No, filing the tax returns is a step, but does not clear the way to trade again. In order to get back to trading, the company must have audited financial statements for each year and, additionally, certification of the statements by the CEO and CFO. I don't think Urban is gonna sign anything for Tyler, due to it's self-incriminating nature.
