"Here comes the Pizza Man" are the exact words I used to let Greg Williams know that he was getting served with a lawsuit. If you take the words literally, you get a free Pizza.. if you look into the secondary meaning, the one in line with the custom and prior usage, it means you get served with a lawsuit. as for:
"I would hate to be there...
once the people I send over there find you and get to you, Pruno"
It references the exact same thing. I had been threatening you and Mooney with a lawsuit at that time, never to take any other actions. When I am discussing lawsuits and sending people over to get to you, never discussing acts of violence, then the logical deduction is again service of process.
Do all you can to try and twist the words I made, but no Court of Law in the land would find my statments in their context as a physical threat. Especially when I continually denied the intention as being one for violence.
Get used to it Pruno... you are a dumbfukk without a leg to stand on...
