"I am very much looking forward to further discussions with you after we have publicly revealed more of the terms of the transaction, or during the planned publicly-announced shareholder conference call."

Sounds pretty vague to me seeing no more terms have been revealed the wait will continue. It seems from the selloff some are not willing to wait and my guess is some are the leaseholders who want something for the debts L Kelly refused/was unable to pay in full and they agreed to settle.

It looks like The Street does not think "the transaction" is good for shareholder value...
