If Yes had 5 million downloads then Google Play would show 5 million downloads. It's as simple as that.

The Yes app has not been updated since Sept 2015. That's why it doesn't work now.

By World Moto's own admission the Yes app was only ever available in Thailand.

World Moto has no employees to offer customer support for this even if it did work.
