sure they could only fill one contract before they turned the lights on again. That sounds much more plausible than growing the company like any other company would do in that situation.
