Does anyone know if FUSZ can be bought through an Edward Jones IRA? I know they have restrictions on stocks they can buy and I'm not sure if they can buy any OTC stocks or not. I appreciate any input.
Why are you so obsessed with the thought of nFusz being bought out. I think Rory is going to do everything that can be done to make the company successful and shares worth a lot of money and he seems to be enjoying himself. So, why would he want to sell if he's enjoying what's he's doing and he's doing a great job?
Even if the Oracle PR doesn't help, you know what will? All of Oracle's clients that sign up for NotifiCRM. I couldn't care less about PR's. I care that they have direct links to tons of customers.
"Massive, Global opportunity for us." I like the sound of global.
Do you have a link for the Shell video? I couldn't find it.
Everything has been focused on NotifiCRM recently and rightfully so, with the 2 big conferences and everything, but I'm just wondering when the other Notifi programs will take off. Haven't heard anything about the program that was going to allow YouTube users to let people watch their videos anywhere since Rory mentioned it a while back. NotifiCRM is probably enough to bring a ton of value in itself, but the more things, the better.
I'm with TD Ameritrade and I was able to set mine at $200. It said $250 was too big a difference from current price.
Assuming that's Pacific time, so 7:30 in EST. Is that correct?
Your example is using a product that you paid for. They are selling a service, which doesn't have a wholesale cost. Yes, they paid their employees to create it and for the computer equipment used to create it, but I don't believe that would be taken out of income for each subscription they sell. The only cost that would be taken out I believe would be the cloud housing costs, which I don't believe would be very much for each user, so he may be over-estimating a little, but not much.
Just finished watching SHAC video and I'm as confident as I've ever been in the company. My confidence has never really wavered, but Rory just reinforced what I already believed. I love that he doesn't pull punches and calls it like he sees it.
I really don't understand why the share price has gone so far down, but my only regret is that I don't have any money to buy more shares. I have no doubt that this will go way up in the future, so I'm not worried. I'm happy for those that have the ability to add more shares. I wish everyone would stop with the "sky is falling" stuff. This is still a fairly new company making deals with major power players, so things will get better, it just may take a little time.
So, you don't think they'll get any revenue from all the NetSuite customers, or Marketo customers, or Service Quest customers, or Streamline Results customers, or dr2marketing customers or Ignite Visibility customers or any of their own customers? I think we need to show some patience. They have just recently signed all of these deals. Once they start signing these customers to use NotifiCRM, revenues will start pouring in.
What happened to Rory? Really?? If you haven't heard, he's been a little busy at the NetSuite Conference in Vegas. He did take the time to make a video or 2 and put on Twitter and called into a radio show. What more do you want? Personally, I would rather him spend his time selling the service instead of making SHAC videos for a few hundred investors.
Personally, I'm not even worried about today or really any day until a year or more from now. That's when we will be established with Netsuite and Marketo and the other companies' customers that we've made deals with and any number of other companies we'll have deals with by then. I know I'm not an expert and I know some people want a short-term gain, but personally, I feel like long-term, this could be light years from where it is now.
Sorry, I think you accidentally posted on the wrong board.
My question is will every company use an Enterprise account, or can they just use individual user accounts?
for a price of $99 per month per enterprise account, plus an additional $10 per month for each user license associated with that enterprise account (the “nFusz Fees”).
The nFusz Fees are paid in addition to the fees ORACLE NetSuite charges its customers for the ORACLE SERVICE (the “NetSuite Subscription fees”). In accordance with, and subject to the terms of the Agreement, revenue from nFusz Fees paid by NetSuite customers that ORACLE generates for us will be shared between Oracle and us as follows: 90% for us and 10% to ORACLE.
I see it as $99 for the Notifi CRM Enterprise fee, which 90% would go to nFusz and then $10 for each user, which 90% would also go to nFusz. Those are the fees that nFusz would get if they sold it without NetSuite, but through NetSuite, 10% goes to them.
That's awesome and what's really cool is CRM is just one application for nFusz programs. They could get in other markets, also.
Someone tell me when the next dip is coming. jk I would really like to sell a few shares and then buy back more cheaper. I would love to get to 20,000 shares, but I have all I can afford right now.
Calm down. I'm on your side. If you want to be overly excited about them having their own booth, that's your perogative. I just don't think it's something to jump up and down about. I'll keep my comments to myself, if it's going to get you that upset.
I said I wasn't bashing. I'm just very realistic, if not skeptical at times and I don't think people should get too excited because they went from sharing a booth to having their own booth, when it could have been something as simple as a space issue. I love nFusz and I'm very excited about their future prospects.
Not bashing, I'm a long here, but could this just be because they have more space at the conference than they originally thought? I wouldn't necessarily say this is a big plus for nFusz.
How do you know that? Do you know what the company is going to do in the next year or two? You have no idea what's going to happen.
Where's your Magic 8 ball?
I got some at 2.08 yesterday because I thought it would keep going up, so I had to grab some at 1.42 today to make up for it.
Maybe this is my naivety, but if they will be making so much money from Oracle, etc., then why do they need to sell more shares to make money?
I just want to chime in with my 2 cents. Everyone is griping about the audit. The CEO is not doing the audit himself and has no control over it. He is at the mercy of the auditors, so there is no reason to blame him. I'm sure he is probably pushing the auditors to hurry up, but they are crossing their t's and dotting their i's. I agree with everyone that says once it is finished it will be forgotten about. I also like that Roger is holding news back until it is finished, so once it's out of the way, he can throw a bunch of positive fuel on the fire and it can start shooting up. Just my 2 cents. Take it for what it's worth.
Man, I thought he was Elvis.
It was a family owned business until recently. It's not like they just made that up and put it on the website. It just hasn't been changed. Maybe if you send them an e-mail to let them know, they will take care of it.
People forget to update websites all the time. I've seen lots of websites that have the list of employees wrong. He's probably a little busy being CEO to think about updating the website. I really don't think a court would find that liable for fraud or there would be a ton of fraud cases in court for websites not being updated.
Has there been any mention of NSI beginning distribution in the U.S. or anywhere other than Canada anytime soon?
Thank you. I've been thinking the same thing every time I saw someone post that. I think the excitement is overflowing, but we don't need to put unnecessary burdens on the CEO.
Will that be the same after the tax changes starting in 2019?
Don't forget to mention other sports for jersey sales, etc.
Just spitballing here, but I wonder if nFusz has made contact with any of the sports leagues, NFL, NBA, NCAA, etc. I think it would be a great way to sell merchandise to see your favorite athlete walk out and say "Hey, click on my shoes, if you want to buy them." I wouldn't because I'm too cheap to buy expensive shoes, but I'm sure a lot of other people would.
Here's the report from their previous quarter's financial report.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/INNV/news/Innovus-Pharmaceuticals-Reports-Nine-Month-Net-Revenue-of-64-million-and-Net-Loss-Decrease-of-516-Compared-to-the-Same-P?id=175329
I'm not an expert by any stretch, but everything I've seen seems positive. They have a lot of products on Amazon, walmart.com, wish.com, among others. They have made deals with distributors in other countries to sell their products. Fluticare just went on the market as an OTC medicine, I believe in November. I don't know how much will be reflected in the current quarter's financials, but I would think over the next year, revenues will go up quite a bit. Please don't take my word for it, but that's the way I see it.
Where do you see that? I'm seeing a day high of .94 on two different sites.
I've been thinking about something Rory said in the SHAC video. He said that they were making a technology where YouTube users could post videos anywhere and still get credit from YouTube for views. I see that going one of two ways. Either that really ticks YouTube off because people won't have to go to YouTube as much and they will try to get rid of it or YouTube will want to get ahold of that technology for themselves.
