World Moto has no emplyeees to run HailYes and offer IT support.

HailYes requires a city with motorcycle taxis to operate.

HailYes hasn't been updated on any app site since Sept 2015.

This stuff isn't hard to get. There is nothing happening in China or anywhere else.
