Now that's just great. The guy goes through all the trouble of faking his own death, and this Fulford clown has to go and announce it on the internet. These guys must have all graduated from the Maxwell Smart School of Espionage.
HndtoHnd, from your link:
Administrative Actions
9/1/2010 Suspended, failed to pay Bar membr. fees Not Eligible To Practice Law
Looks like he paid up on 9/13.
It states he sold (transferred over 14 billion shares)
Then why are you here? Basher?
Yes, Mock, Mazzei, Hodgens, Studer, and Dale C.
And actually, they were retired.
It was part of the lawsuit by Frizzell. According to KW around 20 billion were retired and returned to treasury.
Did anyone notice the outstanding was increased by 44,750,000 shares? Exhibit 2, 2 transactions.
According to my calculations (and assumptions), Deli & his agents moved 1,604,400,000 shares. At $50 profit per million that's $80,220. At $100 profit per million that's $160,440. (from 5/7/10 to 7/23/10)
EDIT: Probably another couple hundred million that were "brokered" by Deli where the cert didn't go through his or his agents names.
I think he was referring to his and Al's legal licenses.
Certainly, nothing wrong with gifting someone stock. But what does that have to do with deli? This guy has brokered billions of shares since revocation. He's made a nice living the last few years for his troubles. I wouldn't be surprised to find out he's kicking back to the likes of Acca, Mona, and a few others for keeping the skids greased.
It would also be interesting to find out whose stock he is selling.
Revoked registration?
OK, thanks for the clarification. I hope the SEC looks into this matter extensively, and not settle. With all of the rumors and outright lies being spread around paltalk, and the various boards, and the amount of profitable business they have supplied to deli, I can't help but wonder if there is a connection.
Thanks for the response, jarta. I had heard that Hakala had told him to stop. I didn't know that they agreed to let it drop if he did stop.
As to his intent, I think it's fairly obvious that he was trying to generate income for himself by facilitating these transactions. Just today on paltalk, someone was in the process of buying shares from deli, here's a partial scroll:
BIGDADDY M: just got an e-mail from delidoghouse said if you want some shares "I need your information ASAP so I can get the order to T/A for processing"
tigerherb: (2:57 PM) Dizardos: Even Deli expected the TA to halt the selling of his shares today. (Yes, I know, he believed that a couple of times before, but still....)
BIGDADDY M: 250$ per million I told him to get me 10 bil

The main facts seem fairly indisputable. We know deli made a lot of money over the past five years facilitating the transfer of stock. The question is, could he have managed to structure the deals in a manner where he would not be considered a broker? What constitutes being a broker? That would be the crux of the matter. And that will be decided based on prior case law?
Does it matter if he paid for the stock with his own funds, or the buyers funds? Does it matter if he paid people to "drum up" business?
My loss? Whatever. I hope you're not playing some kind of semantics game with me.
From the company website:
September 17, 2010
CMKM Diamonds, Inc. is very happy to announce the completion of the form 1120 Internal Revenue Income Tax Returns for years 2002, 2003,2004,2005,2006,2007,2008,and 2009.
Using the subpoena power granted by the District Court of Clark County Nevada, we have been able to recover all of CMKM bank records from various banks accounts known to us that the prior management used in years 2002 -2005. After intensive work by the Company’s accounting firm, 4 years of financials have been prepared based on the information we could gather. Current Management had already filed years 2006-2008 on time. However, after completing the previous years, the new financial data obligated the Company to restate years 2006, 2007 and 2008. Each of these IRS filings have been filed in addition to the most current year filing for 2009.
One of our main goals has always been to establish a foundation that would one day support the Company’s efforts to return to trading status. Filing these returns has moved the Company one step closer to that goal.
The Company is happy to now make available to shareholders the financial statements of the combined 2002 – 2009 Balance Sheet and the combined 2002 – 2009 P&L Statement. (Click HERE to be directed to those statements) Please understand that these statements contain the combined numbers from all of the financial data available for the full eight years. We have made notations on several of the entries to make them more understandable. Many of the minor settlements that are shown were made under non-disclosure agreements between the parties. CMKM is devoting substantial time and resources in its ongoing attempt to collect on all judgments obtained by the Company through its litigation.
Look closely, does anyone see the word audit? Me neither. Now, look at the section I bolded, where KW talks about the goal of returning to trading. Filing the tax returns is a baby step to achieving that goal. Having the financial statements audited by a PCAOB compliant accounting firm is a HUGE step. A step that I believe, has not occurred. Oh well, my loss.
The brokers did their job, they bought and sold shares. Maybe not always in that order. But who's fault is it if they had an almost unlimited amount of inventory at their disposal?
the brokers did nothing wrong right
What about 1846, when we told you'se Canucks to get your own Vancouver?
Allow me to translate for the multisyllabicly challenged among us:
Dear Geoff,
They gonna try and blow smoke up yer butt.
Ah, the beauty of the forward looking statement, an unlimited shelf life.
They never claimed to have filed it. They only claimed that they WILL file it.
No, filing the tax returns is a step, but does not clear the way to trade again. In order to get back to trading, the company must have audited financial statements for each year and, additionally, certification of the statements by the CEO and CFO. I don't think Urban is gonna sign anything for Tyler, due to it's self-incriminating nature.
They list 2 parcels of land, worth $1.2 "taxable value", whatever that term means. Tax basis? Value for assessed property taxes? They should be listed at historical cost, which would be fmv at acquisition.
Legal fees of $493K, no notation that they were old, so we must assume they are all from the current regime.
I think the $2 million was the value of the shares issued for "field work". Whether or not the work was actually performed remains in question.
Well they did drill one hole in urbie's back yard, and another in the "Oreo", both with negative results. Can't see how that added up to $2 million though.
If the financials were audited, where are the audit reports? Why would they put out this eight year compilation of income and expenses? Why would a company pay for audits and not release them? I'm sorry, I don't believe audits were completed.
What? You never heard of an alternate universe? You need to hang around with jimmy more.
Sorry if this is all too obvious but I just don't get it.
Investorman, you need to change your avatar, I'm already using that one.
Wait a minute, the financials have to be wrong. Where are the sale of claims to the Chinese companies? Did I miss it?
Not to complain about the financials, but couldn't they at least break it down by year? All of you shareholders will be glad to know that your shares are worth .00000117 per share, or $1.18 per million shares.

Uh Oh, sounds like the "world settlements" are even a bit too far out there for the common paltalker. Al's losing his class. But he'll get 'em back, what's the alternative? Reality? They're too far gone for that.
6 Hodges gets ER tomorrow, then gets mugged in his parking lot by the tooth fairy disguised in a Richard Nixon mask, who makes off with Al's briefcase which contains the only copy of a dvd of the infamous Maheu meeting, and all other hard evidence, along with a $3.87 trillion cashiers check.
That's my vote.
And there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, The Great CMKX Bedtime Story - The story of Bob Maheu and his final battle with the devil himself. To be told by countless generations of Xer's to their children in order to pass along the story of their impending wealth.
jimmy, who are those two guys in the front? The ones that look like Deputy Dawg and Quick Draw McGraw.
Yup, they're the Cub fans of penny stocks.
No. Nobody beats my little Xers.
Is there an mp3 of wyatt in Mona's room tonight? Lots of interesting comments. Such as - Mona calling out wyatt and sheila for all of the info passed on that never came to fruition. Wyatt says Treffry thinks wyatt and sheila work for the fbi, wyatt thinks treffry is bi-polar. And, according to someone named fisty?, Urban's niece says Urban has been living in California for the last 4 years under government protection. Finally, it appears that ER will not occur until we switch to a metals based currency.
Meanwhile, treffry is in the info room referring to Hodges as Al Dodges.
Sounds great rawnoc, tell her to throw in a $1 million of media credits and it's a deal!
Update -- I just got off the phone with McKeowin & Wood Fuel. They told me that if I want they can sell me some rotten soybean biodiesel because it's a carbon copy exact same thing as petroleum diesel. They told me that too they can sell for over $122 per barrel. I told them I have a link where the rack price is only $30/barrel in a remote village in Madagascar so I expect to be there shortly and pay only $30/barrel. She said come get it. She would love to meet me privately in her basement.
koolmoney is his son in law.

Oh no I have not, Pruno...
"Here comes the Pizza Man" are the exact words I used to let Greg Williams know that he was getting served with a lawsuit. If you take the words literally, you get a free Pizza.. if you look into the secondary meaning, the one in line with the custom and prior usage, it means you get served with a lawsuit. as for:
"I would hate to be there...
once the people I send over there find you and get to you, Pruno"
It references the exact same thing. I had been threatening you and Mooney with a lawsuit at that time, never to take any other actions. When I am discussing lawsuits and sending people over to get to you, never discussing acts of violence, then the logical deduction is again service of process.
Do all you can to try and twist the words I made, but no Court of Law in the land would find my statments in their context as a physical threat. Especially when I continually denied the intention as being one for violence.
Get used to it Pruno... you are a dumbfukk without a leg to stand on...
er = economic receipt. It's a world reports "marker" so that you recognize that whoever uses it in a sentence is crazy as bat sh*t.
It's obvious chrisl, the shareholder support has been naked shorted by a factor of 9, just like the settlement theory: 778B * .54 * 9.
Chas what is 1000%? One can only give 100% of themselves.
Well...there you go. Wash, rinse, repeat.
I am well aware of Mr. Lumb, and consider him a trusted and respectable man of character
