The sounds pretty vague was the answer to Ceres question -"what happened to the conference call that Kelly promised?"

So seeing no terms have been announced when the conference call will occur is vague. That was the point...

Unless I am willing to ask for a copy of the LOI??? It is not for public consumption until ALL know.

You sure are married to this stock - you'll probably to posting the same comments when this stock is in single digits.

Aren't you glad now you sold some a month or so ago with the hype of the acquisitions when the price went over $.20
