That sports car is slick looking. It looks like a cross between a Porsche and a Corvette.
This sounds great, but how can they guarantee a minimum share price? They don't know how the market will react.
Thank you. The best part is I still have time to buy more shares after some of my other stocks hopefully go up.
I don't think their plan is to have a garage where they do conversions. I think it is more of licensing their technology. I could be off the mark, but consider this. They license their technology in the way Microsoft licensed their Operating System out to different PC makers. So, the market got saturated with Microsoft, but Apple didn't license theirs out, so they only kept a small share of the market, but Microsoft took the market over. In this scenario, Tesla or other EV makers would be Apple and Saean would be Microsoft. I have no idea if it's going to end up that way, but it sounds like it may be their plan. And so, I'm being clear, I'm referring to Apple and Microsoft back in the 80's and 90's not now with Apple iPhones and everything.
These may have been posted previously, but I don't remember seeing them, so I thought I would share. You will need to use a translator for 2 of them.

I love your passion and the passion of others on here. You all have convinced me that big things will happen and I certainly want to be a part of it. I just kinda hope they hurry up. With Tesla already being well-known, Amazon investing in another company's electric vehicles and Warren Buffett investing in another EV company, Saean needs to make up for lost time, at least in the US. That being said, electric vehicles are still new enough to make a big impact if their technology is really as good as you all say. There are plenty of big investors other than Warren Buffett and plenty of big companies other than Amazon, so if they can latch on with a Google, Yahoo, P & G, or another huge company and get backed by another huge investor, or just build a good word of mouth, then they could really take off.
And just FYI, I am not trying to create doubt, as I have been accused of. I just try to be as realistic as possible, leaning toward the pessimistic side, so if things don't work out, I'm not as disappointed. However, I am counting on this to work out to build a better future for my family. I don't have near as many shares as I would like, due to low funds and making dumb decisions on other stocks, but I'm hoping what I do have will bring me way back to the positive side. And again, I really appreciate those of you who have done the research and so graciously share it with the rest of us. It means a lot that you are willing to do that for people you don't even know.
Not arguing, but just curious, how do you know Qatar investors are buying. I didn't know people in Qatar could invest in the U S. stock market or are these people from Qatar now living here?
Actually, I rarely post anything. I work full-time and can't concentrate on stocks all the time, so when I post, it is a legitimate question. I appreciate all who sincerely answer my questions. Check out my username. It's how I really feel.
I have to say I'm confused. Why are they making it sound like they just met Dr. Lee and everything is so preliminary. If the Korean company is merging in, why don't they just say it? If everything that has been said on here about the Korean shareholders is true, which I don't doubt, then it feels like people reading this PR are either being misled or being fed crumbs. I am very long on this stock, but this is just weird to me.
Are you sure that they're talking about cars that people own and not maybe buying cars from dealers or auctions and turning them electric and then reselling? That's more what I was thinking.
Why would they do that? I thought the whole point was to make the whole company public and how will they get to NASDAQ at .50 a share?
Sorry, I'm not converting my 1927 Model T Ford. My grandfather would roll out of his grave.
Am I understanding correctly that this is basically a roundabout way of Saean acquiring more shares of EMPM?
I'm guessing something got lost in translation. LOL
Thanks. That's good to know.
Thanks for your input. I'm not selling any for awhile, because I am plenty comfortable in feeling that it will go up from here based on speculation alone. I will probably keep some long term, as well, in case this turns into another Tesla. I just don't know if it will last long-term because of the reasons I mentioned before, but I'm not taking the chance of being left without any shares.
I'm high on Saean Motors and their future, but I have to be honest. I'm also a little fearful. As great as their technology sounds, it also sounds like there needs to be a lot of collaboration with a lot of other organizations/government entities to make things take off. Now I'm not an expert, I'm just going off what I've been reading that people have posted here. It just seems like their hydrogen technology won't take off without collaboration to get hydrogen chargers all over the country. I just don't see that happening without a lot of cooperation from other entities. It's going to be hard enough to get past all of the oil people, but now you also have the Teslas and all the other companies making electric cars that have worked to get regular electric charging stations around the country. Getting new hydrogen chargers is going to be quite a challenge. It may happen over time, but it won't happen immediately. Feel free to correct me if I have missed or misunderstood something. Again, I'm rooting for this to take off, but I want to be realistic.
Honestly, that's about as intimidating as a cop on a bicycle.

You and a couple others have been extremely helpful. I plan on being in this for a while. Unless for some weird reason the merger falls through, this sounds like a great opportunity.
From the 10-Q, the last SEC filing:

Jung Yong Lee, President and CEO
(Principal Executive Officer)
Date: July 22, 2019 /s/ William Sawyer

What's this about?
I know of another company that hasn't filed any financials since 2015 and they haven't been suspended yet.
Sorry, I don't think that's happening. It sounds like they have their own battery technology.

I was just asking a question. I've been through this on other stocks and you think you're at the end and then you have to wait for another audit. LAHO has mentioned several times about getting their finances in order, but I haven't heard about GSCG's finances. They may already be in order, but I don't know and I was curious if anyone else knew.
Does anyone know if Global Stem Cells Group has already had their financials audited, so when the merger goes through, their finances will go right into LAHO's or will we have to wait for that, too?
Thanks. So, will our shares just be for Saean EV or for all Saean, Inc.?
What happened to Jung Yong Lee? He's not even an officer any more?
I'm trying to understand here. How can they guarantee a share price of $3 and going to Nasdaq by a certain time? We all know that in the OTC, if the share price goes up, people will sell and the price will go down and the market makers set the share price at what they want. I've seen plenty of companies that look like they should be worth a lot more than they are, so how can Saean guarantee a price of $3?
Yeah because the company does business based on ihub posters' schedules.
Why does what they did in the past matter when they are currently in the process of merging with a company with 100 million annual revenues? It just means shares are cheaper now than they will be after the merger.
Sorry, I'm a little shell-shocked from losing a lot of money in other stocks.
I get that, but confirmation from the attorney would go a long way.
Did they confirm that Saean was merging with EMPM?
I truly hope you are right.
I e-mailed Greg asking him about it. Hopefully, he responds this time. He has only responded to one of my 3 emails in the past.
Then why does the 8-k say this?
On July 17, 2019 the Board ratified an Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation which increased the authorized shares to 1.5 billion shares of common stock, and 15 million shares set aside for preferred stock. A copy of the Articles of Incorporation, as amended, is attached as Exhibit 2.1 . The amendment for the increase in authorized shares was approved by the stockholders on December 31, 2018.
In the filing yesterday.
