Until one of the these companies (preferably BP) publicly states that a buyout is being considered or is in the works I'd say no, it's not true.
Haven't had a chance to go down the list, but I'm curious about that myself.
Thanks for the heads up, but it's hard not to believe that this tag-team of doom doesn't have an agenda.
Whatever you say Madam Blavatsky.
You just showed up with this alias last week to complain about three stocks. So if you've "been around a long time" that means either you're a lurker or a TOS violator. Either way you haven't said anything of merit as of yet, or at least anything verifiable.
It goes without saying that a lot of us here would be very interested in what you find.
There are a few reasons they might say this is a scam. The first, and most obvious reason, is that they don't want it to gap up tomorrow so they can get in at a better price. The second is that there are no current filings from them. The third is that they see smaller amounts of their products for sale on the web site and think they don't have the capacity for this kind of situation.
IMHO these guys are legit and have some potentially quite lucrative patents.
I was married to it for a while...well more of a shotgun wedding. My entry was timed VERY badly and I eventually managed to average down out of it for a few bucks.
Having said that, I agree that if you watch the A/S like a hawk this could be a good entry. The fact that it has held up so well under the shenanigans (that's right, I called shenanigans) is amazing.
I have a feeling the company was, has been, and will continue to be diluting if they have enough shares. There is a viable company here, but the investor side of it is pretty sketchy.
Timothy Connolly, whose address is the same as Turnaround Partners Inc(TRNP). Turnaround was once known as Emerge Capital Corp(EMGC). TRNP became ACLH on 1/12/2009.
This is a bit more convoluted than it seems on the surface.
According to Edgar:
109 North Post Oak Lane, Suite 422, Houston, TX 77024
Check out the SC 13G and it'll make more sense.
BCLE and ACLH are listed as being in Huntington Beach and BOCL in Newport beach on Pink Sheets. Edgar has ACLH in Houston, BCLE with ancient information as being in Englishtown NJ (some of you might remember the raceway park ads on the radio...maybe they're still running?), and BOCL being at the Huntington Beach address that ACLH and BCLE have listed on Pink Sheets.
Reverse searching the phone number gives you this:

Still digging to figure out who's who and what's what. Quite frankly I have pages of notes and still haven't connected all the dots to my satisfaction.
Good call.
As far as I can tell, the process and intellectual property are real. They apparently have some molds, but what they are for I don't really know. I've got enough here to pique my interest, but still have some concerns. Like dlewis noted, there are still a boatload of shares authorized but not issued. Their website seems like it's gone quite some time without any updates. They are filing and making noises that indicate that this might not be dead, so who knows?
The 11th most common mistake made by traders, mistaking dumb luck for a shrewd move.
Got back in on TELK friday. I was waiting for some confirmation and maybe was a bit too conservative in not biting sooner. I'm still wondering what all the green candles are about this time. This could get very interesting.
I see ads all over telling people how easy it is to make a killin' in the penny market without explaining the strategies or the details. That's one reason I finally ponied up for a paid membership here. The chick in the silly little hat looked just like an ex and it was creeping me out!
Well, hopefully nobody was seriously injured. I work in construction myself and am always acutely aware of proper safety procedures and equipment, but something can ALWAYS go wrong.
I held that one for way too long, averaged down badly, and managed to make a somewhat graceful exit this past week with a bit of profit. One thing keeps nagging me as I see the volume...where are the shares coming from?
I would second that and agree that if we don't close tomorrow it is absolutely crucial that the company give us some updated information.
Wow! I certainly hope that comment is correct and this was faked somehow.
Its not the trees but the cranes that you have to look out for.
Sure they scooped up shares between .01 and .012. I couldn't resist averaging down a bit on that dip either. There seems to be a fairly savvy bunch running this show. Time will tell if we get rewarded for some patience or shafted by snake oil salesmen. I don't really get the smell of snake oil here.
I think that once we see some revenue data we will see a move. The odd thing that I've seen is that there has been some very positive information coming from the company, but the pps stays put.
I still maintain that I like the lack of fluff pr's from these guys. The thing that is keeping some folks on the sideline (resulting in anemic volume) is the lack of financial data. The more customers that sign up, the better. But what does that mean in terms of revenue?
Had to add some more here at .011. I could be wrong, but there seems to be pretty solid support at .01.
I don't really know weather to put this guy under the heading of unrecognized genius or, well, someone with whom once you've started into a conversation realize that you've made a horrible mistake.
His patent application is here:

This also apparently isn't a new thing for him:

I also wonder if this study went anywhere:

I could be misinterpreting this entirely, but it seems to have an orgone accumulator/pyramid power ring to it.
It seems that I'm seeing some conflicting data for the day insofar as the high/low. Anyone else?
I'm no chart guru, but it looks like we finally broke out of an ascending triangle that's been building since early October. There is a fairly respectable volume increase today as well.
Audited financials and/or funds in the escrow account would be HUGE if they come soon.
Huge move, but no volume. Anyone know what is going on here?
Nobody can tell what's going on. The company really needs to give some sort of update, even if it's just "we're open for business and doing just fine, thank you".
Everything about this reads breakout. The only thing missing is Clint Eastwood and Patrick McGoohan in the leading roles!
I had been watching this one for a while and finally jumped in on Monday. Seems to me that this shouldn't be trading down here and I figured I'd get in before whatever catalyst that'll make this run hits.
Is there a specific date we'll be expecting earning news or just a ballpark?
MKA, could you perhaps post a chart for TELK? I think they have some potential, but the technical analysis escapes me.
Edit: Sort of a sidenote, but what books would you recommend for technical analysis? There are some excellent links in the inbox, but I guess I'm a bit old school in that I like to have a book to reach for.
Never knew that little equation. Thanks.
This is an older post, but I believe it still applies:

It looks to me like we're holding the 20 day pretty well since late August or so. I'm not chart master, so that's just an observation, not a prediction.
I really, really, really like the fact that I can put IOVE's cik into Edgar and get current information. How many stocks trading in the pennies can you say that about?
Oh, speaking of which, it may have been mentioned before, but Richwood has a CUSIP (765586102) now as per the November 5th filing. Again, I can point to appropriate filings. No he said, she said (with the blanket disclaimer)involved.
That almost seems like a thinly veiled pump.
I'm not sure what to think exactly. I'm looking into the old and new address on that filing, and while they are only a mile or so away the new digs look much nicer from what you can see on google maps.
So far I've found Heilman involved in:
Intercontinential Deposit and Escrow Company
Incorporated by L Van Stillman. Their registered agent is Flor-Ida Consultants, LLC , who's registered agent is Reizes Law Firm.
Unique Woman, Inc.
Incorporated by Michael D Heilman. Leslie N Reizes is this outfit's registered agent.
Gala Entertainment, Inc.
Also incorporated by Heilman. This time L Van Stillman is the registered agent.
They are all incorporated in Florida and none are active.
Oh, and I found this about Stillman:

There are a few things that I am puzzling out here. Article III says "..consolidate the number of issued and outstanding shares...without either a change in the par value thereof or a change in the total number of shares of common stock the Corporation is authorized to issue."
So if I'm reading that correctly, the A/S will remain 500,000,000 and the O/S will split to 545,130.
