What lies??? It's an $.11 stock and most are pointing out the company's failings. Even the long termers are getting discouraged with the price and lack of progress and losing hard earned $$$. I do not think there is any $$$ "you want to ie can afford to lose." You're a band of a few holdouts believing in L Kelly Jones. Many of the previous posters and shareholders have sold with all the missed deadlines and projections.

A Little Humor OT
A young man married a beautiful woman who had previously divorced ten husbands. On their wedding night, she told her new husband, "Please be gentle; I'm still a virgin."
"What?" said the puzzled groom. "How can that be if you've been married ten times?"
"Well, husband #1 was a Sales Representative; he kept telling me how great it was going to be.
Husband #2 was in Software Services; he was never really sure how it was supposed to function, but he said he'd look into it and get back to me.
Husband #3 was from Field Services; he said everything checked out diagnostically but he just couldn't get the system up.
Husband #4 was in Telemarketing; even though he knew he had the order, he didn't know when he would be able to deliver.
Husband #5 was an Engineer; he understood the basic process but wanted three years to research, implement, and design a new state-of-the-art method.
Husband #6 was from Administration; he thought he knew how, but he wasn't sure whether it was his job or not.
Husband #7 was in Marketing; although he had a product, he was never sure how to position it.
Husband #8 was a psychiatrist; all he ever did was talk about it.
Husband #9 was a gynecologist; all he did was look at it.
Husband #10 was a stamp collector; all he ever did was...God, I miss him!
But now that I've married you, I'm so excited!"
"Good," said the husband, "but, why?"
"You're with the Government. This time I KNOW I'm gonna get SCREWED!

The deal with the devil as I have been saying all along - others continue to play the role of Ostrich...

I do feel bad you are going to hang until the bitter end - hey it's only $$$...
Take care and good luck
Ceres
Ok - time for a group hug :) and say we're all in this together...all for one and one for all.
Damn it's your $$$ not theirs - they could own 100,000 shares, 1000 shares or no shares - everyone is in a different boat as they say...
Barny
Good one!!! So much for Greg's input - I am still reading the great writeups from the 2004 show - I still can't believe we didn't hit $10M in sales after reading them....
Ceres
With all due respect - why especially Doug and Greg? Who talk like they are surrogate sons of L Kelly - they have yet to say a disparaging word about their hero.
It should be open to all especially the old guard - Twister, Weeble Wobble, Barnabus, and of course 5Cap who thinks "Technically speaking, we've got the makings of a very nice triple bottom here" - Is that good? and the rest
Lewis
So what's your point - Trade shows are to get leads for sales and set the stage - DVD's, brochures of their products and get the job done along withe one or two demos
Most companies can't bring their entire product line to trade shows like VTSI can....
Bill
If you read the post it says FATS has profitable sales of $89M...
Doug
I apologize a thousand times I mispoke - should have read not many sales to date - $1M in sales expected this year....vs the FATS the alleged competition which has profitable sales of $89M
Take care
Doug
A famous political line "It's the economy stupid" in this case "It's sales sales"
The positive review from the 2004 show and $1.50 get you a cup of coffee but no sales to date
Ceres
Hear no evil see no evil speak no evil
I think it is naked shorting and the MM's walking the price down - that's why the price is so low...
Greg/Doug
I need some of what you are taking...
"Virtra's competition doesn't want to demonstrate their new products at the show in fear that they won't work and hurt their sales. It is better off for them to have a bare bones system setup at their location and sell it to clients and deliver the add on accessories later with a huge maintenance agreement that will cost more than the simulator itself since they know many break downs will occur. Since Virtra's system is reliable they can demonstate it at any trade show."
FEAR FEAR yeah right - of VTSI an undercapitalized $1M company with limited products and resources -

"can you support your agreement with PaulP's post with facts and an explanation of the corporate events that lead you to this opinion?"
Yeah I can - go to the company website read the PR's over the last 3 years and the corresponding Kelly's letters
Just like you pal and every other post on this board OPINIONS based the facts of history of this company
Correct Synopsis
You summed it up correctly: "incompetetence, spin-doctoring, competition, lack of fit"
Heel
How long is a startup a startup?
If it takes 18 months to close an order and that is the only market you are in and you have only one or two products and you are not getting many orders is that good?
Heel
You said: "VTSI's product would, I think, fall more into their "discretionary spending" accounts, and therefore, be more easily put off than other items."
So based on this why are VTSI's competitors ie FATS getting purchase orders and issues sales PRs and VTSI is QUIET?
Paul
Most people or said another way very few people don't know VTSI exists. It's a little $1M company which has had a handful of sales in it's history in a tens of billions $$$ market.
It is a spec of dust in the industry....being run by a lawyer who has little or no experience in this industry.
L Kelly Jones
Paul you said: "You don't have answers for the tough questions, so you silence the people who are asking them" referring to L Kelly....
L Kelly continues to prove he's is not the person for this job and he cc's the people in the company??? Extremely unprofessional
Kind of like the 8 year old when he does not get his way - takes his ball and goes home.
Smith
You are wrong my friend - just for laughs head over the to the Google (GOOG) board...the shorts are getting killed over there and have been for a year or so as they have spouted doom and gloom as the stock has gone from $190 to over $400 in a year.
If you build it they will come - I contend if there was no IHUB board, Raging Bull, etc the stock price of this issue would still be $.12.
The price is set based on performance and the SEC filings, as the company's head on the dragon L Kelly Jones always refers us to, are the scorecard.
Why blame the lack of performance on posters pointing out the facts and admit the CEO and the company have not succeeded to date and this has been a bad investment?
Ceres
You said: "Every time (lately) I've e-mailed Kelly to inquire about goings-on with the company, I get angry and resentful responses which basically allude to the fact that "nothing is his fault", and "since the board (IHUB) is so negative, he's not going to be so communicative anymore as a CEO". So....now s/o's at least dont have to worry about smoke being blown up their holes all the time. Just during press releases. What a guy. Be punitive to shareholders because people are being mean on the IHUB. Real professional."
Gee - ever get the feeling L Kelly is over his head and a little thin skinned. Yo Kelly look in the mirror you are the head of this 13 or so person company and if they aren't cutting it then you made a mistake of not surrounding yourself with the right people or you should step down?
Boo Hoo a couple people are posting opinions I don't like on the internet - grow a thicker skin or better yet grow the company. The reason is the company has not succeeded to date and shareholder $$$ has been wasted along with the prolific issuance of the company stock. So much for CEO material...Most CEO's of small and large companies make sales calls and help to close the deals of the company. How many lawyers make good salesman?
Everyone in a company is part of the sales team...
Barnabus
The best products??? Per who - the company - ya think those opinions are a little biased.
Per who the very few who decided the issue a PO and they get quoted in the sales press release - ever heard a bad quote from anyone in a press release?
The proof is in the sales or lack thereof
KP
Though I don't need anyone to defend me - thank you - I appreciate the fact it is nice people are still able to post their opinions. Hey if they met the $10M revenue target and were profitable I might even look at it. My opinions are based on the facts and missed promises...
Here is a green stock on a down day - NSTC. I believe ie my opinion is this is an undiscovered gem. Nice move recently and just moved from a rating of 5 to 7 by MSN and only 35M shares outstanding. Plenty of info for DD.

Ceres
I understood all along - no help needed. Why the selloff is unexpected by some - sounds like you knew it was coming....
If a company has little or no sales - negative net worth and cash flow why would people buy it's stock?
Oh I forgot it's been a startup since 1994.
When is a startup not a startup?
Ceres
I do not understand - was this unexpected??? When the leaseholder settlement was announced a year ago everyone said they would want out along with the others who are sick of waitng while the Market continues to be green and up almost every day....
Many also said a year gives us plenty of time as we will be a $10M profitable company and absorbing the stock will be no problem...
A year goes by fast and no real progress despite what some attempt to sell but no one's buying it.
David
Over the past 9 mos or so if I recall you said the size of your positon was making you restless and were going to pare it down...when it went to over $.20 a few weeks ago would have been an excellent opportunity. Sounds like that was not the case. Oh well...
Oh as far as the con call see Ceres find - sounds like there will be one soon after all...
You take care
Good luck
Ceres
Good catch - so per L Kelly a shareholder con call will be held by this Wed 11/30...
We should hear soon from THE MAN
David
The sounds pretty vague was the answer to Ceres question -"what happened to the conference call that Kelly promised?"
So seeing no terms have been announced when the conference call will occur is vague. That was the point...
Unless I am willing to ask for a copy of the LOI??? It is not for public consumption until ALL know.
You sure are married to this stock - you'll probably to posting the same comments when this stock is in single digits.
Aren't you glad now you sold some a month or so ago with the hype of the acquisitions when the price went over $.20
Take care
From L Kelly's 11/14 letter
"I am very much looking forward to further discussions with you after we have publicly revealed more of the terms of the transaction, or during the planned publicly-announced shareholder conference call."
Sounds pretty vague to me seeing no more terms have been revealed the wait will continue. It seems from the selloff some are not willing to wait and my guess is some are the leaseholders who want something for the debts L Kelly refused/was unable to pay in full and they agreed to settle.
It looks like The Street does not think "the transaction" is good for shareholder value...

During the project, the suitability of Deloitte's solution will be evaluated according to the project's needs."
